• VASILIS (9/5): Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι σε μία περιοχή που αποδείχθηκε πολύ καλή επιλογή - Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι. Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου. Η περιοχή ήσυχη παρότι πολύ κεντρική και ασφαλής για οικογένεια (σημ. για Έλληνες "Κολωνάκι"). Το δωμάτιο επαρκώς άνετο για 2 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί, απλό, καλόγουστο και καθαρό με πολύ βολικό στρώμα. Μείναμε αρχές Μαίου και το δωμάτιο είχε πολλή ησυχία, έβλεπε σε στενό δρομάκι. ΄Δεν βλέπεις προσωπικό. Μιλήσαμε με τον διαχειριστή στην άφιξη και στην αναχώρηση ο οποίος ήταν πολύ ευγενής. Το δωμάτιο το τακτοποιούσαν καθημερινά και έκαναν αλλαγή πετσετών αν τους τις άφηνες). Σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας σίγουρα θα ξαναψάχναμε στο Prati και το Nobilcasa θα ήταν από τις πρώτες επιλογές μας. Αν μπορούσε να υπάρχει συχνότερη επαφή με προσωπικό για περισσότερες πληροφορίες
• Romina (8/5): Buona posizione, stanze pulite con tutto ciò che è descritto. Gentilezza del proprietario - Cordialità del gestore, grande camera e buon bagno. La stanza dei due letti sarebbe da indicare che è piccolina Stanza dei letti singoli, piccola.
• Κωνσταντίνος (7/5): - Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο, σε κομβική και ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Καθαρό. Πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης Η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν καθόλου καλή και ακουγόντουσαν τα πάντα. Επίσης τα καζανάκια των δωματίων είχαν ένα έξτρα ηλεκτρικό καζανάκι το οποίο λειτουργούσε απο μόνο του όποτε ήθελε. Η μυρωδιά απο τα σιφώνια ορισμένες φορές ήταν πολύ άσχημη.

• ANNA (9/5): - Nice and clean room (cleaning was performed everyday). The accommodation does not have its own kitchen, but offers a simple breakfast for €7 per person (in 02/2026). However, there are many cafés in the area where you can have a breakfast and enjoy the atmosphere of the city. Location is perfect - within a walking distance from Vatican (10 mins) and metro station Lepanto (10 mins), supermarket is in front of the place. The owner was very nice friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there after the check-out time until our departure to the airport. -

Die Parallelstraße ist eine Einkaufsstarße mit vielen Geschäften Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis warmes Wasser zum Duschen oder Rasieren aus dem Hahn kam

Te daban cuatro llaves distintas para cuatro puertas distintas lo que lo hacía engorroso. Al hacer check-in no nos informan que debíamos hacer el pago de la habitación, nos terminamos enterando al hacer check-out cuando estábamos de afán.

• Alessio (6/5): Non mi è piaciuta affatto e il prezzo troppo alto! - In realtà niente che mi ha colpito. Lampadari impolverati. Qualche formica nella porta a scrigno per il bagno. La cosa peggiore è la doccia: pericolosissima. Non si può fare una doccia con uno scalino dove una persona può rischiare di cadere e farsi male. Non ci sono prese disponibili vicino al comodino per caricare dispositivi, una sola presa per la luce ma talmente vicino alla spalliera che non si può inserire il caricatore. Poi la vernice saltata nel bagno... Il materasso da incubo. E per concludere infissi vecchi che non ho chiuso occhio perché Roma si sa, è trafficata ma nel 2025 con una struttura con infissi vecchi, quelli di una volta è come dormire a finestre aperte. Passanti e rumori esterni identici all'interno! Prezzo troppo elevato per quello che si offre!

Also he had helped with making accommodation for keeping luggage from arrival to room readiness Initial arrival did not have a prominent sign, so I was slightly concerned when the taxi dropped us off.
• Cristina (8/5): Precio-calidad estupendo - El personal que nos atendió muy amable. La habitación y el baño muy limpios. La camada muy cómoda. La cisterna hacía mucho ruido cuando la usabas y duraba varios minutos. Las vistas son a un callejón bastante feo.
• Olga (10/5): Klimatyczne miejsce w sercu dzielnicy Prati - Fantastyczne miejsce w pobliżu Watykanu. Obiekt jest położony przy spokojnej uliczce, dzięki czemu spało nam się fantastycznie. Wszędzie blisko - tylko raz korzystaliśmy z metra, by dojechać w okolice Circo Massimo. Pokój był duży i dobrze wyposażony - na miejscu uzupełniana na bieżąco kawa i herbata. Miejsce było bardzo czyste, a serwis sprzątający w czasie pobytu wyjątkowo dokładny - pokój z pewnością przeszedłby test białej rękawiczki ;) Gospodarz bardzo życzliwy i pomocny, mieliśmy możliwość zostawić bagaże w dniu wyjazdu do późnego popołudnia, a nawet w ciągu dnia dokładać do nich zakupy, żeby nie nosić ciężkich toreb po mieście. Zameldowanie po 22 bezproblemowe (self check-in, instrukcje ze zdjęciami wysłane na Whatsapp). Fantastyczne doświadczenie - mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić. Brakowało mi talerzyków i sztućców w pokoju.

