• Bartłomiej (10/5): Family stay in Sybin - Great value for money, we were offered a two room apartment. Breakfast and parking was included. The location of the hotel is next to a park and municipal stadium. the park had a very nice playground for kids. The staff was friendly. The bathroom could use some TLC and get better ventilation.

• Eric (9/5): - Personnel adorable et prévenant. Le petit-dejeuner est très bien, le meilleur que j'ai eu en Roumanie. Mention spéciale au gravlax de saumon. Un bémol sur le café. Chambre spacieuse. Belle vue sur la ville. Dans la nature (dans un parc) Il y avait un mariage qui a festoyé bruyamment jusqu'à 11h du soir. Mais il faut dire que c'était un samedi et au printemps. Salle de bain un peu exiguë

• Tudor (6/5): Проживание не очень понравилось. Так как испортил впечатление номер и ресторан внутри - Понравилось местоположение, вид снаружи, веранда ресторана, цена, охраняемая парковка. Остановились в номере суперлюкс. Ковёр ужасно липкий, грязный, с пятнами. Номер практически пустой. Кондиционеры настолько старые, что я боюсь их даже включать, потому что при включении из них полетит грязный воздух. Очень плохая чистота: на подушках были обнаружены волосы, также волосы были обнаружены под наволочкой. Завтраки, мягко говоря, тянут на уровень четырёхзвёздочного отеля. Моё мнение: если есть возможность, выберите другой отель. На 4 звезды не тянет от слова совсем! Если вы остановитесь в этом отеле, то не рекомендую брать номер супер люкс он не стоит своих денег.

• ELENA-DANIELA (9/5): - Hotelul este bine poziționat, langa parc si aproape de centrul vechi al Sibiului. Se poate ajunge pe jos in centru. Un mare, mare plus este faptul ca are parcare. Personalul foarte amabil, camera si baia curate. Mic-dejunul bun. Cel mai deranjant a fost mirosul de canalizare din baie. Miros foarte puternic si deranjant. Erau momente cand efectiv nu puteai respira. Baia este ff mica. Eu nu am mai întâlnit o baie atât de mica la un hotel. Am avut camera deasupra restaurantului si intr-una din seri a fost ceva eveniment. Din cauza muzicii vibra podeaua si nu se putea auzi sonorul la televizor. Noroc ca s-a oprit undeva in jurul orei 23.

• Robertino Adrian (7/5): Hotel de 3 stele - Locația Mocheta din camera deteriorată. Baia mică. Fără izolație sonica.Se aude când suna telefonul în camera alăturată. Micul dejun de proasta calitate. Se umple recipientul pentru apă direct în sala unde se servește micul dejun, apoi au lăsat bidonul de 5 litrii pe masă lângă recipient.

• Mihaela Max (9/5): Minunat - Amplasarea hotelului în parc este minunată, mult verde în jur și păsările dimineața, foarte plăcut! Curățenie și căldură, ambient frumos! Parcarea generoasa! Personal foarte amabil peste tot! La restaurant am fost serviți la ora 21, 45, când am revenit de la meciul din sala Transilvania. Sincer, nu ne așteptam, în general nu se acceptă comenzi atât de tarziu. Mulțumim foarte mult! Nu mi a plăcut zgomotul care se aude noaptea, permanent, înfundat, nu știu de la ce, un fel de aparat, cred eu! Am stat la etajul 1, deasupra restaurantului. Nu foarte tare, dar neașteptat, mai ales când erai culcat! A fost și un eveniment, dar cu bun-simț muzica a încetat pe la ora 23, nici nu se auzea foarte tare! Asta am apreciat!

• Vlad Cristian (9/5): Perfect for family for one night - It had a decent price for a good hotel for one night in transit with family. The location was nice because it was virtually in the park, but still 20 min walking from center. On the other side uber/bolt to downtown is 10-15 RON. For my needs it had a perfect balance of everything.

• Kamil (10/5): - Pokoj duży, czysty. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Hotel przy stadionie, spacerem 10 minut do centrum. Fajnie miejsce :)

Zona foarte linistita Baia extrem de mica, toaleta minuscula ca de copii, Dusul o rusine, nu statea in suport, m-am spălat cu o mana. Lumina la oglinda nefunctionala.. camera 212 SUPERIOR SUITE Mic dejun saracacios, nu salate sau fructe ,nu diversitate, repetitiv. Nu aveau un televizor la receptie sau bar sa poti urmari un eveniment sportiv.... Nu voi reveni.

• 436fredericks (2/5): Rude manager - May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted.

• Levente (10/5): The next time we'll visit Sibiu, most likely we will stay here again. - The breakfast was great! The staff was kind. The free parking saved us from a bunch of headaches. Overall it was exceptional. It was clean, silent - a great place to have a good rest. Having a balcony was also a nice touch! The couch was not as comfy as expected, but not unbearable - the extra pillows helped a lot!

• tvsorin (10/5): Jos palaria! - Situat la marginea Parcului SubArini, hotelul se bucura de liniste si un cadru placut. Interiorul arata excelent, parca este proaspat renovat, patul confortabil, dotari de exceptie in camera: minibar, cafea, ceai. Si nu in ultimul rand, ai parcare gratuita, pazita, intr-o zona in care gasirea unei parcari este o aventura. Canapeaua extensibila din "living" era intins si stricat, deci nu se putea strange. Mi-ar fi placut sa stau pe canapea la citit. Asa, am fost nevoit sa folosesc un fotoliu care era ok, dar nu grozav de confortabil.
