It was very convenient for the station, metro and sightseeing which is why we booked it. The room very dated and drab , area outside on the street quite rough there was a fight between a gang of young men going on when we first hot there, quite scary. The rest of the time it was quiet.

Une seule poêle et casserole en très mauvais état. 2 fourchettes et couteaux et une louche, même pas une spatule pour la poêle. Pas de machine à café. Rien du strict minimum (sel , sucre) il a fallut tout acheter. Il n'y a pas une seule étagère dans la salle de bain. Le tout n’est pas très propre. Le quartier n'est pas seulement "animé" comme décrit dans les commentaires, il est dangereux. Impossible de sortir le soir si vous n'êtes que des femmes.

• Eline (5/5): Décevant malgré un super emplacement - Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour découvrir et vister la ville à pied! Personnel d'accueil agréable et patient avec les étrangers maîtrisant mal l'anglais. L'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Poils dans le lavabo, gros amas de poussière sous le lit... De plus le mobilier est vieillot, le llit n'était pas confortable, matelas a ressort complètement creusé au centre. Des maux de dos sont apparus après la deuxième nuit. Très peu de matériel dans la kitchenette (deux casseroles, une passoire et un jeu de couvert pour deux. Même pas une spatule.) Pour finir j'aurai aimé être prévenu avant d'arriver sur les lieux que le petit déjeuner n'était pas sur place et devait être pris dans un bistrot de la rue.

La posizione sarebbe strategica se non fosse in un punto veramente brutto in cui non camminerei mai da sola al buio. Dagli scarichi del water, della doccia e del lavandino esce una puzza di fogna tremenda che non si può veramente tollerare; aprendo la finestra per respirare la situazione peggiora, visto che ci sono attorno cucine (probabilmente delle varie gastronomie asiatiche attorno) da cui arriva giorno e notte un fortissimo e rivoltante "odore" di cipolla, di fritto, ecc. Non c'è il bidet, per me fondamentale, e il rubinetto è scomodissimo; non si riesce a lavarsi le mani senza fare una doccia indesiderata, visto che il lavandino è piccolo e basso e il rubinetto scomodissimo. C'era una spugnetta per i piatti NERA! Le stoviglie sono poche, sporche e spaccate. UN solo cucchiaino (incrostato). Anche dallo scarico del lavello della cucina esce una puzza di fogna intollerabile e intensissima.

Just 20 minutes walk to the coliseum and few minutes to the train station that goes directly to the airport and has metro in it. The district was quite safe. Our apartment was on the 1st floor which was good, we had cleaning every day. Good for cooking your own meals. There are no “don’t disturb” sign. And if you need your own coffee or tea, you need to buy it yourself. It wasn’t an issue for me, but maybe it’s important for someone else.

La zona y limpieza. La ubicación al lado del tren, negreo y autobús está bien, pero la zona no es buena hay mucho ruido de gritos y demás, gente en la misma calle e incluso en la misma puerta intimidando a los demás, también causan barullo y problemas, la policía en 4 días de estancia tubo que venir los cuatro por pelas, gritos y demás, e incluso uno de esos días había un rastro de sangre por toda la calle. Por otro lado la limpieza, entiendo que se deba limpiar cada día como bien nos indicaron al hacer el c-in pero si nosotras estamos dentro de la habitación la cual escuchas ruido y ves gente porque se reflejaba no intentes abrir!!! La chica en vez de llamar estuvo intentando abrir 15/20minutos y nosotras que estamos recién salidas de la ducha gritando que un momento que esperara y aún así le dio igual siguió intentando abrir lo cual no lo consiguió porque teníamos la llave puesta en la cerradura, lo peor que cuando nosotras pudimos abrir no nos pidió ni perdón sino que nos íbamos ya o no. Muy irrespetuoso. No hay recepcionista 24 horas ni seguridad que debería viendo como es la ubicación.

We loved the decoration on the walls and ceiling, it looked vintage, we felt like we were in a wine cellar. The girl at the reception was very nice. The cleaning staff we met was also nice. The toilet needed repair. We were able to operate it, but the cover on top of the mechanism was taken off and left to the side. The cupboard in the kitchen had a hanging door, but the problem was solved immediately after reporting it to the front desk. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but the bed in the bedroom was excellent.

The staff and housekeeping were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, being close to Rome Termini station, which makes getting around the city easy. The area outside feels unsafe, with groups of drug dealers lingering around the entrance, which is quite intimidating. Inside, the place is in poor condition—the lighting is inadequate, and both the furniture and kitchen clearly need maintenance. Overall, it feels neglected and messy. Additionally, the interior layout is impractical; the arches within the room make it difficult to move around comfortably.

