To czy bedzie ci sie podobalo i czy apartament bedzie spelnial standardy zalezy od firmy w ktorej wezmiesz. Niestety apartament w ktorym bylem nie byl na najwyzszym poziomie i widac bylo juz jego zuzycie. Przydaloby sie odswiezenie a juz na pewno wiecej niz jeden kieliszek do wina czy tez wiecej podstawowych przyborow kuchennych. Nie wspomne juz o przestarzalym ekspresie do kawy czy czajniku ktorego uzywalo sie raczej w latach 90. W lazience jedynie deszczownica i to taka ze osoba o wzroscie 195cm musi juz sie myc pochylona, brak sluchawki. Choc personel z Global Luxury byl akurat bardzo mily i dostepny to nie moge tego powiedziec o personelu na recepcji oraz panach z obslugi samochodow, ktorzy w ogole nie rozumieja i nie mowia po angielsku. Jest to raczej nieakceptowalne w takim obiekcie. Zostawilem w taksowce torbe z kablami do telefonow i Ipadow, taksowkarz po skontaktowaniu sie z nim twierdzil ze przywiozl torbe do hotelu i zostawil na recepcji, natomiast recepcja po spytaniu sie o torbe odsylala do panow od samochodow a panowie z powrotem do recepcji. Choc rozumiem ze ta torba mogla nigdy nie trafic do hotelu to brak jakiejkolwiek checi pomocy i zainteresowania ze strony recepcji i personelu pozostawia bardzo zle wrazenie. Tym bardziej jesli obsluga albo nie rozumie co sie do nich mowi albo po prostu udaje ze nie rozumie angielskiego.

Administrator (10/5): Amazing - No fault of the owner, it was the registration details that delayed my check in. Also I arrived earlier than check in-at 3 and was required to wait. This wasn’t the owners fault, but when tired and wanting to decamp this was a bit inconvenient. Don’t arrive before check in time. Early check out too -at 11. The only real negative is that you won’t want to leave.

sihem (4/5): Nice but chaotic - Location and size The apartment was rundown. I have been coming to this building for about 15 years and never had this experience. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned. The tiles were black and white, so I wasn’t sure if it was mold or grout. But, it was eventually cleaned and it turned out to be grout. The sheets were dirty with stains. The washing machine was broken. It made a horrendous noise and we had to leave the apartment every time it went on. Staff came to fix it, but it still was broken. And last but not least, the toilet erupted with foam and poop came out of the toilet. The foam covered the whole bathroom and into the hallway, creating a vile smell. This was unacceptable. Thank god for the staff. They are amazing. Every single person we spoke with was incredibly helpful. From the lady who was called to clean our apartment after the toilet fiasco to the people at the front desk who helped us with our car every day. Unfortunately, our stay was riddled with issues almost every day from this obviously rundown unit.

Giuliano (7/5): Una agradable estancia - Los departamentos son muy bonitos y tienen unas vistas hermosas, tanto al frente como al contrafrente. Son amplios y están bien equipados, en especial la cama, que es king y de buen colchón. Asimismo, el personal siempre fue muy amable y bien predispuesto. Quizás lo contratamos así y no nos dimos cuenta, pero no dan servicios de limpieza ni cambio de sábanas ni toallas: lo tienes que hacer tú con la lavadora y secadora del apartamento, incluso con las toallas de playa, que te dan sólo un par. Por otro lado, no cuentan con servicio de café o agua libre en el lobby las 24hs: solo lo hacen por las mañana y lo retiran muy temprano. En eso creo que deberían mejorar y dejarlo siempre. A su vez, aunque creo que suele ser así en líneas generales, podrían extender un poco el servicio de playa, dado que se levanta todo a las 17hs.

Tardaron 5 días en responder an mis reclamos sobre lo que faltaba en la habitación ( repasador, fuente de horno,toallas de playa aptas, individuales ). Dos días antes de irme me trajeron una mesa de luz que había dicho el día 1 no había y cuando les dije no me la traigan al final de la estadía , la trajeron igual e ingresaron a Mi habitación sin autorización.

Romina (6/5): Monte Carlo es un 10, pero Global Luxury Suites no presta buen servicio - El edificio Monte Carlo y la ubicación es impecable El estado de mantenimiento de la unidad no estaba bien, se rompió el lavavajillas y tardaron 3 dias en venir a arreglarlo, el departamento no estaba bien limpio, debajo de la cama y del sofá cama había muchísima suciedad. Las instalaciones no se veían bien limpias. Pedimos late check out y tampoco nos lo facilitaron. Una lástima, muy poca respuesta.

Az apartmant ugy adtak at érkezéskor hogy több berendezés nem működött , lelakott volt hiányos konyhai felszerelés , gyengén kitakaritva. Más esetben cserélik azonnal az apartmant itt szerelekoket küldtek néha .. rendkívül rossz állapotú volt minden .

A la noche tienen una sola persona en el Párking y por las noches casi media hora para entrar El precio es exorbitante por lo que es la propiedad

Schöne Lage des Appartments mit Blick auf Meer und Sonnenaufgang. Schneller Service als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen ist. Es könnte sauberer sein. Die Ausstattung ist spartanisch und in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge und Möbel waren schlichtweg kaputt. Kein Luxus erwarten, ehr untere Preisklasse bei der Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung.

Alberto (4/5): Hay varios dueños y todos trabajan distinto, mi experiencia con la comunicación fue malísima, no sé si es culpa de Booki - Las instalaciones son buenas , la gente de recepción y Valet parking muy amable. La comunicación con los dueños del dpto es malísima, ponen un teléfono de consulta y no atienden o atienden máquinas que no resuelven nada. Por otro lado la gente de recepción no tiene autoridad para resolver un check Out con una hora de demora. El piso del dpto estaba sucio y faltan algunas cosas básicas como repasadores , shampu etc…!!!

George (7/5): Good location on Miami Beach with comfortable but dated facilities. - The location on Miami Beach with beach access was very good. There were also several restaurants nearby. The facility is a little dated but still comfortable and good. The people were friendly. Valet parking was good but was extra and a little pricey. The room was a little dated but still comfortable. Having the beach service with chairs, etc close at 5 PM in the Summer made it much less usable for a late afternoon swim. Wearing arm bands all week was a little strange and uncomfortable. Should have a better way to manage access.

La ubicación es espectacular, con supermercado a dos cuadras y lugares para comer justo enfrente. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Quizás faltaba algún trapo para la cocina, para poder limpiar luego de cocinar pero es algo muy puntual, todo estaba espectacular.

Washer & Drier made is super convenient since we had no balcony. Beach is 1 min walk with enough chairs and umbrellas. Cons: couldn't get in touch with management prior to travel, asked a few questions and never for answers. Loud AC or boiler and a very loud bed. Luckly I packed earplugs. Also please invest $50 in cheap rugs, the tile is not cozy at all. Place is clean and white, but lacking coziness, very little space. Add shelf or hangers for towels.