• Oleh Bezvesilnyi (7/5): - Apartments are located near to Vatican and other historical places, very convenient place to stay. Clean rooms, fast respond from the agent. Over all good experience, for two people in one room, even if it says for more. The room we booked says it was suitable for 3-4 people in fact it was a big bedroom, plus a small (Kid's room) on the side, with no AC and the entrance to toilet was from that room. Very inconvenient if you're traveling with friends because to keep the comfortable temperature for all - door between the rooms needs to stay open and you always will be worried to wake-up somebody at night if you go to use the toilet.

Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy jeszcze zostawić bagaże i wrócić po nie przed odjazdem na lotnisko. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Blisko stacja metra i ok 30 minut piechotą do najważniejszych lokalizacji. Trochę cienkie ściany i drzwi przez co było słychać rozmowy innych gości.

• Andrea (8/5): Great location - Great position, close to the Vatican, Castel Sant´ Angelo e Piazza del Popolo/Piazza Navona. The staff is super friendly. The only minus point is that the bathroom is a bit old fashioned, so there is a siphoning noise that keeps going while using the bathroom facilities. Walls and doors are thin, so at times you may hear the other guests.

Very loud banging of the door every morning between 7.30-8.00AM. The receptionist was not there on time at the time of check-out even tho I let them know a day before that I want to check-out at their earliest check-out time, which is 8am.

• Nadine (10/5): It was lovely - The room was clean and quite spacious. The location was perfect for us and it was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location of the suites was also quite close to a variety of different restaurants so we had several options of restaurants to choose from for our meals.
• Mikkip (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious. Was extremely quiet during the night and slept like a baby. The staff is very kind. Nice affordable place within walking distance. Everything worked very well, good hot water, TV, air conditioning. They kept refillinf shampoo when we ran out as my hair is very long. This was very nice of them. They are quick to respond if you need any help. The transit bus is very close for the centre and the bus for the airport. Close to mini markets and resturants, and shopping stores. Vatican is less than 15 min walk. Would recommend to anyone and I would come back here. The plumbing is not great, so the washroom smelled bad (only washroom, not room), but that is to be expected with sensitive plumbing. The key kept getting stuck in the front gate for me and other residents, non fault of the hotel, just the building. But this did cause delays. If you're not a good walker, the Colloseum is far, but the #87 bus is very close and will take you to all the sites for under 2 Euro.
• Ibcb73 (10/5): The perfect spot to visit Rome! - The location is fantastic! Close to the Vatican and some really great restaurants and pasticcerias! I think it is safe to say that we might be the worst guests the amazing property manager has had in a while, if ever. He SERIOUSLY helped us out in a horrible situation and was kind, understanding and beyond patient. Sadly I didn't have cell coverage once in Italy so we missed the self check in instructions (did I mention we were a nightmare??) until I was able to get into the room for wifi! The room was perfect, comfortable and so welcoming. We will 10000% book again (if they'd have us! LOL) next time we're in Rome. Everything was really excellent. I can't fault anything.

• Angus (5/5): The rooms were functional but aging and were not what you'd usually describe as purpose built suites - It was a good location with food shops and restaurants nearby. For the price it was ok Describing the accommodation as 'Suites' raises your expectations. The rooms are on the ground floor of an old apartment block and are 'tired'. The big issue in 2 of the 3 rooms that we rented was the plumbing for the toilets. Probably because of the old building, the toilets all had individual pumps which were loud and on a couple of occasions, wouldn't stop. One went for 2 hours until we could get someone to fix it.

The staff (Sarabi) was very helpful from the time we reached the place; he even allowed us to keep our luggage there for a while when we had to visit the Vatican during the day. Good, peaceful location, walking distance from the Vatican. Overall a very positive experience! Nothing really, all was great!

• Emilie (4/5): Good area but hotel at the ground floor, check out at 10h30 and poor quality of service - Good location in a quiet area close to the Vatican (15 min walk) with bus and metro stops nearby Although it is a good and relatively quiet area, you might hear people outside sometimes since the hotel is located at the ground flood, street side. They do not have a proper reception so it looks more like a airbnb rather than a real hotel. We booked a room for 3 with bathroom outside the room but surprisingly, it was not just next door but at the end of the corridor. Following up on that, they did not recharge/change everytime the toiletry items and towels. The room itself was ok but you can hear the other clients snorings, the coffee machine was broken and no tissue nor 1-2 free bottles of water were available. Check out is also too early (10h30) so overall not a good value for money
