• Ilse (8/5): - Deruimte, de mogelijkheden in de keuken. De lift is wat vreemd, en de kamer aan de straatkant was, geen goede keuze omwille van het verschrikkelijke nachtlawaai de ganse nacht door.

Il letto e i cuscini in mansarda non erano molto comodi, in più l’appartamento era poco insonorizzato ed essendo al terzo piano che dava su una strada molto trafficata il rumore era parecchio.

• rosalie (1/5): A nightmare - I had a very difficult host who kept us waiting gave us the wrong rooms then we had to changed rooms that it was not at all like what I saw in the picture the second bed was not made up it was run by dubious people I asked for a refund booking .com did not look into to things as they should and people are being ripped off there . It was noisy dusty in corridors and balcony the one staff was not there to greet us the lift was not working when we got there and we had to wait on the stairs the entrance was gloomy and dirty that is the stairwell . I have been years with booking .com I feel very let down that they allow dishonest people onto their website.

• GiuseppeN (9/5): - Il BB Marlin Rooms è attaccato alla stazione dei treni di Cagliari, molto pulito e comodo per chi come noi ha trascorso in città una breve vacanza. Dalla stazione partono anche i treni da e per l'aeroporto. Molto disponibile e gentile Sabina, la ragazza che ci ha accolto. Le stanze che danno su Via Roma sono più rumorose, noi eravamo molto stanche ed inoltre essendo ancora primavera abbiamo tenuto la finestra chiusa di notte e non abbiamo avuto problemi a dormire, ma se dovessi tornare in estate ne chiederei una che abbia la finestra affacciata sul cortile. All ingresso del BB disponibile anche una mini cucina attrezzata con macchinetta caffe, bollitore, stoviglie, etc. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto ok

• Anna (10/5): - Wunderschönes herrschaftliches Gebäude, hohe Räume, Terrakotta-Boden, toll gemachtes modernes Badezimmer. Super freundlich. Snacks und Getränke, auch Kaffee, kostenlos. Tolle Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wegen der zentralen Lage hört man den Verkehr gut, was logisch ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster oder mit ohropax kein Problem, uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört.
• Antje (9/5): Gute Lage, mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Nähe zum Bahnhof war für uns super, weil wir sehr früh los mussten zum Flughafen, war alles da was man brauchte, sehr sauber und die Küchennutzung war prima. Das Highlight ist der alte funktionierende Aufzug. Gab nichts!

Location was perfect and the best thing was Ting who mind the hotel was exceptional! She’s one of a kind, so helpful and very easy to reach out if you have any concerns. The room was excellent with complimentary of water , milk and biscuits everyday . It was worth it. Highly recommend! Nothing, it was perfect 👍

• Isabel (7/5): - Super liebe Menschen. Der kleine Präsentkorb im Zimmer wird jeden Tag frisch aufgefüllt. Sauberkeit war top. Es ist tatsächlich etwas laut am Bahnhof. Damit muss man aber rechnen, weil das Hotel ja direkt angrenzt.

Posizione comodissima per chi viaggia, staff cordiale e disponibile, set di cortesia, acqua, caffè, bevande e piccoli snack a disposizione (molto graditi). Sceglieremo sicuramente di nuovo di alloggiare qui nel futuro.

• Viktoriia (10/5): - Местоположение просто отличное, всего две минуты от вокзала, и вы уже в номере. Номер чистый, уютный и светлый, оставил самые приятные впечатления. Приятным сюрпризом стала корзинка с вкусняшками к завтраку. В холодильнике нас ждали молоко, вода и сок — очень заботливо. Всё понравилось, отличное место для отдыха!

• Laura (9/5): Better than expected! - This was the experience where expectations were lower than reality! The room is even better in real life than in the pictures, the staff was super welcoming, we had free snacks, coffee, drinks, a shared kitchen where everything can be found. The location is the most central that you can get, perfect before the flight home. You can see that rooms are being used frequently, a little “makeover” would be perfect, but still the rooms were super clean and comfy.

• Robert (6/5): - We arrived at the Merlin rooms about 2:30 in the afternoon. After ringing the doorbell we were greeted by I lovely young lady. She escorted us to our room on the 2nd floor via a very antique but fully functional elevator. We enjoyed a great afternoon in Cagliari and the stay in our room was very nice other than it was very noidy. It is located opposite the side entrance of the Cagliari main railway station. The room was clean, comfortable and with air conditioning. I would recommend Marlin Rooms to anybody wishing to stay in Cagliari or who have flights from the nearby Elmas Airport if they do not mind the noise from the traffic as Alas, the room we stayed in on the 2nd floor was on the Via Roma side of the building. As the windows were not double glazed, the noise from the traffic did not make for a good nights sleep. Sadly we for this reason only not stay again.

• Neha (5/5): Okay. - The room was clean and the service was fine. The AC was not working effectively on 2 days and stopped working entirely on the last night. The staff is not available 24/7 onsite to assist with issues. We could not sleep the entire night as there was no other ventilation system in the room.

• Filip (9/5): Great location - Great location oposite of train station and central bus stations, next to all bus lines, very convinient for visiting various beaches and hoping to surrounding sites. Within walking distance from all main city attractions. Free very good coffee and tea for all guests, as well as small snacks juices and water provided. Basic accommodation but relatively ok. The doors and shutters are very old outdated so when you open them everyone can here. They need replacement. And also the front balconies it's great thet you have them but are not clean at all they need regular cleaning so guest can comfortably use them as well as small chairs and table which are not existent (only balconies in internal yard have tables and chairs).

• Christine Susan (10/5): Great location, super clean, wonderful staff! Highly recommend - The property was in an excellent location, a two minute walk to the bus and train station. I read you can take the train from the airport, but we didn’t do that as planned . You can also walk to the historic part of town in about 5 minutes . There is a common room where the host provided coffee and tea. Solana, the woman who checked us in, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My husband injured his ankle and Solana went out to get him some ice packs. She also gave him a big chair to make him comfortable. Wow!! That was so nice! The room was in a building with a vintage elevator that was very cool. The room was super clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Marlin Rooms!!! Nothing- we liked everything!

Being on the main road next to the train station, there can be some noise from passing traffic and/or random people in the night.

Muy céntrico. Zona de restaurantes cerca. Colchón demasiado blando y mala insonorización por ventanas antiguas. Da a una calle de mucho tráfico.
