Нямаше топла водя на душа и се къпах с ледена вода.Стари счупени мебели. Старо бельо.Бяхме настанени в стая без прозорец, която не беше чистена скоро. Едната калъфка беше използвана.

The booking clearly mentioned that the suite would include kitchenware, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Upon checking in, I found that these amenities were missing. I approached the reception to address this issue, only to be informed that these items were never available, and the staff dismissed my concerns by stating that this discrepancy was due to Booking.com's description, not their management. The room was not the same as the advertised in the website. I booked a bigger one. First night it was late so I did not say anything. 2nd day I told them and they said that it was not possible, there was a Covid patient. (June 2023). I texted Booking and they contacted the Hotel. They accepted to give me the room I booked. I had to wait 2,5 hours and nothing. It was not possible to change the room that day. So I finally changed the roon my last day + night. As conclussion, they are not serious. Sorry guys for my negative review, but we both learn something for next time.

The view from the terrace was great . A lot of people wrote about noise in reviews but I did not have any problems Nothing really. The spaciousness if the room and great view more than compensated for the simple design.

I asked to change my room and the next day they gave me the same size room in a different hotel. I have chosen this hotel for the location and suite they offered but I did not get the latter. Otherwise, I could book the better one for the same price in the same location.

However workers at the reception refused to check us in into the rooms that we already booked and paid for. After arguing and calling to our local agency we got our rooms. They were dirty, with the insects and dirt on the floor. At the middle of the day when we were out in the city - hotel workers transferred all our things into the other rooms (they didn't ask permission). And they STOLE a bottle of wine that we bought earlier that day. Personnel doesn't speak English at all. Please NEVER stay at this hotel, you will be so stressed no matter the aim of your visit to Istanbul.

• bobjaicarl (10/5): amasing city,lovely hotel roomand a very friendly and help full manager ISMAT - Marhaba ,was in room 201 lovely room spacious and very comfortable ,room cleaned everyday and bed made and fresh towels . breakfast which is included in price is tasty and healthy with eggs to order,cheese ,salada ,cold cuts etc etc its served by a lovely tall man who always has a smile on his face .the place is centrally located near all bars and shopping district .The manager is and his younger brother are extremely helpful and friendly they were more like friends then hotel staff .will only stay in this hotel when ever i am back to istanbul .

Omar is excellent recepcionist and very kind . congratulatíons for Omar. you can walk around by the boulevard and look traditional instruments and music.children playing instruments too.This city do not sleep,i think so
• Asma_Hosna (6/5): Taxim Marin review - This hotel is centrally located and also closer to the metro. If you are looking for something cheap this is the place. The hotel is not fancy and have limited facilities. They provide very average breakfast, you might prefer to eat out. They also provide transport from airport to the hotel but have charges on it. Overall its an average hotel good for quick stay.
• O3322NRlucat (10/5): Very nice! - Perfectly located, open to many touristic places on a foot distance. Nice staff responding immediately for requests. Variable and fresh breakfast, clean rooms and excellent value of money. We are having pleasant stay with our kids in here.
• louises778 (4/5): Good location, and "ok" hotel - This hotel is in a good location for accessing Istiklal avenue, but that's about it. We booked a triple room but it was clearly a twin with one more bed stuck in - fine in principal, but it was very, very cramped. It was also incredibly hot and stuffy, not air con and we found it hard to sleep because we kept waking up sweating. The bathroom was tiny, cramped, and a bit dirty. Our shower leaked so we had to get lots of extra towels to put all over the floor. We had pre-booked a transfer from the airport, to pay to the hotel on arrival (30 euros from ataturk). When we arrived, the receptionist tried to ask us for 35 euros - not a huge amount of difference, but just be aware of this. I had the emails on my phone so showed him that 30 euros had been previously agreed. Breakfast is not great. Not a big selection. It's fine - very basic, but nothing to shout about. I must say however, when we checked out we had a very early bus and was not sure where to get it from. The receptionist walked us to the bus stop (about a 10 minute walk) which was very kind of him and we really appreciated it. Another receptionist there had told us the bus went from a different location. So just do your own research!
