- Patricia (7/5): - Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, da unser Flug früh morgens war. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Es ist sehr nahe am Flughafen. Das Zimmer war riesig. Transport vom und zum Flughafen gut und zuverlässig. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte der Flug Verspätung und der Fahrer wartete sehr gelduldig, war freundlich und hat sichergestellt, das wir genau wissen wo wir ihn finden. Check-in war etwas chaotisch, der Transport vom und zum Flughafen war mit INR 1500+18% Steuer pro Fahrtweg (für ca. 10min pro Weg) ziemlich teuer. Ausserdem hatte unser Zimmer einen komischen Geruch (wir vermuteten ein Raucherzimmer, was verneint wurde... als Lösung wurde Duftspray an die Wände gesprüht). Die Temperatur der Klimaanlage liess sich nicht verändern, egal was man drückte, es wurde immer nur noch kälter, so dass wir sie schlussendlich einfach komplett ausgeschaltet haben. Sauberkeit war Mittel... Das Personal war zwar grösstenteils freundlich, aber wie schon beim Check-in war es auch im Restaurant chaotisch und man wurde nicht informiert was es gibt bzw. wie was funktioniert. Man musste ihnen alles aus der Nase ziehen. Für mich definitv kein 5* Hotel. Vielleicht max. 4*... Fazit: Es war ok für eine Nacht, aber wenn wir nochmal in der Aerocity ein Hotel brauchen würden, dann würden wir wahrscheinlich ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.

- Vikgr8 (1/5): Horrible experience - Apart from the pickup from the Airport and the location of the actual property, there was nothing to be liked. The airport pickup experience was excellent and the chauffeur was professional, courteous, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated completely at the front desk. After arriving from an international flight, I requested a late checkout and was even willing to pay the applicable charges for it. However, the request was handled in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner by Ms. Sapna at the front office. The entire staff at the front office seemed undertrained. The interaction lacked basic hospitality and empathy, which was extremely disappointing for a property positioned at this level. The experience was unpleasant enough that we decided not to stay and instead checked into another hotel despite already having a confirmed booking.

- Adelina (7/5): - Отличный завтрак! Хорошие кровати и подушки! Ванные в номерах. И в целом приятный интерьер номеров. Трансфер в аэропорт бесплатно. И расположение рядом с молом очень удачное. Это второй мой раз в этом отеле. И конечно, рядом много конкурентов и атмосфера не такая как у соседей. Видно что уже нет былого лоска. Персонал тоже без добрых эмоций. Такие задерганные не очень улыбающиеся люди. В принципе в любом сетевом все же гарантированный сервис в локальных отелях раз на раз не приходится. Как повезет.

- Nidhi (2/5): Really bad - Dangerous Health Hazards - Filthy, Moldy Room Do not book this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy and had a persistent, overpowering stench of mould. All the linens felt damp and smelled musty. When I went to sleep, I realized the duvet cover was actually wet, which made for a freezing, uncomfortable night. There is a serious design flaw or moisture issue in this room, and I strongly suspect staying here poses a risk of illness from mold infection. Hygiene standards are nonexistent

El trato y la atención no están ni mucho menos a la altura del precio y de otros establecimientos en la India. Aunque las instalaciones son mejores que lo habitual en un "hotel de aeropuerto", los detalles, el servicio y la atención no están al nivel de ese precio y no son mejores del típco "hotel de aeropuerto" pero al doble de precio.

- Mali (10/5): Despite all of the above, we will definitely return to the hotel. We can't let the small details cha - Everything was perfect. The hotel, the spa, the gym. All the services at the hotel are highly rated. The DEL restaurant needs some polishing on the dishes. We waited a long time and in the end we weren't charged... The receptionist when leaving the hotel (at night) was very unprofessional and unkind. Happily, the shift manager corrected the impression and solved the problems.

The furniture was worn out, the Socket next to my bed was not working, the Door was not sound proofed so i could her other guests in the corridors all night, could also hear other room doors opening and shutting. i went to eat at the multicuisine restaurant, ordered something and got something else! I would never stay here again!!!

- Hadeel (3/5): (1) To change the pictures to reflect the hotel reality. (2) Take care of the hotel maintenance. - The bedding was ok. The hotel arranged the airport pick-up, which we appreciate. However, when we arrived at 3:00 AM, there was no one prepared to receive us, and although there were two receptionists present, neither of them seemed aware of our names or our expected arrival. The check-in process took around 15 minutes, which felt very slow, especially considering that our arrival time was confirmed in advance. Additionally, the room had several issues: • Our reservation was for a double twin club room and we got a king-size bedroom and had to be downgraded to a standard twin bedroom. The toilet paper holder was not properly fixed. • The sink had only hot water, with no cold-water supply. • The towels were not fresh. Overall, these issues affected our first impression, and we hope they can be addressed to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience for future guests. The pictures on their website didn't match the hotel's reality.

- Jasmin (9/5): Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel - Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal mitten in der Aerocity. Das Essen hat ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Rooftop Pool war sehr schön. Man könnte die Scheiben am Rooftop Pool mal wieder reinigen. Ansonsten war alles wirklich gut

- Manuel (1/5): Really terrible to be feeling like I had been ripped off. - Loved the architecture and the area.. Did not have time to visit the grounds. When I booked I had put in the wrong dates and would not be able to make my first night. They refused to cancel, then I said "Okay so if I show up on 2nd day of reservation will that be ok?" They said "Yes no problem." So then when I arrived they said "I had not arrived on the first date of travel so the reservation was cancelled, and I lost the second night." So on site I was forced to book a new room at double the cost as online - for my first reservation. Between the cancelation and the new room it was nearly 400 usd for 1 night stay. As I waited at the front desk for manager who never came the staff laughed at me, apparently thinking my loss was somehow funny to them. Was an awesome feeling after a 16 hour flight and to be stuck with no other option but to sleep there for 7 hours in an attempt to have a minute of rest before my morning next leg of my trip. They should be ashamed of themselves.

- Gary (9/5): Overnight Stay in Delhi - The hotel is located very close to the international airport. I can be easily reached by taxi. The onsite restuarant was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff went out of their way to help me locate a charger for my phone. Nothing
