Upon check-in we were warmly greeted, however, we were not recognized as BW Rewards members nor offered any complimentary water. The room was very nice e except of in the bathroom the toilet was too low for older folks like us. It was a struggle to get down and up from the toilet. The breakfast was okay, however, being from the south, and Tennessee considering themselves part of the south, there was no biscuits and gravy. That is unacceptable :) A pleasant stay for the beginning of our 7 week journey across the USA.

Noise level was a little high. Pool was not open. Breakfast was great, the little Japanese women (Hostess} was great and took care of us and was very efficient. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel. Jack in the Box next door, love them Tacos.

There should have been one in the closet. There was a loud tone heard in the bathroom that seemed to be coming from above us that never stopped. The faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on. We briefly got stuck in the elevator then the next day there was an out of order sign on it. Nothing major but I’d look elsewhere if we came to Nashville again.

- rcando (10/5): Valentine's Weekend Getaway - We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus in Belle Meade. We went on Valentine's weekend and attended a concert at the Ryman, which was a short drive away. The hotel price was reasonable, it was very clean and the employees were so nice and helpful! The breakfast bar had bacon and eggs and a variety of other options and the attendant kept it clean and stocked. I felt very safe during our stay, especially coming in at 2 AM, after our night out. We would definitely stay there again!

The bed and pillows were really comfy. The breakfast was very good! We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here in the future. You would think it to be noisy to be next to the interstate but it isn't .

Had to sleep diagonally with head at foot end to get any sleep. The breakfast was very good, better than any other on my trip. Nice clean hotel, Best Western is moving up. With a better mattress would've been 5 stars.

As a long time B/W business guest, I rate B/W Belle Mead as a 10* We were on side next to busy freeway and it was quite. Noise cancellation is as good as it gets. A Friday Frat Formal in most of the hotel was not even heard in our room. Yep I have another reservation this week

It is quite a distance to the strip. Breakfast was nice and there is plenty of parking. Would I stay here again? Yes if I was only passing through. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes but only if they were passing through.
- Pss0331 (10/5): Great hotel in not the best part of town - I stayed here for a night passing through on my way for a business trip. The hotel itself was nice and well-kept. Breakfast was good. One word of caution is that the area around the hotel seems a little seedy, especially as I arrived after dark. I felt safe as a solo male traveler, but I would have reservations about selecting this neighborhood for a family trip.

Included breakfast ends at 9am, a little early in our case so we mossed it. At check in, the young attendant double charged my credit card… now I have to chase for a refund.

- David (10/5): Best place, highly recommend this place. - All the spaces we were in from the Lobby to our room and the dining are were very clean. All the staff personnel are very professional and friendly, ensuring we were comfortable and pleased with our time there. The Breakfast was outstanding, the lady that was there was very helpful and sincerely interested in us enjoying our breakfast. She was ahead of the selection of food to ensure everything was there and hot for the customers. Wish more of the hotels we stay in had a person like her taking care of the customers in the dining area.

We did not hear a much traffic noise but just to turn out of the hotel property on to the main road meant we had to turn the opposite way we wanted, go up the street and make a uturn and come back. Overall the property was fine, the room smelled a bit musty.

Always disinfecting the areas counter, etc, She been over backwards to accomadate all the guests So sweet and extremely helpful. That was the only thing I can say good about this hotel. The room smelt musty ugh The first night we spent I would up early went outside and 6 vehicles were broken into. The hotel staff did not even contact the policy, The guests ended up calling 911. They didnt even notified the guests who got their cars broken into. Very sketchy area Not recommended

- Arturo (6/5): - During our 3 day stay, our room was not cleaned or restocked properly. In one of the days we decided to stay in during the morning. When we left the room we requested the room to be serviced front desk told us that housekeeping was done for the day. It was just past noon. The place overall is a good pit stop if all you need is a night of rest but if you plan to stay in don't expect great service. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

My husband went to ask for some spray for the carpet but was told they do not have any spray and they don't spray the carpets in any rooms. We had to go purchase some spray for the carpet as soon as we sprayed the carpet it smelled so much better. I was also asked if the room I reserved did I really need that room. If I didn't need it I would not have reserved it.

