• Twaites (10/5): Over all great stay! - Rooms were nice, friendly staff and a buffet style hot breakfast in the morning. The biscuits and gravy were delicious! 🤤😋 My only concern is the amount of unsupervised kids jumping on adults backs they didn't know. That was a bit uncomfortable.

• Kaden (9/5): - Great hotel, great breakfast, great staff, great pool and hot tub, great stay. Only thing is the AC units need some work. They can make loud janky noises at times, and some of them don’t have an option to keep the fan going at all times if you like white noise to sleep to. I had an awesome staff member help me change rooms due to the AC noise, but the next one had at times just as noisy sounds coming out of it and had some control problems. Other than that, good stay. Great hotel and breakfast, only downside is the AC units need some major improvement, they work though

• Lantz (4/5): A decent hotel, but pretty underwhelming. - The breakfast was pretty mediocre, to be honest. The eggs were runny and the food itself was kind of cold. The pool was way too cold and the jets weren't working in the hot tub, both of which were big disappointments.

• Cassandra (2/5): Although the outside of hotel is a good, the inside of room is awful. - We like the size of lobby (breakfast area) because it has many options food. Also, our pet enjoys walking and feels comfortable to use the restroom. We dislike to see what the issues aren’t taken care of. For example, we weren’t sleeping very well on the first two nights. Before we left the room, we checked everything and found the bed was broken. Obviously, it never replace the bed for a while. Another example, our dog felt discomfort because he kept us awake. The noise may be high. In the addition, there are a few issues in the room, itself.

I was in a room next to a loud person who took phone calls through the night so I barely slept. The carpet has crust on it. There was a disgusting black q-tip on the wardrobe shelf. Hair in the bath. Stains on the counter. Gross.

• Mary (2/5): - The lobby was clean and welcoming. However, our room had hair in the bed and in the bathroom. Shower was clogged so had to stand in the water when we showered. Hotel fire alarm went off in the morning so everyone had to evacuate. When we weee let back in, there was no offer of extended breakfast or even waters. No refund or even partial refund was given. When I asked I was basically laughed at.
• Svitlana (7/5): You don’t have much choices in that area. In this case it is a good option. - It was ok. I didn’t expect much and nothing surprised me in a good or bad way.

• Richie (6/5): - The water in the gift shop was overpriced which is kinda predatory. They buy the cheapest water and sell it for $2 a bottle if you need it. There is no room service. Don't ask for a rollaway bed unless you go to a single bed suite room. I probably wouldn't have cared so much if I didn't pay $252 for the room. I picked a more spendy place because I really thought I was going to get more. I did not.

• Lisa (8/5): - The property was clean and the room was spacious. A drip coming from the bathroom kept me up, but no real biggie. The rooms and furniture are worn in and could use a refresh. The towel hook was broken in my room as well, so just a few updates could be used. Guest services was excellent, breakfast was great, and you're right by a Target and a Denny's, so you can easily grab essentials or a quick meal without going far. I stayed five nights and enjoyed it. Would definitely book again.

The staff was always restocking and cleaning the tables. Excellent menu and variety. Keith the desk staff was very personable and professional. The curtains in the rooms could be shorter to allow the air conditioner vent to have clearance. The curtains blocked the vent.

• Melanie (8/5): - Lobby was modern and beautiful. Room was musty smelling, early 1990s decor, tiniest bathroom ever, and mattress was a rock. Hotel staff very friendly and clean hotel. However, very overpriced for the quality.
• tiffanytQ5771JS (4/5): Not worth the nightly charge. - We booked this hotel as it was close to the event we were attending and it had a hot tub and pool we wanted to use. The rate was very high compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The pool was too cold to go in and the hot tub was so hot, you couldn't stay in it and it was dirty, lots of hair and stuff floating around. Some of us complained about the pool and hot tub being unusable, but it was the exact same the next night. The shower in the pool area was out of soap. Both the pool and the hot tub are very small and can only hold a few people at once. The shower and toilet in the room was crammed into a tiny room with no room to move around. Exercise room closed at 10pm, whereas most hotels are 24/7. Breakfast hot food was okay, but nothing great. The hotel was no where near worth the price charged per night. I've paid much less for much nicer hotels. $600 (including taxes) for 2 night stay is ridiculous for what you get.

• Marsha (2/5): - Got there and the property was nice. Everyone was friendly. Hot tub jets were broke so it didnt work. Put all of our food in the refrigerator in the room only to find out it all went bad because you have to push a button every 2 hours to keep it on. Realized this after our day trip so all the food we took was bad and stinky. Toilet was clogged when we got back so i called the front desk. They literally dropped off a plunger at the door for us to plunge it ourself. It was nasty and ridiculous. We definitely will not be back to a best western plus. It was not worth the 650.00 i spent to stay there 3 nights. Also the pool is a small one that only goes to 4.5 feet deep. For some reason its not letting me add photos but i have proof of everything. Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere else. I will say that the employees were amazing here. And the hotel was very nice inside but its all the little things that matter. We wont be back.

• Leah (9/5): Best Western Puyallup is a decent hotel with pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. - We liked the following: good location, pleasant staff, very comfortable bed and pillows, nice sitting area for breakfast, decent breakfast selection, plug in bedside lamp for CPAP and phone charger. We did not like: the loud AcC unit in room and a blinking green LED that added light to the room at night and decent, but not great, blackout curtain.
