If you are looking for a place to stay for a night without any high expectations then this place serves the purpose Very old property, very compact, next to busy highway, compact bathroom. Little space. AC unit from 1960s always buzzing. But has gas and Kitcheners amd place to park your car

Made - Everything was cleaned but the room smelled like Lysol and chlorine and was really strong smell The door only locked in the door handle itself. The door into the room didn’t latch. I didn’t feel safe with just the flimsy lock. A dead bolt would fix that issue.

• Brown (7/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I was out exploring most of every day, not hanging out there. - For the Florida Keys, this was a good value. All I needed was a clean, safe place to stay for a few nights. I did not go there to hang out. It met all my basic needs. The room was nice and cool, and it was quiet inside except for the window unit a/c (which actually provides some white noise to muffle any sounds from outside). Bed was comfortable, bath was adequate. There is a fridge, freezer, coffee maker and microwave. The location is good for exploring the Keys. Key West is only an hour away and there are many parks, tourist attractions and restaurants nearby. The location was noisy because it is right on AIA and the traffic is constant. There is also a small airport across A1A so there was additional noise from planes. A/C is provided by window units so they provide additional exterior noise. That being said, I was able to sit outside on a couple of mornings and afternoons and enjoy the back garden. If you want some privacy and a little less street noise, ask for a room in the back. If you want coffee, bring your own cup or mug as none are provided - just plates, bowls, and utensils. There also was no hair dryer.

We pretty much stood there bec - The only thing that was nice about the property where the four palm tree is sitting in front. I did not like the room there was mold rust and the walls are all falling apart not to mention the door wouldn’t lock. Also they advertise having a swim pool be advised there is no swim pool in this facility. There’s no swim pools anywhere near this motel.

• Vicki (7/5): Nostalgic - This is a throwback to the old motel days. Our room had a kitchen with tableware and cooking utensils which would have been great for longer than a one night stay. The rooms at the back had a nice place to sit and relax after a long drive. Our room was "A" and is at the front of the building and the traffic noise was pretty loud and started early.

There was a very bad smell in the room due to humidity, and nothing was done to prevent or address this issue. The beds were not comfortable because the mattresses were too old.

I don’t know about anyone else but when we go on vacation, we just need a place to land and sleep take our showers this facility is just this hotel is just that! I second time in the keys and I have stayed here both times. Like I said the rooms are nothing fancy. They are easy to get to easy to load easy to unload and everything you need is around you. And they are clean!! When I come back, this is where I will stay again.

The shower controls were straightforward to get the right temperature. In the description, it says it has a pool, but it doesn't, maybe just a typo by Expedia. Good stay for the money.

There was no pool and that is one of the reasons i booked because i thought there was a pool. They need to remove it from the listing so no one else books wanting pool access.

Le personnel est arrangeant pour une arrivée tardive. L'extérieur n'est pas très propre (des mégots par terre par exemple). La climatisation est très bruyante et pas très efficace. L'hôtel est très proche d'une grande route donc c'est assez bruyant

The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and very attentive to anything we may need. It shows that it’s a place run with love.

• SERGUEY (2/5): - The called room was not even a room, it was a place very dirty with two beds. there was a lot of bugs everywhere, in the beds in the walls in the kitchen. there was a lot of clothings, shoes and stuff from other people in the room and the worst was the smell. the whole room had a terrible smell like a dead animal. me and my family could not stay in place. We decided to go to a different hotel because it was impossible to sleep in this place. If you dont want to live such a terrible experience please satey away from this property.

• Dawn (6/5): - Beds were good. AC works great! Staff is exceptionally good. Walls need painting, cleaning not great ( corners). But overall best rate in Marathon, but no pool!!!
• Joshua (10/5): - The staff was incredibly welcoming, I believe it was the owner who greeted me with a handshake and asked where we were from. They also bumped my family up to the larger room free of charge. Will use this for a cheap place to stay in Marathon again and highly recommend.
