Pool and sun terrace area are gorgeous as is the courtyard full of orange trees, which is a relaxing space to sit, especially pretty in the evening with the candles flickering. Lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again. In terms of location it’s about 20-25 min stroll through the medina to Jemma el-Fna square. It’s not far in terms of distance just takes a while due to crowds in the medina. About 10-15 mins walk to Le Jardin Marjorelle. Nothing

Didier (10/5): Endroit merveilleux ! - Superbe riad un peu à l'écart du tumulte des souks mais très facile pour se déplacer à pied. Un soin particulier à l'aménagement et à la déco apporte une touche raffinée à l'hôtel. Les hôtes (accueil, service, propriétaire) sont vraiment très sympathiques et aux petits soin pour la clientèle. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse ou en salle est toujours généreux et succulent. La piscine chauffée et à l'étage, ce qui permet d'avoir le soleil toute la journée, est disponible sur une grande plage d'ouverture. Emplacement idéal, à 5min à pied du jardin Majorelle et à 20 min à pied (à travers les souks) de la place Jemaa el-Fna et des palais... En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent moment sur place. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! ??? Je me pose la question ??? je ne vois rien.

Nous aimons les chambres spacieuses et joliment décorées, le patio qui embaume les fleurs d'oranger, la piscine bien chauffée sur la terrasse, les petits déjeuners faits maison... L'équipe d'Antoine est chaleureuse, discrète et efficace. Un très grand merci à Fatiha pour ses petits plats savoureux et sa gentillesse.

Fien (9/5): - Zeer rustig, aangename geur, personeel stond steeds klaar, kamer werd elke dag heel netjes opgeruimd. Ook bij onze aankomst midden in de nacht werden we met de glimlach ontvangen. Zwembad en zonneterras vonden wij een pluspunt! Geluid van de fontein 's ochtends was in de kamer beneden heel goed hoorbaar, alsook de moskee 's ochtends, maar dat heb je overal.

HURTEVENT - SU BLANGY SUR BRESLE (9/5): trés sympa - Le riad est idéalement placé dans Marrakech. Le personnel est aux petits soins tout en restant très discret. Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner : complet, avec des produits frais. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et l’hygiène est tout simplement irréprochable. Le vrai plus : la piscine chauffée ! Rien à redire, c'était parfait.

CELINE (10/5): Un rêve oriental pour quelques nuits - Un havre de paix en plein cœur de la médina. Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce Riad absolument sublime avec un magnifique jardin de clémentiniers et orangers. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et la salle de bain était royale (grande baignoire surplombée de briques ) Nous avons pu piquer une tête dans la piscine chauffée en pleine hiver et avons le premier soir pris notre diner au coin du feu. Le tajine était le meilleur que nous avons mangé ! Vous profiterez d’un petit déjeuner équilibré et notamment d’un très bon jus d’orange frais et de confitures maison (à l’extérieur ou à l’intérieur au choix) Antoine a su nous accueillir et nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. Tout le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. Merci à vous tous. Un réel coup de cœur où j’espère avoir le plaisir de revenir. Rien

Karin (9/5): Wunderschönes Riad mit hervorragendem Service in sehr guter Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut, Medina, Djama al Fna und Jardin Majorelle sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Etwa drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Riad entfernt befindet sich ein bewachter öffentlicher Parkplatz. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist belebt und auch nachts gut beleuchtet, es gibt zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte. Trotzdem war die Nacht sehr ruhig, weder Motorräder noch anderer Geräusche waren zu hören. Das Riad hat eine klassische Architektur mit Innenhof, zwei Dachterrassen mit Pool und darüber hinaus zwei geheizte Speiseräume für kühlere Temperaturen. Das gesamte Riad und jedes einzelne Zimmer sind wunderschön. Wir hatten ein „Privileg“ Zimmer gebucht, es lag im obersten Stock, ist geräumig und mit großer Sorgfalt möbliert. Das Zimmer und das Bad im traditionellen Stil waren beheizt, was in den doch recht kalten Winternächten in Marrakesch sehr angenehm ist. Der Empfang und der gesamte Service waren kompetent und sehr freundlich. Eine unserer Mitreisenden, der es morgens nicht gut ging, wurde - ohne dass wir extra um etwas gebeten hätten- mit Kräutertee etc. versorgt. Man hätte uns auch das Zimmer über Mittag zur Verfügung gestellt und einen Arzt an der Hand gehabt, was zum Glück nicht erforderlich war. Falls man besondere Wünsche zum Frühstück hat (vegan, vollwertig…), kann man diese am Vortag besprechen. -

