Mary Ann (1/5): The response from the manager was totally untrue . Not offered anything - Nothing it was an absolutely horrible, stressful experience from the condition of the room, the pool, and the Manager Mark was rude, unprofessional, condescending and should not be in the position of a manager. When I voiced our concerns to him he told me to go stay somewhere else and said alright then do what you want. As a former HR manager I was totally shocked by his attitude and lack of empathy. After reading prior reviews I was not the first one to voice these concerns. I did go to corporate Best Western who compensated me with a free night at one of their other properties. They told me they would be reviewing his profomance as a representative of their company. Room was dirty Said It had a queen size bed when u booked🙄🙄it was a Murphy Bed that pulled out of the walll. The mattress was lumpy and when you laid on it it squeaked and the springs made load popping noise that sounded like you were playing a video game. My grandauther splet on the floor. Very outdated, wind blowing thru the front door when it was closed. Windows were extremely dirty that were on the patio. The only person who expressed any compassion for our concerns was Autumn who stated I am so sorry you had a bad experience. That was at checkout. I would not recommend staying there. Also very overpriced. We only stayed 1 night because there was no other rooms available in Seaside. We ended up staying at another property the next that was fabulous.

Tony (9/5): For the price paid these issues should not exist. - Clean, comfortable, good coffee and system, location. Minor issues that make a 10 a 9. Patio screen door would not stay on track,TV is Samsung but had a Phillips remote and some difficulties with channels, no spatula to flip an egg, no freezer included in the refrigerator, the shower was very low pressure, lower then most other places I stayed.

Positive (10/5): Excellent location and service! - How the front staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even found a cork screw for us and delivered it to our room. We had an exceptional stay. The pool room was also very well stocked with towels and the environment was nice as well. The bathroom was small standard bathroom.

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the gal that I spoke with in customer service, but she was rude and - I am an older lady and made a horrible mistake and booked thinking that I booked for Seaside, California, not Oregon. I called the day of realizing I made a mistake and asked if I could get credit and they gave me the runaround I made the reservation the day before. After making several attempts to speak with someone You would think that they would have credit me. I was very disappointed. Did not see property
Jessica (8/5): Comfortable, clean, fun stay as close to the beach as you can get! - Proximity to beach, heated indoor pool, tv channels, clean and fireplace in bedroom, dog friendly When we asked for fresh towels and a couple extra pillows the staff never brought them. They also do not service the room daily so we needed to take out our own trash can every day so it was not overflowing.

Kyle (2/5): I think that if the room description better described what we were going to get for the price - I feel like the room was misrepresented. It was advertised as a queen, and after talking to the staff, we realize the bed was a full, which is small smaller than a queen. If I would have known this, I would have booked elsewhere because I considered bed size when I picked this particular space. Also, the room was absolutely tiny. There was nowhere to walk around once you put your bags on the floor and opened them up. I did not like how small the bed was. I believe it was either a double or a full and it was advertised as a queen.

Dorothy (10/5): Overall excellent but a little cramped when you wanted to use the room. - The rooms were clean. The kitchen well stocked with dishes. Refrigerator was already cold. Restaurant is inside the hotel. TV had plenty of channels. The king size bed was too hard and the Murphy bed was too soft. The chairs at the table are too big for the room. Or the table is also too big. The coffee table had to block off the dresser in order to open the Murphy bed.

Armstrong (10/5): Best Western Plus, Seaside, Oregon - Always go to seaside location when we just want a break. Love the beach & close to fun stuff. The beds are sooo comfy. Little thing but voices echoes when folks decide to stop & chat near your room. Temporary complaint.

Imsland (5/5): Won't be back until they update or lower price. - Good ocean view room. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Tub faucet and spigot were both loose. Tub very slow to drain while showering. Kitchen sink drain slow. There were no USB ports in any of the receptacles so I had to go to town to get one. The door into our room from the neighboring unit would not lock due to faulty strike plate. Dated for the price.

I like that you could not hear the other people in the room. Did Not like the view. did not like the long walk. the bed was to high to get into. didn't like that you charge me twice on my credit card.

Alfred (1/5): Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. - The room is very small, the heating system is very bad, had to get up in the middle of the night to keep it warm in the room, the heater would shut off a lot. And the shower was crap, water pressure was very low, seems like a very old system, definitely need to upgrade that.

Lindsey (2/5): Fine but nothing special or even comfortable, very frustrating overall. - Great location to the beach, town, etc. Super friendly and helpful staff, on-site restaurants for quick and easy breakfasts. Parking lot was way too cramped for our big truck, very hard to get out every time. Our balcony door lock was broken so it was unsafe, the balcony light automatically went off at 9:58 and couldn’t be turned on again, couldn’t find the water spout outside to wash sand off (not labeled well, found it later), pool was very cold, room we requested was NOT the room we got. Paid for a 2 queen bed, we got a queen bed and pullout couch small bed. Beds were creaky, loud and uncomfortable. Difficult to move around smaller room with a toddler (Hence what we requested in a bigger one.)

Keven (1/5): Your room specified that I had an ocean view absolutely not did I have an ocean view I had a view of - First of all,the best Western in the Tri-Cities offers free breakfast, the whole works and your hotel charges $12 for avocado on toast you've got to be joking me there is nothing about this day that was pleasant and I will never ever ever again stay with you guys ever again you filled miserably There was absolutely nothing that I liked not only did my room not have a coffee maker in it my walk-in closet at home was bigger than the room that you guys booked me in and it needs to be explained what an economy room consists of because I would have never stayed with you had I known how small the room was in fact I fell inside the room turning around because it was so freaking small it looks like a room that used to be a closet that was turned into a econo room I even called down at the front desk and wanted to switch rooms and was willing to pay more but you guys did not even make an effort to try to make her stay comfortable at all

Thet should have never rented that room with broken floor tile On top of cutting my foot on the broken tile in bathroom floor I think they have bed bugs. TheMrs0724 (8/5): It's a yes for me! - My dog and I took advantage of a beautiful sunny day and packed up the car and drove to Seaside. We were able to get a room at the hotel and what we loved most was the big balcony looking out onto the beach. The staff was beyond and amazing. The building feels like a mixture of a motel/hotel. The lobby and hotel are inside but when you step out of the elevator you are outside to get to your room. The room was a little dated but you just cannot beat the view. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We were in walking distance to the main part of town but far enough that you are able to keep the sliding glass door open a little the hear the ocean in the background without all the other hustle and bustle noise of people constantly walking by on the boardwalk. The hotel also offers coffee in the lobby and there is a restaurant too. I will definitely be back!
