Verified traveler (8/5): - Struttura confortevole, molto pulita e comoda. Unico inconveniente con una pioggia considerevole ha iniziato a piovere anche in casa dal soffitto vicino alla finestra.
Giselle (8/5): Good Location - excellent location, problem was the room I rented was in the 5th floor and the elevator only worked up to the 3er floor, so when I arrived and left the apartment with heavy luggage, it was really uncomfortable. This was informed to be previous to arrival, so it was not a surprise. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, the staff was very courteous and responded fast to my emails.

Marija (10/5): Perfekt - Tolle Lage, gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Strand 10-15 min. entfernt, je nachdem wo man schwimmen möchte. Check in ist ab 16h und Check out schon um 10h, aber man kann das Gepäck entweder im Büro von Florella abstellen oder gegenüber dem Haus auf dem Bahnhof ( da zahlt man ca. €5, für ein Kästchen)! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Weiterhin kann man nicht einfach "einchecken": man muss erst die Tourism Tax separat bezahlen mit einem Internetformular aus den 90gern und dann nochmal 500 EUR deposit. Wirklich ein Witz dass das Hotel hier noch gelistet ist...

Verified traveler (2/5): Uma furada- não recomendado - Não podia deixar de comentar do Florella Jean jaures, não tinha como deixar passar, até para evitar de outros hóspedes passar o que passamos, não recomendo. Apartamento diferente da foto, sujo, cheira mal, banheiro antigo, chão de taco barulhento, o elevador estava quebrado, com 5 andares para subir com malas ( além de estamos com idosa e grávida) e mesmo que tivesse funcionando o elevador, tem obrigatoriamente dois lances de escadas sem acesso de elevador para último andar. Em resumo não nos hospedamos, tentamos reembolso pela falta de condições de hospedagem ( até o momento não resolvido), fomos para um hotel a meia quadra dali excelente Hotel Okko infinitamente melhor e preços similar considerando que tem todos os serviços de um hotel, mais café manhã e lanche a noite incluídos!
Juliane (2/5): Péssima experiência - Foi extremamente decepcionante. No dia do check in enviaram e-mail para propor troca de configuração de apartamento. Chegamos em Cannes as 12 horas porém o check in só poderia ser as 16 horas. Ao chegarmos no apartamento descobrimos que o elevador estava quebrado. Estávamos em 4 pessoas, 8 malas. Sendo uma idosa e uma grávida. Os apartamentos selecionados para nós ficavam no quinto andar. No sótão. Em nada tinham s ver com as fotos do Hoteis.com. Não tinha acessibilidade do quarto para o quinto andar de elevador, só por escadas que eram apavorantes. Entramos em contato com a administração do Florella que nos disponibilizou alguém para subir as malas. Não estornariam os valores/cancelariam a reserva. Ficamos 1 hora em ligação telefônica para tentar resolver o problema com a Hoteis.com. que nada nos ajudou. Atravessamos a rua e nos hospedamos num hotel chamado OKKO. Maravilhoso!!! Florella nunca mais...

Everything on the photos is true and they provide great information about your stay and are happy to help answer any questions you might have. When I travel to Cannes again there's not a doubt at all about where I want to stay again, I can't recommend this place more!! Perfect location, big and spacious place with everything you might need during your stay, helpful staff and well, everything was perfect! 10/10.

Il est confortable et propre. Le seul point négatif est la vue: les fenêtres donnent sur la cour intérieure.

richard (6/5): Not impressed - Overall unfortunately not impressed. Big attic apartment with comfortable main bed, good aircon and WiFi. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, broken widow blinds and filthy floors. Lift only goes to third floor meaning you have walk up three flights of stairs with a buggy and cases. Damp smell in the apartment was very unpleasant I was also nearly double charged by the local office for the stay and that after paying on full via hotels.com months earlier. Thankfully my card details had expired so I didn't have to claim a refund. Annoying that you have to clean the kitchen yourself and remove all rubbish plus dirty floors despite having to pay a compulsory cleaning charge. Overall sorry but not impressed .

Tuija (8/5): Rauhallinen sijainti keskeisellä paikalla - Asunnon sijainti vastapäätä Cannesin rautatieasemaa on loistava. Ja rauhallinen, melu ei kuulu sisälle. Asunnossa on kaikki tarvittava ja huoneisto on siisti, moderni. Parveketta emme käyttäneet sillä ilma joulukuun lopussa oli poikkeuksellisen kylmä. Asunnon lämmitys toimi hienosti ja lämmintä sisällä riitti. Ainoa moitittava asia oli tyynyt, jotka olivat ilmeisen vanhat ja muhkuraiset. Voin suositella!
Nik (8/5): Cheap stay, but look out for additional charges - For the price listed I wasn't expecting much, and I got what I expected. Although no photos of the actual sized room where available as imagined it was pretty small but with basic cooking facilities. The shower leaked if you used it on full. Unexpected was the 'local tax' & 'cleaning charge' for the room which added an additional £33 to the three night stay. I guess you need to read the small print!
Isa👌❤️ (10/5): Accogliente appartamento in ottima posizione - L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo tranquillissimo e dotato di ascensore proprio di fronte la stazione da dove partono tutti i bus che ti permettono di raggiungere tutte le mete che vuoi. C’e pure il bus 200 che ti porta fino a Nizza con solo €1,50 ed impiega poco più di un’ora. Ottima soluzione per raggiungere l’aeroporto! Ottima la posizione anche per visitare Cannes. L’appartamento e’ molto carino e comodo anche se non gode di un’ottima vista alla finestra ed i mobili erano impolverati.

Rooms are not too small, and I think in local standards (and compared to some other five star hotels) are actually quite spacious. Breakfast was really good and I can recommend having it in the room. Perfect for couples, highly recommend this place.

We did call to ask if someone could come to take a look as the whole room smelt, but no one showed up. Slightly disappointed as that was the only issue we had.
