• Fabrizio (9/5): Ci ritornerò se ne avrò occasione - Location fantastica, sulla riva del canale, con molo e vista su foresta e barche. Ideale per matrimoni. Molto vicino a Scania ed alla fermata del treno. Villa e arredi tipici e romantici, letti a baldacchino, tutto con sapore retrò. Il gestore è una persona molto disponibile. Colazione buona. Scale un po' ripide, che diventerebbero ostacoli per chi ha ridotta mobilità.

• Miriam (10/5): Sagolikt och romantiskt - Allt var fantastiskt bra! Vi är så nöjda. Rummet var väldigt vackert och trevligt på alla sätt. Inredningen överallt var så fin i gammaldags stil. Det var sagolikt och romantiskt att se sig om i byggnaden och trädgården. Vi kände oss väl omhändertagna av ägaren. Frukosten var väldigt god med många alternativ. Vi hade sagt till i förväg att en av oss äter glutenfritt och det var inga problem, många goda frukostalternativ som även var glutenfria. Pensionatet ligger väldigt vackert vid vattnet, känns lugnt och fridfullt även om det ligger nära staden. Tydligt skyltat så man hittar dit. Toppenbra på alla sätt!

• Jürgen (10/5): Wenn wir die Möglichkeit haben, kommen wir gerne wieder vorbei - Eine sehr ausgefallene Ausstattung, wir haben uns königlich gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher Herr, wir waren alleinige Gäste im Haus und wurden ganz super versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür

• Frank (10/5): sehr nettes Hotel - ein ganz tolles Haus direkt am Wasser. Sehr gutes Frühstück in gediegener Umgebung. Die Lobby fast wie in einem Schloss. Sehr ehrwürdig mit Charakter. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf das Wasser. Interessanterweise beginnt das Industriegebiet der Stadt Södertalle ( großes SCANIA- Werk ) gleich ein paar hundert Meter hinterm Hotel ...... wenn man von dort kommt fährt man durch einen kleinen Forst und schon ist man in Bullerbü. weil ein altes Haus ziemlich hellhörig.
• Håkan (9/5): Genuin hotellupplevelse med klassiska förtecken, trestjärnig charm slår alltid fyrstjärnig sterilitet - Ett genuint välskött hotell/pensionat. Allt finns där du förväntar dig att finna det. Trivsamt på ett solitt gammaldags vis. Rummens proveniens är en extra krydda, vi lånade Sigge Fürsts rum, mycket fint. Mycket sköna sängar, bra och lagom omfattande frukost.
• Els den Teuling (10/5): Vilken pärla så nära E20 - Så mysigt! Ett föredetta pensionat som blivit hotell. Vi fick ett mycket rymligt rum, med kök och badrum. Nära till E20. Frukosten har vi tyvärr inte kunnat smaka för att vi var tvungen att åka tidigt. _

• Gundhammar (10/5): - Alltså, det ligger så vackert och är ett så charmigt hus! (Och man kan bo i annex också) Vi fick ett väldigt vackert rum, det fanns härliga utrymmen att sitta och prata i och en värd som är mån om sina gäster. Härlig frukost! Lite lyhört från toan, men det störde inte.
• Ann (10/5): Hit återkommer vi med glädje och hoppas kunna stanna mer än en natt. - Ett helt enastående boende. Vi kände historiens vingslag och uppskattade mycket allt som var så fint bevarat. Vi blev mycket trevligt bemötta. Vi anlände sent men fick ändå mycket berättat om husets historia och en visning av rummen. Allt var perfekt.
• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my grandmother both said that this was our best stay out of the once we visited. I think the fact that it was an old, but well maintained house and area, with a soul contributed a lot. The water, the flowers. Truly recommend! It is also fairly close to the train station Södertälje Syd with easy access to Stockholm for those that wish (though we had a car this time). The power unfortunately went out for a couple of hours - but it was well compensated with a shared bottle of wine with the owner 🥂

• Christian (10/5): - Wunderbar am Wasser gelegenes kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und sehr nettem Inhaber. Innen ist alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und alles hat eine Geschichte dahinter. Das Grundstück ist gross und sehr gepflegt, mit grossen Bäumen, Rasen und diversen Sitzgelegenheiten am Wasser.
• Philip (8/5): Great stay, Would like to return. - Exceptional views, pleasant walking area, quiet, and very nice breakfast. Hotel provides a great sense of history and charm that sets it apart from the usual. My wife thought the mattress was too soft, though I was fine.
• Bettina (10/5): The highlight our tour through South Sweden! - The old manor is beautifully renovated and the interior is so nice, clean and cozy with many amenities. The shared living room and the breakfast kitchen makes you feel at home instantly, and the hosts Lina and Karl were so lovely. The homemade breakfast was outstanding and of high quality. We received many hints for what to do on our last day in Sweden on the way to Stockholm. Thank you so much for everything.!
• conny (10/5): Charmigt - Hög charmfaktor.Frukost en sommarmorgon på terrassen med utsikt över parken och viken måste vara en höjdare. Rummens inredning är genuint gjord. Några minuters promenad bort ligger dessutom en bra restaurang, även den precis vid vattnet. Bra alternativ för den som har lite tidsmarginal i samband med ett Stockholmsbesök.

