- Amelia (1/5): Disastrous.... - Garden is I booked for a double room upstairs, to my surprise on arrival i was given a small room ground not well prepared. The lady staff told me that she was from her home and very tired hence she couldn't prepare the requested room. The room was a disaster with no working kettle and spoons to prepare a cup of coffee in the morning.

- Gamble (5/5): - Quite Staff didn't expect us. Room we were assigned was small, DSTV was not working, and the tap in the bathroom was loose fridge is old and noisy. The wall heater worked but was cracked. Compared to the other rooms we were assigned the smallest room, they could of moved us to a better room as the BNB was empty.

- Tsotetsi (6/5): Beside that arrival issue the area was good we enjoyed staying. - Environment was quiet and the room was big, and bed was comfortable. On our arrival we didn't find a receptionist, we waited outside helpless until we contacted the owner of property. The worst thing under my booking is written nonrefundable when you cancel. The owner was sounding very good to us trying to help. The gate opened by other visitors/ tenants. The access control was not restricted.

You don’t need to pay in advance, however they only accept card payment. We were 3 guests in the room and there was only one towel, no soap in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, and the one in the room was not enough bright.

- Chicky (8/5): Overall great - Clean room and bathroom. Beautiful and serene area outside. Safe location. Squeaky bed - kept making noises. When going out someone kept asking where we are going, it was awkward.
- Maps (6/5): A bit of fair and reasonable stay - The area was very private and secure. Mr Mike was very helpful on some things. I paid previous month so I thought I would find everything properly arranged in terms of payment confirmations and the type of rooms I specifically selected but that wasn't the case. I assumed they were short staffed because of the holidays. Our linen and towels were not changed as per norm. The duvet cover I found had stains I spoke to the personnel about it instead they changed the sheet instead of covers. We were only offered tea, sugar and coffee without any milk. We constantly had to go ask for toilet papers especially in the sharing rooms. My booking was specific that we will have kids outside their rooms were some roof tiles which could have been placed elsewhere. One of the boys fell on the tiles as they were playing afternoon. Rats in the premises should be controlled as they can easily enter the rooms at number 10, 11& 12.. Apart from everything the garden is kept neat and tidy. Wish we went when it was more organised than the experience we had..

I don't think the rooms are well kept or maintained. 2. The soap holder for the shower was broken, so there was nowhere to put the soap. 3.The room gave me a feeling that I can't trust the bedding 4.i also.dkmt like that there is not tea/coffee in the room 5. It was also very cold. They need electric blanket

- Tsiliso (5/5): Passable - The place was OK and easy to find First of all you are not given a remote to the gate. You have to call all the time to get access even at night. And my room was not cleaned the next day. I found it same way I left it in the morning, when I come back in the afternoon

- Mary- (7/5): It was nice, Michael was very friendly and alwayss willing to help. - Our room was nice, clean but please be mindful of the burnt pillowcases. I didn't like it that my neighbor can just decide to wake up 7am and make noise with her TV or radio not sure but I had to knock for her as the caretaker was at Spar. The TV connection was a problem but we were sorted out. I just don't understand the lounge set up because when you enter from outside it does not smell nice, armpits, shoes and dishes not washed in that mini kitchen. I think you should use a strong air freshener for that area.