• Shelli (5/5): - We arrived in Rome quite late, a little after midnight, and thankfully the check-in process was very smooth. The property had sent us clear and detailed instructions by email, so entering the building and finding our room was easy even at that hour. The location is extremely close to Termini Station, which is definitely a big advantage for transportation, especially when traveling with family. However, the area is known for being a bit unsafe due to the number of people who stay around the streets at night. Although we were aware of this reputation, nothing happened to us personally and we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay. We were a family of four and stayed in room 24. One thing that surprised us was that the entrance door to the room looked more like a shop entrance, something that was not shown or mentioned in the photos. It wasn’t necessarily a big issue, but it did feel different from what we expected when booking. The room itself was warm and generally okay for sleeping, but not particularly comfortable or well-equipped. There were two double beds: one of them was fine and comfortable enough, but the other was an old fold-out sofa bed which felt worn out and was not very comfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the room lacked several basic amenities. There were no slippers, no small shampoo bottles, no coffee, and not even a bottle of water provided — items that most accommodations usually offer as a minimum, especially when the stay is self-check-in and the reception is not always available. Another inconvenience was the lack of power outlets. In the kitchen area, there were no plugs near the bed, and only the bed inside the bedroom had a nearby outlet. For a family needing to charge multiple devices, this was not very practical. We were also given only one blanket, even though we clearly needed at least two. • Dorka (5/5): - Maga a szállás elhelyezkedés szempontból jóvolt kedves volt a személyzet,közel volt minden. Amit azért elvártam volna mondjuk egy mikor vagy egy kávéfőző , mosogatórongy ,rendes kések maga a konyha abszolút nem volt felszerelt ,de a lakás is eléggé elavult volt .

• MD SIRAJUL (4/5): I will not stay at this hotel during my next trip - Booking.com should not take such hotel under their belt. Room is small, looks dirty, no lock at bathroom door, couldn't open window, Room is small, looks dirty, no lock at bathroom door, couldn't open window, No chair and table.
• Clémence (1/5): Catastrophique - Proche des commodités (gare, métro). Méthode pour donner les instructions d'arrivées très limites en termes de sécurité. Ensuite, une fois sur place, la clé qui devait être mise dans la boîte à clé n'avait pas été mise, les photos sont mensongères et ne sont pas du tout similaire à la réalité. On ajoute à ça que la chasse d'eau ne marchait pas, il n'y a quasiment rien de mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour (plaque de cuisson, lave-mains...) la porte n'a pas été refermée à clé après le passage de la femme de ménage, la douche se transforme en pédiluve en quelques minutes, le mur est aussi fin que du papier et la rue est très mal fréquenté. C'était une catastrophe
• Pellegrino (10/5): Muy buena alternativa en Termini - La ubicación es genial. El lugar es muy cómodo y limpio. La gente de recepción es muy servicial. Se puede dejar el equipaje sin cargo! Sin duda volvería. Todo estuvo bien. La ubicación es cerca de la terminal con lo cual es real que de noche no es muy lindo pero no es inseguro. Volví todas las noches tarde y nunca un problema. A 2 cuadras ya es otro mundo, mucho más tranquilo.
• Nazim (7/5): - Номер был самым простым,но было все что нужно,единственное что не хватало это утюга и зеркала большого.Было только маленькое в ванной и все,не знаешь как выглядить когда уходишь.Приходили убирали,когда не знаю,но приходили все было чисто.Немного мало посуды,но нам она была и не нужна.Было очень тепло в номере и все работало по коду,заходишь всегда с кодом,не нужно тоскать с собой ключ,это очень удобно,точно не потеряешь и заселились тоже сами,просто нам сообщили заранее все коды.Eсть печка плюс если хочешь съэкономить на еде,но микроволновки нет. Не понравилось первое то ,что они просили у нас карту ,чтобы сделать оплату городского налога и списали с нее деньги как то сами ,мы предоставили карту,которой не пользуемся,но теперь и не сможем пользоваться в дальнейшем,так как если они смогли списать от туда деньги за налог,то значит могут и в дальнейшем списывать оттуда деньги.Это очень не понраилось.Второе там рядом всегда гуляют странные личности и очень страшно,так как они все наркоманы по ним видно,мы уходили и приходили по быстрому,но зимой это еще как то не так бросается в глаза,летом я бы там не осталась.Вообще второй раз,именно из за наркоманов ,я бы там не осталась,это их основная проблема,хоть сам отель и вполне хороший и рядом из за них очень грязно и воняет.
