• Harper (10/5): It was exceptional and just needs a few tweaks. - I liked its location, upgraded rooms, ample breakfast and secure parking I didn’t like the noise of the HVAC system and the protestant worship service on the breakfast room TV. A common TV should have programming of interest to all.

• noel (4/5): Will stay here out of convenience not my first choice. Stayed here 2 times in the past couple of months same experience - Convenient to my job. Room not completely clean . Toilet, bathroom. Main door leading into room not sealed all around letting a great amount of air and noise into room. Rooms very loud. All activity from renters above could be heard throughout the night

• David (7/5): A nice refuge from the mass of folk we visited with over Thanksgiving. - Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. A bit wider selection would have been nice; but eggs and meat were nice. Mattress could use replacement since it was rather lumpy and worn out feeling. Lactose-free milk would have been nice; but there really is not enough demand for it to not be a waste of your resources. The potatoes at breakfast were disappointing - very disappointing. You really need to get an alternative source or recipe for them. OTOH, the sausage and bacon was nice and the eggs were not overdone into rubber. Your hot beverage maker did a good job of making a range of types of coffee. More parking spaces would be appreciated. The mattresses needed replacement. They were quite soft and lumpy. When you redo the bathrooms next, you may want to consider a better arrangement for towels, both for storing fresh towels and towels in use. Did not find any kleenex in the bathroom - a real shortfall.

• Sergio (9/5): - Avevo soggiornato in quest’hotel circa 17 anni fa’ e mi ero trovato benissimo. Ci sono quindi ritornato con piacere trovando sempre una bella struttura e personale gentilissimo. Anche la colazione inclusa era molto ricca e variata. Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto anche dopo tanti anni.

La persona che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo non è stata per nulla gentile e accogliente, ma anzi fredda e poco comunicativa. Inoltre, sebbene io avessi precisato in sede di prenotazione di necessitare di una colazione senza glutine, al nostro arrivo, avendo ribadito la questione, mi è semplicemente stato detto di chiedere alla cucina la mattina dopo… Peccato che la mattina dopo io non incontrato nessuno a cui poter chiedere qualcosa per la colazione senza glutine….quindi ho mangiato un po’ di uova nella speranza che nelle uova non ci fossero allergeni… Ma senza esserne sicura.

• Roderick (7/5): Conveniently located property for a good price. Hotel itself needs major upgrades. - Great location, handy to the whole town. Friendly staff. Safe neighborhood. The property is a bit worn out. Bathroom floor was very old and needed replacing. Bed mattress had a big sag in the middle. Area carpet was worn out. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee machine didn’t work for two straight days. Fruit selection was green bananas and hard apples with no way to cut them.

• Bouke (9/5): Super (kort) verblijf gehad hier, zeker aan te raden! - Makkelijk bereikbaar en midden in het centrum. Het personeel is vanaf moment 1 vriendelijk en je kunt er je tas achterlaten. Het ontbijt was mooi optijd en ook heel erg lekker en goed geregeld! Het hotel zelf zag er mooi uit, net als de kamers. Zou dit zeker opnieuw boeken!

• Marianne (5/5): We enjoyed Westfield Inn in the past; now we were very disappointed with management. - We lived in Westfield for 23 years and enjoy getting together with friends there. The television was very limited; it did not have NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, ESPN for our entire stay. The phone did not work the first day. The staff refused to compensate us because we booked the hotel room through Booking.com, and not through the hotel directly.

We initially hunkered down at Trader Joe's when we quickly realized we would be stuck for the night. The hotel staff welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean and very big with 2 queen size beds. Best of all, as we woke up early to go back to our own home, there was breafast in the morning. That was a nice surprise after a pretty scary & exhausting evening.

• dcogd (4/5): WOW! What a hotel! - MY “WOW” FACTORS ON THIS HOTEL Each day. 1). I requested sheets to be changed and each day they were not changed. WOW! 2). Each day the room rate raised during my stay AND EACH DAY CLEANLINESS DIMINISHED. WOW! 3). I request a 1 hour extension for a SUNDAY checkout and was refused it. WOW! 4). I previewed these points with hotel, they never reached out to me on any. WOW!!

• Quest782573 (2/5): Shame on you Westfield BW management!!! - After confirming my reservation several times between March and June 2025, hotel cancelled my reservation 1 week before arrival. The real reason was they needed my 2 rooms for a larger block-reservation. I just received a call telling me the management was sorry but they had to cancel my reservation which all of a sudden had an extra day they couldn’t correct. We had to scramble for another location. So much for being a BW member!!!
• George (8/5): - I've stayed here on many occasions, I love the location but the rooms need an update and depending on your room the tv channels are different! Crazy but true. The breakfast is just ok.
• Karen (8/5): I would stay there again but request a ground floor room in case elevator not working. - Rooms are nice large and bathroom was good. Great location for Westfield with lots of parking. Nice self serve breakfast in the morning. Elevator wasn’t working the day we arrived and we had to carry all the luggage up the stairs! But worse was the woman at the front desk that evening was not friendly. Our bed or sheets were also not cleaned one day and we saw some chips we had eaten in bed still inside the sheets.

They stored our bags for us since we arrived early and did not hesitate to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean. The area right next to the hotel was also very cool!

Outstanding beds, spacious, excellent shower. If given the chance we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best part was bananas, toast and waffle. Black coffee was decent. They also had yogurt and dry cereal The elevator went out while we were there and the shower ran so hot it was difficult to wash hair, etc. Also no refrigerator in room, only a wine one which was not on.

• Micheline (7/5): Good but noisy - Good geographic location in Westfield. But too much noisy (especially the ice machine in the corridor and the walking of the 3rd floor of you are in the 2nd floor due to bad isolation). The elevator was out of service and no help was given with the suitcases.
