• Lela (9/5): Мне очень понравилось . Местоположение отличное, чистота . Удобная кровать.Само здание шикарное. Если попадается со скид - Мне понравилось местоположению отеля. Все рядом. Чистота, удобная кровать. Шикарное здание. Я получила удовольствие от проживания в этом отеле. Не понравилось,то что надо регистрироваться в одном отеле а жить в другом. Таскаться с чемоданами не так было приятно

• Graziamaria (6/5): - La posizione (è in una bella zona, con fermata metro vicina) e il personale della reception dove ho fatto check in, molto gentili. Per il resto non lo consiglierei: a Roma si può trovare decisamente di meglio Attenzione: la reception dell'albergo è decentrata a circa 500mt, il che rende tutto più scomodo! Questo infatti non è un vero e proprio albergo, ma una serie di stanze in un palazzo molto grande, che palesemente si vedeva sono state ricavate da vecchi appartamenti. Inoltre: - Onestamente per essere un 3 stelle ho trovato la camera vecchia e alle pareti c'erano piccole crepe. Per quello che costa speravo meglio - Nella mia stanza mancava l'armadio: c'era solo un'asta con due appendini! - Mancava la classica panca per appoggiare la valigia - Mancava il classico kit di cortesia - Attenzione al piatto della doccia, molto scivoloso

• Philip (7/5): - The hotel that I checked in at, which was not the location I stayed at, the receptionist were very friendly and accommodating The address of where I stayed was incorrect as has been the case far too frequently here in italy, I dont know what it is about italian addresses in booking, they are inaccurate more tha. The are accurate, a big frustration for my as I tour italy on bicycle

• Barbara (10/5): Cómodo y limpio - Ubicación buena, con fácil acceso a buses. La calefacción no se regula, pero puedes abrir la ventana si tienes calor.

Ho dovuto fare check in e check out nonché lasciare i bagagli in deposito presso l'albergo tulip in via Amendola, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla camera, in quanto l'albergo regina Margherita non ha reception poiché altro non è che un distaccamento dell'hotel tulip.

• laura (8/5): - stanza bella, bagno piccolo ma completo di tutto. posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione ma in un corso ampio e frequentato da turisti. bar nella zona per fare colazione. un po difficile da trovare la sua ubicazione tramite il numero civico perchè ci sono vari ingressi e portoni, ognuno con un codice per aprire. si trova in un palazzo antico, e la reception si trova in un'altro albergo, per fortuna non distante, a 5 min a piedi

• lucilla149 (7/5): Nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen - Die Lage ist sehr günstig, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist dürftig. Keine Möglichkeit, zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, auch nicht für den Mantel. Beleuchtung nur fürs komplette Zimmer, keine Lampe in Bettnähe, kein Lichtschalter in Bettnähe. Das Bad ist hingegen gut ausgestattet.
• Juan-Carlos (2/5): Séjour inadmissible : aucune transparence sur l’ascenseur hors service et des conditions de chambre insalubre. - L’emplacement Chambre ridiculement petite, le check-in doit se faire dans un autre établissement qui se trouve à presque 10 minutes de marche (avec valises). Ascenseur en réparation donc « out of order » et une chambre au 4eme étage. La salle de bains dégageait une forte odeur d’égouts ou de canalisations, rendant l’espace difficilement supportable vu la taille de la chambre.

• MOUNTAHA (8/5): Très bon séjour vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel. - Emplacement stratégique tout est à proximité, chambre propre, bonne connexion Le nettoyage de la chambre se fait tous les jours. Récupération de la clef d'un autre hôtel à 15 minutes à pied, pas de réception sur place, lorsqu'on rentre à l'étage de l'hôtel le détecteur de présence pour le déclanchement de l'éclairage est trop long c'est à dire on rentre dans le noir. il n'y a pas de formule petit déjeuner. Parfois l'agent d'entretien oublie de mettre de nouvelles serviettes, soit il manque celle du visage soit des pieds, soit le drap de bain, donc il nous est impossible de contacter la réception de l'hôtel chez qui nous avons récupérer la clef , pas évident de faire des allers-retours pour une éventuelle réclamation!

• Carrie (8/5): Average would not stay again too inconvenient with no hotel reception or bottled water provided - Location was ok not as central as I would have liked .beds were very comfy . I had to check in at another hotel then huff my suitcases to another location which was a 20 min walk . This was not posted in the description of the property . Not amused! No water provided in the room either .

• Pradeep Vincent (5/5): - It was a clean room and the location is amazing. I stayed 2 nights and they did clean the room as well. the room was not as in the pictures. Perhaps the owners have a different nicer hotel too and all the pics on Booking.com are from that nicer hotel. The place offered to me was a very run down building. Tiny 1 bed studio. Again the room was nice. But the window opened to a closed alley which again was depressing, not to a beautiful fountain as shown in the building. That was a cheeky little thing for the owners to do. Overall i felt i paid more than what was offered. But perhaps that is how hotels in Rome are.

En cada noche se pagan los servicios incluidos en la habitación y al pagar 3 noches debieron colocar las mismas características que incluye como si fuera noche a noche... o sea, cada día debíamos tener las mismas cápsulas de cafe y vasos por día y esto solo lo colocaron para el primer día y no para los demás.

Persa un'ora e più di lavoro per questo inconveniente, numeri telefonici non funzionano. Macchina caffè per bomboniera, non era presente un adattatore presa per metterla in funzione. When arriving at night it is very difficult to leave the suitcases and look for another hotel to check in. It is unacceptable that the providers do not inform you before booking that there is no Reception. There are no face towels in the rooms The sheets are clean , bath towels changed every day . There is no shampoo, no body cream, no slippers, only one liquid soap for everything. The room for 3 people was big . The TV did not work and was very small. The fridge was old and bad. The location was very good.
