• Angie (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. We were in the area to visit family, the hotel was in a good location for us. - Convienient to have breakfast at the hotel. It was ready and hot early in the morning, and staff kept the eggs and sausage filled. Hotel is located in a convienent area and located off the road which made it quiet. Rooms and lobby were clean. Wish there were more choices for fruit or yogurt and a cereal choice that was not surgary. Only choice of fruit was an apple and only cereal was Fruity Pebbles and Frosted Flakes. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building. I was asked if 2nd floor was okay, but still no mention of no elevator. It was fine for my group, but it would probably be nice for some to know that ahead of time. It is also noted that one of the amenities is an outdoor pool which we did not see onsite.

• Francesca (9/5): Overall it would definitely stay again. - The location was next to everything, food, stores, etc. the room was clean, bed comfortable and a good size. The breakfast was simple but good. I come down for the last 15 minutes each time so I don’t know if they had more earlier. I was on the second floor and there was not elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy bags. They don’t have coffee all day or water all day.

Attendant was late getting things out like syrup, etc. He was neither friendly or helpful. The desk clerk, ? San……, Indian name , that was on duty Tuesday night was very helpful. She takes Customer Service seriously. One of the housekeepers assisted me with the car that my clothes were on and I appreciated that. I did ask for wake up call. I never got one. • Jacqueline (2/5): Hotel dirty - The room was dirty. Dust, dirt and debris buildup on lamp base, lots of dirt and dust on room phone and clock. Toilet not flushed properly. Housekeeping knocked on the door every day prior to 9 AM asking us to put towels outside the room, very annoying.

Tub and bathroom fixtures hanging, hair dryer had exposed wires, shower curtain was ripped and worn , bed was hard as bricks , bed was well made, room cleanliness was a 7/10, hallway and front desk area look more renovated than the actual room.

• Ballard (1/5): I was miserable. - Breakfast was ok and location was perfect. The room smelled like mold and mildew and made me sick. My allergies were really bad during the time we were in the room and took me a few days to get better. We were there only one night. I’ll never stay there again.
