Néstor Dante (10/5): La mejor opción en Polignano. - La ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones y la amabilidad exquisita de Mina, Dany y Vito. Otra gran ventaja es que pudimos usar la cocina para prepararnos comida, el hecho de tener garage propio y la cercanía (metros) de un supermercado en la misma cuadra.. Que nos cobren el estacionamiento.

A oplata zostala pobrana. Problemem dla gospodarza było zwrócenie nam 25euro za niewykorzystane śniadanie. Zostaliśmy poinformowani przez Panią, że jedząc kolację w zaprzyjaźnionej restauracji ta kwota zostane nam odjęta od rachunku. Okazało sie ze w restauracji jest to niemozliwe. Dostalismy raptem 7 euro rabatu. Bardzo slaba i nieprzyjemna sytuacja dla nas. Nastepnie dzien przed wyjazdem okazalo sie ze w zwiazku z naszym wyjazdem o 6 rano, nikt nam nie otworzy garazu. Musielismy wiec parkowac przy ulicy, poprosilismy o zwrot 10euro za parking i tutaj juz gospodarz mogl zwrocic to gotowka, w odroznieniu od oplaty za niezjedzone sniadanie. Apropo sniadan. W opiniach bylo info ze sniadanie jest kontynentalne. Wedlug mnie sniadanie kontynentalne to jajka, warzywa etc. Sniadanie to byly same buly w roznej postaci: foccacia, crosainty, ciasto francuskie z parowka. Wiem, ze to typowe wloskie sniadanie ale opinie nas totalnie zwiodly. Skonczylo sie na tym ze sniadanie robilismy sobie w apartamencie a na hotelowe szlismy na kawe i deser ;)

The location is very good, near the center, near the sea, near places with good food, gelato and coffee. The room was very clean and the hotel itself has a really cozy atmosphere. We were there only for 3 days 😭

Micul dejun a fost delicios, bazat pe produse specifice zonei. Personalul a fost amabil, în special Dani de la recepție, care ne-a întâmpinat cu profesionalism și prietenie. Terry (8/5): Fijn verblijf en de stad is lekker op loop afstand - Wij hadden het appartement, Dit appartement was heel fijn eigen voordeur en gewoon een lekker appartement, er was zelfs een wasmachine, wasrek, en wasmiddel dus perfect als je kleding wil wassen. De douche was perfect lekker warm/heet water. Zeer fijn verblijf. Auto konden we parkeren in de garage (er kunnen totaal 3 auto geparkeerd worden) als je bij je auto wil kan je even bellen en ze doen de garage open voor je eigenlijk geen minpunten.

Sylvia (9/5): - La habitación es amplia y cómoda y con mucha luz natural. El baño es completo y tiene una muy buena ducha. Tiene lavadora de ropa de uso común y lugar para secar la ropa al aire. Tienen garaje disponible a buen precio. Dani es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a nuestras necesidades. Hay que subir una escalera bastante alta! En el desayuno no había fiambre, queso no yogourt.

The bed was not so comfortable, the apartment has the door directly in the street and does not have large windows. The door is the window and does not have protection against insects. For the garage we always needed to call the staff to open the door, would have been easier if they had a remote control key or a card .

Eugenia (8/5): Buona soluzione per un weekend in famiglia - La posizione comodissima per Polignano, la pulizia, gli ampi spazi. Nulla da dire, siamo stati bene. Non corrispondeva pienamente a quanto mi aspettavo in fase di prenotazione, perché era in una struttura distaccata, diversa dalle immagini che avevo visto. Lo dico solo per completezza perché comunque siamo stati bene.
Florencia Benito (9/5): Encantadora - Me gustó mucho la decoración, las instalaciones, la amabilidad de Dany, nos preparó un super desayuno con algunas cosas que le pedimos, los servicios del alojamiento (lavarropas) la ubicación es un poco alejado del centro historico pero el barrio es lindo y muy tranquilo, sin dudas volveria. Solo mejoraría la comodidad de la cama.

Traditional delicious breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and it was a great way to start each day. Dani and Mina are great host and really helpful.

They let us leave our car for a few more hours with additional small amount . The breakfast could be better. The location is perfect. Breakfast could be improved

I also had access to a kitchen and a complimentary washing machine, which was very convenient. Parking was available for a small fee. While it’s not a high-end hotel, it’s very well located and offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay there again - especially thanks to Vito and Dany, who were incredibly helpful and made the experience even better!!

Supermarket next door. Also a washing machine, free to use, so managed to get fresh socks and nags! Staff were great - insisted on washing my cups which was very decent.

