• Yoselyn (2/5): - Me hicieron pagar mi estadía otra vez llegando a la recepción, siendo que por la pággina ya había ingresado mi tarjeta de crédito. En esa ocasión, Ximena si no me equivoco, que era la recepcionista, me dijo que si tenía algún problema y se me hacía un doble cobro los llamara para solucionarlo. Lo hice, y quedaron en darme una respuesta, pero luego de eso me han dejaddo el visto y no han contestado mis llamadas... tendré que empezar a funarlos e irme por la parte legal... un a lástima que sean tan poco profesionales y más encima estafadores...
• Belén (8/5): - Un maravilloso lugar, sin duda sus sueños son preocupados por mantener la limpieza e higiene de todo el lugar, los domos son acogedores y amplios, cuentan con toallas y demás elementos básicos para la ducha. Tienen un frigobar que está vacío, sugeriría poner productos de bebestibles básicos ( con cargo, porsupuesto) como agua o un hervidor para poder tomar un café por las tardes... También sería ideal, por la lejanía que existe para comprar alimentos, que tuvieran una pequeña despensa para comprar en el lugar. Cuando llegamos el anfitrión que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos mostró todo el lugar con detalle, incluida la tinaja, la quisimos reservar para las 11 de la noche cuando regresábamos del tour nocturno que tomamos, sin embargo el anfitrión comento que debía consultar el horario con la gerencia y nos avisaba, no nos avisó lamentablemente y no pudimos disfrutar de la tinaja. En general me pareció un lugar excelente para disfrutar del entorno, su silencio y tranquilidad inigualable.

• natasha (10/5): - We had a lovely stay in one of the cabins - clear night and the stars were amazing. The pool was great and you could order drinks in the dome below. Friendly staff and we had a nice dinner in Pisco Elqui which is just a short drive away. Also, I don’t think it’s updated on Expedia yet, but they are dog friendly :)

• Wallynson (10/5): Espetacular - Lugar incrível, vista espetacular, realmente um dos melhores lugares que ja me hospedei na América do Sul. Lugar para desligar de tudo nao tem Internet nos domos o que foi perfeito para se desligar.
• Elenice (10/5): - Fomos muito bem recebidos por Romyna e ficamos hospedados em uma das Cabañas Observatorio onde pudemos observar um maravilhoso céu estrelado da nossa cama. A acomodação estava muito limpa e confortável. O banheiro limpo e ducha muito boa. A área externa é muito agradável e bem cuidada. Café da manhã bem preparado pela simpática Bernadita. Recomendamos e voltaremos!

• Tomy (2/5): - BAD EXPERIENCE, POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE. I quickly booked this accommodation which I found while looking for glamping in the Atacama Desert. Unfortunately the location indicated did not work. After contacting the accommodation for directions, they told me it was not in the Atacama Desert. It was located in another location 9 hours away from me, so I asked to cancel, be 24 hours in advance and refused to help me, the person in charge of customer service at the hotel treated me as tiring and told me that I had to cancel 5 days before, which was impossible since I had reserved this accommodation 48 hours before. So I lost my money and I was insulted by the hotel/campsite. I therefore advise you not to encourage this place which has no respect for these customers.
• Mario (2/5): Fiasco en Pisco Elqui - los domos son un fiasco, están en altura y una persona con restricción en sus movimientos le cuesta llegar a la habitación.No tiene ningun servicio, e restaurant no funciona. El air acondicionado esta mal instalado, el aire frio se queda abajo en el primer piso y el segundo es inhabitable por e calor Desayuno pobre Precio/Calidad pésima
• Barbara (10/5): Lovely place. - Very sweet place run by very kind and gracious hosts. They serve a great breakfast and will even make you dinner at the end of the day. Lovely.
• Juan (8/5): - El lugar hermoso y el staff muy amable, el mayor problema fue que al quedar tan lejos de todos los lugares necesitarás alguna forma de transportar por ti mismo si o si, otra cosa fue que nuestra habitación estaba muy lejos del lobby y siempre tocaba caminar mucho en una cuesta un poco difícil con maletas.

The orientation is wrong so when we opened the hatch, there was not a lot to see unless you would stand on the bed. The pool is nice to relax and it was a good breakfast. WiFi is only at the reception, not at the domes
• María Piedad (10/5): Atencion con escalas al 2do piso en domo. - Nos fué muy bien disfrutamos mucho. Solo debo hacer el alcance que la escalera para subir al 2do piso matrimonial es muy peligroso e incomodo, los peldaños son muy angostos. Podria causar caida de cualquier pasajero. El resto muy bien.

• Diego Sebastian (10/5): Para desconectarse - Excelente lugar si buscas desconectarte y solo quieres descansar. Por la ubicación no es tan accesible los diferentes tour o panorama, si no vas en auto la movilización se vuelve un problema. Además no hay mucho que eligir para comer, ya que los fonos delivery no todos estaban trabajando y el mismo recinto contaba con una carta muy limitada. Pero el resto, todo bien, el cielo de noche es hermoso y no hay ruidos, sólo la naturaleza.
• Paulina (6/5): Bonito, pero no cumple. - Lugar bonito y buen ambiente. La atención amable y disponible. Pero decepcionante la visión de las estrellas desde el domo, solo se veía desde terraza. El techo no era despejado, apenas se abría un poco. Por la zona, deberían tener insecticida, ya que encontramos arañas e insectos dentro del domo. Caro para lo que es.