Patrice (9/5): Un vrai Riad - Le riad ,un vrai est splendide nous étions logé tout en haut chambre 7 petit appartement isolé avec terrasse et transat Très calme décoration avec gout et chauffage/clim marche très bien il manquerait néanmoins une cafetière ou bouilloire pour prendre un café ou un thé sans passer par la cuisine. Antoine le propriétaire nous a donné des infos sur le souk, restaurant à proximité, sur son Riad On aurait souhaité un peu plus de chaleur humaine ,de sourire...à l'arrivée du patron Le personnel est extra et souriant Nous avons du remplir des fiches pour la police(normal) en arrivant ce que nous avions oubliés depuis fort longtemps car ce serait bien que l hôtelier prenne en charge cette formalité (peut mieux faire) malgré le thé offert . Le pdj est complet (des oeufs à volonté)mais pourquoi ne pas ajouter des viennoiseries (croissant, pain au chocolat... ) compte tenu du prix Le diner est bon mais assez cher sans gps difficile à trouver beaucoup de circulation deux roues pour arriver dans le souk et sur l artère principale mais c 'est Marrakech Ça peut déplaire ? mes remarques sont des suggestions et ayant une fréquence de voyages ,je peux comparer et ce serait des plus . Enfin Antoine plus de sourires merci ,ça nous a manqués

It is a very peaceful and a quiet place with a beautiful rooftop deck with spectacular sunsets. The decor is sophisticated with lots of attention to detail. There was alot of love put into this Riad. Kate (10/5): A gorgeous Riad and peaceful escape - We loved our stay at Riad Clémentine. The staff were friendly and the setting was gorgeous. We courtyard was surrounded by clementine trees (which we got to sample) and a lovely seating / loungers by the pool. Our room was perfect and cleaned daily. I'd definitely go back. The breakfast could have been better with more variety. It felt a bit heavy having cheese and ham every day, some eggs would have been nice and a variety of fruits.

J’avais vu un com à ce sujet et quand j’ai vu la réponse du propriétaire je me suis dis que la personne abusait mais en réalité j’ai compris en étant sur place. L’emplacement. Je ne conseille pas aux femmes seules (si mon mari s’éloignait, on m’interpellait) J’ai hésité avant de mettre un commentaire car le propriétaire n’a pas l’air très ouvert à la critique. Il y avait une autre dame avec nous qui nous a aussi fait remarqué qu’il n’était pas très avenant. Je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de ce Riad. David John (10/5): We were delighted to find this lovely Riad within the Medina with wonderful staff who made us feel very welcome and spec - This is a must-stay beautiful and typical Riad within the Medina so within walking distance of much of the souks, restaurants and places of interest. These include Le Jardin Majorelle (Yves Saint Laurent), the Secret Garden, El Bahia Palace and the Dar El Bachs currently housing the Museum of Confluences. In there don’t miss the Bacha Coffee Restaurant but book as soon as you arrive because there will be a wait of at least 40 minutes. Antoine, the owner was a very attentive host so we were made to feel very welcome during our four day stay. And we must mention Fatiha and her superb cooking so don’t hesitate to dine in the Riad as well as having the lovely and ample breakfast. Also do ask Fatiha to go through the map with you and don’t stray too far from her instructions. The property was more than we expected with a beautiful courtyard with orange and lemon trees and of course the heated swimming pool on the first floor. Our room was on the top floor and had that typical Moroccan feel. We loved it. Everything was perfect.

Although very tasty, the breakfasts were a bit repetitive. Water pressure at the top of the building seemed low.