Wille - ägaren är trevlig träffa. Vackert beläget, läckta rum. Vacker utsikt mot vattnet. Bra frukost med stort utbud, även bacon & ägfröra.

Spiste nydelig mat på restauranten som lå et lite stykke unna.og frokostsal med tente lys og med godt utvalg Er det et sted man må besøke, er det dette.

• Josef (10/5): Schönes Hotel in der Idylle - Sehr schönes Hotel und wunderbar gelegen am See. Die totale Idylle. Einrichtung alles im Old School aus der Jahrhundertwende total schön und auch die Zimmer sind im Old School, klasse eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Auf den im Zimmer beiden Ohrensesseln konnte man prima sitzen und auch im Bett haben wir super geschlafen. Der Hausherr und auch das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Das Bad war Modern. Das Frühstück war super und reichhaltig.

• Susan (9/5): A perfect stay in beautiful surroundings. - Although Sodatalje is industrial this beautiful and traditional hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The bus and train connections are within walking distance. We made several local trips into the centre and further afield. We were treated to a most comfortable and relaxing stay by the host and his team. Breakfast was well presented and offered a variety of choice. The nearby restaurant served a good quality menu in a relaxing setting. We felt welcomed by everyone, especially the host who went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. Thank you so much for the lift to the station, introducing us to the local area and use of the rowing boat! We really didn’t want to go home! Nothing
• Anne (8/5): Elegance and comfort in an excellent location - Very helpful staff in a clean, comfortable and elegant hotel. Beautiful setting which is also very convenient for accessing public transport. The gluten free cereals had run out but not been replaced, but apart from that there was ample choice for breakfast.

Our host was amazing, even took us to the railway station so we could catch the train into the city. He made our stay even more memorable. Great breakfast too.

• Peter (8/5): Beautiful marine living - Torpa will give you an unusual experience. Right by the water, next to the pretty marina and surrounded by the forest you'll find an around 150 year old garden park surrounded mansion with great charm. The owner can give you a story or two from his long experience in the world of sailboat production. It is all topped with a good breakfast and a wonderful view. The drawback is the close-by motorway, but the noise is not too bad
• Rami (9/5): Excellent small boutique hotel - Torpa Pensionat allows you to experience a real "old-world" hotel stay. Each room is uniquely furnished and themed and the entire hotel makes you feel like you are a character in an Agatha Christie novel, in the days when hotel guests would gather to the salon for after dinner drinks and reading or playing cards. So if you are tired of the cookie-cutter chain hotels, give Torpa a try. Excellent service and great breakfast with a nice variety for every taste. As a plus, you get to enjoy the breakfast in a nice salon with a view of the small-boat harbor next to the hotel. It's an old house, so the en-suite toilets are quite small.

• Krishnan (10/5): Best Place to stay near Scania HQ ! - Location was Stunning ! Quiet and accessible. Extremely well connected to Scania HQ and all other plants of Scania in Sodertalje. It felt like a vacation the moment you stepped back from work in the evening ! Breakfast was good but a few more options like scrambled eggs or pancakes would have been nice. Some more option for Tea also could have made this better.

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was excellent. If you are tired of franchise hotels that all look and feel the same and want to stay in a hotel that feels like one of those hotels in Agatha Christie novels, then I really recommend booking your room at Torpa. I only wish we would have had a chance to stay for a second night.

• Jenny (7/5): Good - Very old fashion in a nicest way. Appreciated the old decor and the atmosphere it gave. It needed some face lift here and there. Bathrooms outdated and the beds so and so. However, it was good value for money.
• Hilde (9/5): A feeling of luxury combined with a swim in the lake. - Exceptionally beautiful place. A swim in the lake in rather warm water. Good breakfast. Relaxing place. Kitchen is not always open to have dinner in the evening. So you need to be prepared to have your food delivered, but the food delivered was very good.

• Kent (10/5): Wonderful and cosy hotel with a stunning location - I strongly recommend staying at Hotel Torpa Pensionat. The place is cosy and full of atmosphere. The location right at the coastline is absolutely stunning. Great service, clean conditions. -And only 30 min. by car to Stockholm city center. Overall: full satisfaction. Can't wait to get back to this place.