• Ximena (4/5): Respetar precios reservados por página Hoteles.com - La estadía y lugar muy hermoso. Solo debo añadir que no se respeto el precio que me confirmo hoteles.com y que cotice y reserve por ese medio se me cobró más. El precio fue para dos adultos y un niño $119 y fracción y tuve que pagar $145.000.- El problema específico que tiene el lugar es la administración ya que por tel confirman y luego en el lugar cambian las condiciones. Esto me pasó a mi y a otra familia ese mismo día. Se me cobró por un servicio extra que no se me preguntó una torta no tuve elección. La disposición hacia nosotros fue buena en un momento especial de nuestras vidas asique pague todo lo extra que se me pido. Pero consideró que se debe respetar precios y confió es ofrecidas por la pagina y por teléfono. Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar.

• Gabby (8/5): - The domes were beautiful, and we enjoyed opening the top to see the stars at night from bed. Breakfast was delicious and the staff during breakfast was very attentive. It would be nice to offer two bottles of water for the first night as a courtesy as the hotel is far from the city. (They apparently had a tank of filtered water in the lobby, but we didn't see that until the morning.) We were also a bit disappointed that the first night they didn't shut off the lights illuminating the domes, since that really hampered our view of the stars. After we requested it, they did turn the lights off the second night, but it was mostly cloudy that night anyway. Overall, it was fun staying here, but one would expect a slightly higher level of service for the price.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Je n'ai pas appprécié que nos bagages aient été sortis de notre dome, et placé dans l'entrée, ma brosse à dent s'est retrouvée avec mes chaussures! Tout ça parce que le propriétaire n'avait pas vu que nous avions 2 réservations pour 2 jours qui se suivaient. Comment peut on imaginer que nous puissions partir en laissant nos affaires dans la chambre alors que nous n'avons pas de réservation? Nous n'avons même pas eu de geste commercial pour réparation du préjudice subi: mon mari a perdu son chargeur pour apple watch, que nous n'avons pas retrouvé après avoir finalement remis nos bagages dans le dome. Faute partagée par expédia qui ne permet pas de modifier une réservation existante!!!!

• Bernard (6/5): Too many stairs for us old folks!! - Staff member "Luiz" was incredibly helpful. However, too many rough and uneven steps for seniors, especially up to the newer Observation Rooms. Probably a better location for campers than regular vacationers. Rooms have good night time views of stars, but they are in need of maintenance and a fresh coat of paint.

Ancor più sorprendente è l'alba. Bello, veramente bello...in questo silenzio assoluto. Un pò caro, ma una volta si può fare!
• Sarah (8/5): Nice Hotel - Amazing if the Night is Clear! - Overall a really nice hotel. A few downsides - the wifi barely works in some of the rooms (especially the observatories) and I didn't have hot water in my room (but I also never told them about it). The skylight is amazing - although I was sadly there for only 1 night and it was really cloudy. It is a bit hard to open/close it in the observatories, but it's worth it. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is really beautifully done and very laid back. They can book you horseback riding nearby among other things. I would definitely return - I can just imagine what an amazing experience it would be if I had been there on a clear night.
• Jo (8/5): Unique experience in a wonderful valley - We stayed in the domes, and found our time extremely relaxing. The domes were clean and comfortable and a unique experience. Breakfast was modest but adequate (cereal, eggs, yoghurt and bread rolls). The pool area was well-kept and very peaceful. The star gazing was phenomenal and the astro tour was well worth the cost.
• Ashley (10/5): Amazing experience - will definitely return. - You can either rent a car or take a bus from La Serena, but if you drive note that the roads are very hilly and swerve a lot. The pueblo is incredibly scenic and while food is pricey, the rooms are very clean and the view is breathtaking. I think the only improvement for the cabins is having a screen on the sliding glass door/window because it can get stuffy inside and opening the sliding glass causes a lot of bugs to come in. I would definitely come back though as it was incredibly peachy and beautiful.
• David (10/5): Superb, tasteful, private, quiet, and exceeding sc - The room was exceedingly quiet, tastefully appointed, squeaking clean. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Superlative doesn't even come close to describing the quality of my experience here
• Thais (10/5): romantic night under the stars - Amazing! The domes are much more spacious than anticipated and the views are exceptional. Private balcony with shadings is a nice feature as it gets really hot during the day. And at night, just pop the top of the pod open and sleep under the stars...just magical!
• William (8/5): Great place to see the stars - We stayed in the observatory room/cabin, not the domes. They were very comfortable with a fabulous view from the bed with the large windows overhead. It is a terraced walk up to the rooms and bringing luggage up will be a challenge especially if you are not spry. We had the dinner prepared at the hotel which was nothing exotic, but reasonably priced. The folks at the front desk were very nice and friendly, but bring your espanol with you.
• Ron (10/5): Very special stay in a fantastic area - We had a very special stay in one of the domos. To reach the hotel you have to go through the Elqui Valley, around 100km east of La Serena. This drive is breathtakingly spectacular. NOTE: Google Maps directed us to the South of Santiago! The facilities of the domos are OK, not great. For example the privacy could better, there are no curtains. Breakfast was good! Staff was nice, but did not speak English.