Jana (10/5): - A paradise behind a beautiful door, you just wouldn’t guess it was there. The Riad was just beautiful, peaceful, the staff were so attentive, the courtyard was large with lovely orange and lemon trees and a fountain in the middle. We particularly loved the swimming pool with the sunbeds and straw hats. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Spotlessly cleaned every day. It was just perfect to unwind in this place after busy and noisy souks. The only downside is that is it is a bit of walk from the centre of medina, not a big deal if you are ok to walk 20 mins to get to square etc. We loved our stay and would recommend it!

Silvia Casavecchia (10/5): Luogo indimenticabile - Il soggiorno presso il riad Clementine è stato una esperienza magnifica ed indimenticabile. La struttura si presenta come un tipico riad marocchino, arredato con grande gusto. Tutto è pulito ed elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio. Nelle camere vengono forniti: asciugamani, accappatoi, prodotti deliziosi per il corpo e anche un asciugacapelli grande. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il fatto che ogni giorno sia stata lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una bella piscina, molto utile per rinfrescarsi d'estate e riscaldarsi d'inverno. La colazione è di ottima qualità e molto abbondante (sia dolce che salata). La posizione è molto comoda, a poca distanza dalla struttura si trova la stazione dei taxi e le maggiori attrazioni turistiche della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Infine, la vera perla di questa struttura è il Sig. Antoine e tutto il suo Staff, di una gentilezza rara e preziosa. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Beautiful little riad and even though it's in the hustle/bustle of the Medina, there is a calm tranquility once you step inside the Riad. Beautiful little pool area and courtyard with orange trees. A wonderful breakfast served each morning!
Verified traveler (4/5): - The place is located in an awful area, the streets are dirty and it looks dangerous to come out at night. The place is beautiful inside and it is very well kept. The ladies who work there are very sweet but still not worth going on a vacation to be stressed out about getting out of the hotel. Wish it was somewhere else.
Kristiana (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful, luxe riad - Beautiful and luxurious-feeling-- on the edge of the medina so accessible to taxis and easy to get to the old city or the new on foot. The pool was amazing, and there were a lot of little touches that made the riad feel more high-end: nice linens and bedding, pretty robes to wear to the pool, the orange-blossom smell everywhere. It was so quiet and peaceful to come home to after a day in the bustling medina; we would definitely stay here again! More our fault than the Riad's, but the language barrier was sometimes a challenge; it was hard to communicate requests like taxi pickup or an early checkout (I think booking.com's translation on the messaging app created some issues with the pickup).

rachel anne (10/5): - Riad Clémentine was perfect! It was at the edge of the medina which gave a tranquil air to it. Antoine and his team looked after us very well. The bedroom was large the bed comfortable the bathroom facilities were great. The riad had a gorgeous pool perfect after a day trekking around the sights. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We did not eat dinner here but looked good and a reasonable price. I read some of the negative reviews and can honestly say they were not applicable to us at all. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever revisited Marrakesh.

The staff were very kind, and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. First, regarding the location — it is in a quiet area of the Medina, a traditional neighborhood, which some people may find appealing as it offers an authentic local experience. However, I personally felt quite uncomfortable going out due to the smells and the busy atmosphere. Also, I believe it’s unfortunate that such a beautiful riad does not provide basic housekeeping services. Despite staying for five nights, our towels were not changed.
Lucy (9/5): A beautiful and calm oasis - Riad Clémentine is the perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Sitauated wiithin the Medina walls away from the bustle and noise of the souks and surrounding roads, it is tranquil and beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean and the scent of orange blossom from the courtyard garden emanates all around. A heated pool is an added bonus with sun chairs provided with towels and even sun hats! We loved it here; the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The owner, Antoine, has created a restful, high-end riad and is the perfect place to be after a day of discovering the city. Highly recommended.

Chloe (10/5): A Beautiful Oasis! - The Riad Clementine is such a stunning property, and a beautiful place to stay. The property is located in a quieter part of the medina, a short walk away from the busy souks which makes it a tranquil oasis. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool in the riad is very inviting, as are the sun chairs which are equipped with towels and sun hats. The breakfast each morning is fresh and light, and I would definitely recommend having dinner in their dining room as well as its very good food with great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful and they made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing. It was fabulous!!
