Pool also but we didn't use. the room was big enough for 4 people to have enough space individually. the location was great, near many shopping centers, and parking on site was free. The breakfast was average, but there was a variety of options of mediocre quality.

natalyem2025 (10/5): BEST BEST WESTERN HOTEL EVER!! Highly recommend!!! - I only stay at Best Western hotels, and I have to say, this has to be the best one I've ever encountered! From the moment you pull in, you will see a beautiful lake with swans and geese and lush landscape! As you enter the hotel, it is beautifully decorated, and so very inviting. I encountered a wonderful young man who checked me in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I stayed in room 228 and I have to say it was an incredible experience! Super cold refrigerator, big, roomy bathroom, very, very comfortable bed! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It's near a lot of shopping as well so you have everything you need. But the fact that it was super quiet and I got an excellent night sleep, is everything I need to know about this hotel. While you are here, you definitely need to check out a place called Concord pizza which is literally five minutes from here. I had a lovely conversation with two women who own it. The pizza was AMAZING!

jlayk (10/5): Optimal stay in Concordville - This is an exceptional property. I would put it up against any other. Best Western is my go to property when I’m in the area. There are so many workspaces scattered throughout the rooms are beyond clean and comfortable, the towels a great size. The beds are heavenly as on the pillows. The gym is very well appointed …and there is a eggs to order station at the plentiful breakfast. There’s a super coffee machine in the lobby that makes latte et cetera. Most importantly is the manager Meg. She is professional yet friendly and intuitive. She has helped me on multiple occasions for a bereavement situation. I would go out of my way to stay here again!!

Seaturtlewoman (10/5): A Fantastic Hotel - This hotel used to be the Concordville Inn, and although I had never stayed there, I had been to brunch a couple of times as well as a Christmas party or two. So it was on my radar when I had to book a hotel. I wasn't disappointed. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. My room was on the second floor by a small lobby which was close to one of the parking lots. The room was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a microwave as well as a fridge in the room. Downstairs on the ground floor was the pool, a huge game room, and a small laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The breakfast area was also huge. It had a pancake machine (broken) and several waffle machines. There was also an omelette station. I will definitely stay there again.

willamenia (10/5): Something for everyone - my niece was having her wedding at a local venue and most of the family was from other parts of Pennsylvania, so this was a hotel that was a great choice for the closeness and cost which was very good for a few nights. The rooms are generous in size and very clean the admittees are well staffed the rooms are quite and the hotel is very clean also the breakfast room is more of a restaurant in the menu option and very large in size with lots of windows for the morning sun the attendants were always refilling everything from cups, plates to fresh hot to cold food and cleaning up no having to wait for someone to ask for anything. The location of this hotel is great for major highway connections to and from the area. I would suggest this place for everyone who travels or as I coming in for a specail occasion.

DAVID (9/5): 5 Star experience at the Best Western - The Hotel was fantastic especially when first came through the main doors and saw the lobby. Rooms were large and very clean, especially the large bath9 I did not like that the patio doors in the room that open. We were on the 4th floor even with the railing a baby or small child could have fallen through the 6 to 8 inch gap at the bottom. Very dangerous and guaranteed lawsuit.

Chancer (10/5): - Great size room, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while. The bar was nice for an after dinner night cap as well.
Dorothy (10/5): Excellent facility. - This was our second stay at this BWP. We loved it the first time also. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very clean room as well as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. We did not use the pool or fitness room. However, we looked in and saw the pool was very clean and inviting. We were close enough to Longwood Gardens which is the reason for our visit. We like that we can park close to our room with ample parking in the rear. We will stay again next year. We would recommend this BWP.

Linda (9/5): The Hotel itself was very nice. - Everything from the room to the breakfast was fantastic. There were unsupervised teenaged boys running and screaming and clapping through the hallway at 11:00 pm. After some time my husband had to go out and tell them to cut it out. He went down to the front desk and the night shift guys were hanging out laughing and thought it was funny. Not funny for guests who were trying to sleep.

Gloria (9/5): A good deal! - Closeness to family and a variety of attractions and stores. Parking was good. The breakfast was good! The fitness center was good. WiFi was not as strong and it has been in the past. A few cabinets needed to be repainted, you could see where it was worn down.
Experience786023 (10/5): Third time and we'll be back next year! - We had a great experience with a couple minor exceptions. Negatives: Our room on the fifth floor with the living area (extra windows!) was cool, but it was very cold outside that night. The heat couldn't seem to keep up. Also, the waffle mix was too thin, making inedible waffles. None of the negatives detracted enough from the positives to dampen our stay. Positives: Clean, spacious rooms. Made to order omelets and delicious breakfast (with the exception of the waffles). Friendly service. Comfortable bed.

J (10/5): It's all about the half and half!! - This is my go-to spot when I am in the area. The rooms are clean and good sized, staff is nice, the beds are very comfy and I am a bit particular about sheets and pillows, they are just right and no synthetics. I like the in-room kuerig and the coffee selection. Of course, the half in half in the lobby is a big deal to me. Plenty of parking, and the breakfast is plentiful. The gym is a welcome amenity, quite spacious and the cable TV works. I have yet to try the restaurant, but it seems to have a wide variety of food and drink. The lobby was dressed to the nines for Christmas! It is really hard to say anything negative, maybe the bathroom light could be brighter and a fan would be nice, but this is minutia.

DEBORAH (9/5): Gem in Concordville - The hotel feels very new/updated. Breakfast area was huge with ample seating, lots of food items and with good flow. Our room was great, fairly quiet and clean. Parking was a little challenging but it was a weekend and the hotel seemed full. We asked for change at the front desk and were told that they didn't have change.
