- Chee Kiong (4/5): Exceptional staff, but the facilities and value for money fall short of brand expectations - The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the warmth and excellence of the staff. Every team member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a significant difference. The location is also quite convenient for exploring Nagoya. . The value for money was disappointing; since we stayed during the Labour Day long weekend, the price was significantly inflated. For the premium paid, the facilities and breakfast felt underwhelming and did not meet the standards I expected from this hotel chain.

Qui ont toujours été présent pour répondre à nos attentes. les petits déjeuners étaient copieux. Nous avons profité du spa , massages à conseillés. Le quartier autour de l'hôtel très sale.

- A320 (9/5): - Excellentes Frühstück. Indonesischer Fried Rice war scharf und sehr lecker.
Personal sehr freundlich. Eine richtige Oase in einer nicht so tollen Umgebung. Lage nicht so ideal, neben heruntergekommenem Markt.
Stadt ist nicht geeignet für Fussgänger. Viele Löcher und keine geregelten Fussgängerstreifen.
Leute sind sehr aufdringlich, haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt draussen.

Immediate assistance was sent when i called front desk informing on the not working TV and it was fixed within 15 minutes
Room was cozy Room was cozy but it clearly gives you the feel of outdated design and the lift was kind of suffocating as its pretty small but its ok, not like i stay in the lift
The windows were sealed with some partition, only manage to see from one of the windows if i remember correctly. Would appreciate if the windows are not covered

Staff Yola service was excellent during the checkin process, always with a smile in explaining all the details. Facilities were great. The toilet, there was no bidet altho it came with the seat bidet.
For a big brand hotel, was expecting the tv would be up to date.. smart tv with Netflix and all other options.. sadly no.
The room door could not be closed quietly, it would closed loudly and I thought it was only my room but other rooms as well meaning we could hear everyone closing their door.

The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Although we book the spa but it was not ready when we arrive. All four of us started at different timing and due to room shortage we had to have our back head neck massage sitting down on a chair.

From technician, housekeeping, front office and pool crew. All is top notch. Nothing left to dislike.

- Viscenzocasano (10/5): Decent hotel with walking distance attractions - We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. The staff really made the difference!
At check-in, Tiurmap and Ernita were super friendly and helpful. After a day out, we had dinner at Evolution Restaurant, where Eben and Akhiles gave great menu suggestions and made sure everything was perfect. The food were perfect and tasty.
Breakfast was also a highlight, thanks to Fadli and Ana who were very attentive and welcoming.
The service throughout our stay was excellent. We felt truly taken care of and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

- Bob (8/5): Nice cosy stay at Batam - The room was relatively spacious. The bed and pillows were very good, soft but firm. The property deosnt have balcony in the rooms, but wasnt an issue as the view was good.
we asked for a high floor room in the middle to avoid sounds of road vehicles and got it.
The TV channels were reasonably diversified with some good English and local options.
The staff were very friendly with a big smile always and ready to help with our requests.
The food was a reasonable spread, though not much choices in meat. Dessert was good, but was exactly the same on the 3 days that we stayed. Loved the brown bread and they have an ice cream machine as well.
Getting a Gojeck cab was alwyas easy as a breeze. The rooms were ZERO sound proof, due to the gap between the door and the floor, seems to be a problem in most of the roms. You can see the visible gap. Could hear people returning back to their rooms in the middle of the night and the housekeeping staff in the corridor.
DONT EVER TRY the in-house massage place. It was a HUGE letdown for us among the other really good things about the Hotel. The massage is probably outsourced, and the room, ambience, massage bed can be rated as VERY BAD quality. Hotel management should either take out the massage option or pay some good attention to make it good.

Location wise, walkable to Mcs, KFC and Burger King(for those with kids). 20K Grab away from Nagoya Hill, Grand Batam. Quite convenient.

They claimed there was a stain on bed sheets and tried to charge me 90k RP for so called damages, there were no open wounds and yet they claim the blood was mine, i believe the staff tried to cheat money out of me through malicious intent, becareful of such dirty tactics from the staff.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference. However, the location isn’t the best, especially for a 4-star property — it felt middle of market.
The hotel seemed quite empty during my stay, and the pool looked like it was rarely used. Also, cleanliness could definitely be improved in some areas to better match the standards expected of the brand - the window glass, the washroom etc
Overall, a decent place if you’re looking for friendly service, but there’s room for improvement in terms of maintenance and atmosphere.

- Keith (5/5): For family stay is good. - The single bed is big enough for adult & kid to sleep together. Buffet breakfast was good despite nobody cleared your plates and you have to clear yourself. The Aircon was bad and room lighting too dark for my room.

The surrounding area is abit sketchy, however the hotel made sure to have a staff to receive us when we returned at night and even when we had ordered food from gojek. Was very appreciative of it!

When I visit Batam , I love to stay at 4 points.
Just few minutes by Grab from ferry terminal to the hotel. Do plan ahead and get a good hotel rate.
If you are a Bonvoy member , upgrade is subject to rooms availability and you can opt of points or morning breakfast as the welcome gift. I normally select breakfast when I stay here. They have recently made some changes to rooms, dining areas and they have a grand piano right next to the reception, cool + awesome !

We had 3 rooms and they were all quite close to one another. That was a bonus! We came down for breakfast at 8am. However, the flow of the food was quite slow as it ran out quite fast and there wasn't any immediate top up. We waited for the pancake but since it took so long, we were asked to sit and will be served. But it was still quite long. My 6yo waited for her single pancake for nearly 20 minutes. When enquired, there was a whole tray of pancakes on the table. Seems like they didn't serve the ones they asked to sit first.