- M5223EAeddies (2/5): Crime zone - No security for the parking lot. Multiple vehicles broken into on 8-30-25. Police reports filed and crime is common for this vicinity. Traveler beware.
- jaspermuwanyow (10/5): The best hotel in Nashville - I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast is very good. I stay there twice a year for work and I enjoy the clean room along with friendly staff.
- David (10/5): - The staff at this hotel was very friendly and made the process of registration very simple and convenient. The property site and the room were clean. The area around the property is somewhat congested, traffic wise; however, the congestion is not unreasonable considering Nashville traffic.
- Renee (10/5): - The only negatives about this hotel was the toilet… I have arthritis is my knees and the toilet was EXTREMELY low to the ground! Very difficult to get on and off. Also, if you’re looking for something close to Broadway, this is not the hotel for you. Advertisement said 7 minute drive, and that drive cost us (in Uber/Lyft, up to $50 one way, depending on time of day. All in all, the stay was good… very nice complimentary breakfast!
- billd860 (10/5): Exceptional staff. - The Best Western Plus Belle Meade is where I always stay when I'm in Nashville. The staff is exceptional! The rooms are always in top shape.
- Rachael (10/5): - Only in town for 1-night; the hotel was decent. Clean, convenient/walkable for grabbing food, snacks, gas; seems safe & directly off the highway. VERY high-traffic area (plan accordingly), but surprisingly quiet. Priced fine, but there could have been a few more items for breakfast (no vegan/vegetarian or non pork options). Staff was friendly as well.
- Connie (10/5): - The breakfasts each morning were delicious!! Our sweet cook always greeted each guest and prepared both protein and light meals. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Entrance to hotel is easy. You have cross a four lane to enter. Enjoyable 3 night stay!!

- Dayl (8/5): Adult Potty Please - This hotel is very nice. It's quiet even though it's right on the interstate. The breakfast was first class. Our only disappointment is the bathroom. Why in the world are the toilets so small and so low to the ground? We felt like it was a child's potty. Grown adults, especially handicap adults NEED a standard size at least or better yet a chair height. This should be an absolute must. We felt like we were falling when we sat down then it's difficult to get up.

- FredM737 (8/5): Good place for a few days visit - We picked this place so we would be near enough to downtown Nashville, but not too close. So for that it was worth it. Parking is free, which is always a big plus! They serve a breakfast buffet that is included. so that's always nice first thing in the morning before you head out for the day. It included cereal, eggs, waffles, etc. Didn't use the pool, no time. Rooms are average. Again, mid-priced so no luxury Staff was nice. No issues.

- Y7879WIlb (10/5): - Friendly staff at check in. Had an issue with door locks and ended up having to change rooms, staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and had hot and cold choices. Eating area kept clean and food was continually restocked. Would definitely stop in again
- HToomey (10/5): Granet-Lined Shower - Nice new hotel with all the extras, like a swimming pool and a granite-lined shower and spa in the King Suite. Friendly and competent staff.

- J5252QCsarat (4/5): - I had a good stay until the end. I accidentally left my 3 rings on the counter in the bathroom on the morning of check-out. I quickly realized I had left them in the room and upon entering the room the house keeper was already cleaning in the bathroom. There were only two rings on the counter and I told her I had three rings on the counter. She pretended to look for the third ring and then acted like she no longer understood English when I asked that she inform the front desk if she ‘finds’ it. She clearly stole my ring.

- TheCamelYouRodeInOn (6/5): Decent property with difficult internet rules and limited parking for large vehicles - This was the 3rd BW Plus property I stayed at during a 15 day road trip. It is nice, but not up to the standards of the others. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very refreshing but open to be viewed by traffic going by. The property overall was nice, but not great. Parking for oversized vehicles is limited, but they weren't busy so was able to take up multiple spots close to the entrance. The internet is NOT good. I had problems connecting until I realized the log in page doesn't like ad blocking software and privacy-based browsers. Only when I changed my default browser to something more open and turned off all ad blockers was I able to connect. This is only for the internet connecting page - you can go back to your normal browser and ad blockers after connecting.

- Christie (8/5): - Overall our stay was "ok". The room had a few irrelevant damaged items...the locjmk needed to be fixed, the table was scratched, and remote barely worked. However, it was clean, the breakfast was good especially the nice staff that worked it. However, they seemed to be short staffed at night when making requests no one could handle them bc they were short. Otherwise they were nice.
- Shanita (2/5): - The overall property was ok and in a convenient location. The lady that cleans up during breakfast is absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was rude from the time I checked in until the time that I left. Having rude desk staff for 5 day is unacceptable.

- Felicia (6/5): - The hotel gives more of a motel vibe. Very dated. Room smelled like mildew, but everything seemed clean. No toothbrushes or toothpaste in rooms. Bar soap only. Smallest bottles of lotion you've ever seen in a hotel. Room did have a fridge and mixrowave, which was nice.

- fyrfightr17 (8/5): Clean, comfortable, and quiet - Check in was friendly and efficient and the front desk clerk was very helpful with a couple questions/concerns I had. Our double queen room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The in room mini fridge was larger than most. The breakfast was fairly adequate with a few hot items along with some standard fare. Overall, a good stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The best part was how quiet the hotel was. The breakfast was really good as well. Would definitely recommend.