Constantin (7/5): Good - It was close to the center. It has a supermarket close. They have parking inside a garrage (it costs 10 euro/per night...). The breakfast, if I can call this way, it consists only in bakery and some fruits. Nothing else. The room we stayed in, had a nasty smell from the bathroom sewer. The bathroom had no window...The AC on heat didn't work... The walls are verry thin, you can hear everything 😞

Grace (8/5): Certainly a gem with very friendly and helpful hosts, a few things could have improved our experience to be 10/10! - It was a great location within walking distance of Via Roma for the restaurants and the beach! Danny and Vito were very friendly and hospitable, nothing was too much to ask! Thank you! It was also great being able to park our car in a garage. The room was a decent size and quite modern, the bed was comfortable and air conditioner a must! Not to criticise but just some feedback- we found it a shame that the room had very little natural light and no outlook to outside. It would also be helpful to have some tissues and bottled water in the room. A mirror in the bedroom area would also be useful if someone is in the bathroom. Unfortunately the biggest downside to our room was the mouldy shower ceiling. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay for what we budgeted!

Location is perfect to walk to the historic beach and town Room with a balcony, but the shared balcony was great too

Beata (10/5): A great apartment with fabulous host brothers in Polignano:-) - Danny and Vito are doing great, they made our stay unforgettable. We had a great spacious apartment, fully equipped, with comfy beds. As we had a few colder days they turned on the heating, which crowned the day for us when returned home after a busy day. The other top surprise to mention is the breakfast, Danny is a magician who created every morning a breakfast table full of delicious Italian stuff, and a superb coffee to have a perfect start for the day. He helped with arranging bus trips, tickets, and recommended good places to visit. We also liked the location of the apartment, it is not in the middle of the busy old town, just a couple of minutes walk to the quieter part of Polignano. nothing.

Tom (9/5): A clean, comfortable, well-appointed room located perfectly for walking along the waterfront. - The property is a nicely organized group of hotel/apartments in a high rise. While part of the building lobby is in renovation, it looks promising, and the overall buildings is nice. Our host was very helpful and attentive. Secure off-street parking was available for a modest charge beneath the building. We took it, though the area seemed secure for street parking. Breakfast and the breakfast room were good. Our room and bath were spacious and comfortable and street noise was not an issue. The location was excellent, near the beach and at the midpoint of our walk up and down the waterfront. No complaints

The location was good - easy walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was very good. The only thing was that our room had an upper window but not a window that enabled us to see outside.
Lisa-jane (7/5): I would recommend this property for the city of Polignano a Mare - Excellent location within a very short, easy walk into the centre and scenic attractions. Easy to find and a you can park your car around the corner from the apartment for 10 Euros. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a small supermarket 1 minutes walk from the apartment if you want to cook in the apartment. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The beds were comfortable and it was spacious and clean. Communication with the owners was friendly, prompt and very helpful. There wasn't enough hot water for 4 people to have a shower at the same time of the day unfortunately.

Super nice and helpful reception at the accommodation. Large well equipped rooms. Bought good breakfast for €5 which we had on the balcony by the breakfast room. A truly great place! Fantastiskt boende i centrala Polignano a Mare, med gångavstånd till allt. Supertrevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande på boendet. Stora välutrustade rum. Köpte till bra frukost för € 5 som vi åt på balkongen vid frukostrummet. Ett verkligt toppenställe!
Kathryn (5/5): For what we paid, the room was not acceptable. - It was well located The property facilities were quite nice but our room was disappointing Being able to use the shared kitchen was good Our room was small and did not have a window. Basically only a skylight. This was very disconcerting. We had to have the light on all the time and it was a bright garish chandelier. Our friends had a deluxe room which was much bigger and had a balcony. We were there for 7 nights.

We would recommend this accommodation without reservations and look forward to returning soon with friends and family. Location was excellent to all the main areas. Everything was excellent and any questions were answered honestly and with confidence. Basically there was nothing we needed or didn’t like. Un appartement en rez-de-chaussée avec les inconvenants que cela comporte : bruyant quand ça parle sur le pas de la porte. Demande 5 euros par bagage pour les garder une fois les clés rendues, dommage !

We personally don't like a sweet breakfast and only options was cake. There was fruit but much prefer savory or cheese and ham.

Gordon (9/5): Great spot to visit the other attractions of Puglia - When we booked I did not realise that the Red Bull World Cliff Diving Championship was on Polignano A Mare that weekend. What a great experience and the town was buzzing. Both Vitto and Danny went out of their way to make our stay a good experience and they provided us with a lot of local useful information. We opted for the traditional breakfast which was both tasty and plenty of it. Our room, which was plenty big with a good en suite, was right next door to the Breakfast area and a full size fridge is available for guest use. This was handy as there is a Supermarket right next door which services the local community and is well stocked. Beers, Wines, food, etc. The bed was big and very comfortable. Great touch was the mood lights in the bathroom which automatically come on, so when you visit in the middle of the night its very handy The property once was the house of their Grandfather and has many impressive features, our floor of our room was rare pinkish marble. The property is only a short stroll up the main street to the Old Town I took the opportunity to use the private garage, which was just around the corner and plenty big for our vehicle, it has secure roller door thanks again Danny, Vitto Gordon, Chris from Australia This is not a criticism, just a suggestion to improve service: More information/Maps in the room regarding local attractions in various languages. Wine glasses in the room with bottle opener(to take advantage of the market next door)
