- Nancy (9/5): Goede prijs kwaliteit! - Wij komen hier met regelmaat en worden als goede klant ontvangen door alle personeel. Het ontbijt is zeer verzorgd en ruime keuze. Het avondeten was niet echt lekker. Doet eerder denken aan een grootkeuken. Waarschijnlijk logisch bij een hotel van deze grootte. Wij Belgen zijn nu eenmaal Bourgondiërs dus wat kritisch op culinair gebied.

- Peter (10/5): Es lohnt sich immer wieder, einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Colbert einzulegen. - Wir machen schon seit mehreren Jahren auf unserer Fahrt einen Zwischenhalt im Hotel Colbert. Wir treffen jedes Mal, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein sauberes Zimmer und eine gute Atmosphäre an. Feines Essen im Restaurant, abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist phänomenal. Einen Riesenangebot an Esswaren und Getränken zum Zugreifen und geniessen. Es sind zwei Kaffeemaschinen mit frischem Bohnenkaffee zur Selbstbedienung vorhanden. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good- with a great selection of cooked items along with fresh pastries, meats and cheeses. I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future!

- Pau; (5/5): Disappointing, having been regular visitors to note the evening meals offered have not improved. - we have regularly visited the hotel twice per year and generally our stay has proved acceptable The restaurant staff are not customer friendly, the food served at dinner has proven consistently poor. The manageress is quite haughty and doesn't take criticism well. We will not be visiting the hotel in the future for this reason
