- Winchcole (3/5): They offered me an extra day stay but, wouldn,t let me use my 25% discount card . So i didnt stay - Na The service from staff , the fact that i didnt get a 25 % discount that i am entitled to as a live in ingenia retirement village. The cabin was c12 and it needed some serious updating. Rust on the ladder of the bunk beds , the kitchen cuboard door, laminate was all coming away. The walls in the bedroom and living room were all marked. I spoke to the receptionist about this and she said they were updating the cabin in a couple of weeks, but they difn' t offer any discount or vouchers. Or appoligise i wont be returning and my friend also wont be returning. I will be discussing it in the retirement village were i live.
- Koloni (10/5): Awesome! - Loved the Location and welcoming staff. Got there earlier cause my flight landed early and was happy hang at the pool until room was ready but the staff at the reception was happy to give me the room early. It was much appreciated for their kindness.
Cabin was clean and well maintained. What I didn't like was the pizza food truck cancelled on the Thursday!🤔🤤

Everything you need is in the little huts.

- Peter (9/5): -
- Daryl (9/5): We would definitely stay there again - The facilities were really good and on Thursday night we had a bonus pizza night which was delicious 😋
- Yvehul (8/5): Tariff should be $110-130 max - Rate $150 per night. A '1/3rd of a Rondavel style hut with deck & seating. Space inside is well planned but minimal. Immaculately clean facility with most comfortable bed & bedding - everything sparkling white. A quiet park nice people. Some thumping noises in the night, through the dividing wall, woke us up for a short while.
- Alex (3/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Excellent for an overnight. - Easy to find, comfortable double bed. Everything fine.
- Dianne (5/5): Disappointing - Location The large dog that barked at night in the unit next door.
The lack of hot water in shower and kitchen
- Leanne (10/5): One night getaway - Stayed in the cabin it was very comfortable great sized bedroom and lounge area full sized fridge very clean and everything you would need for a great stay easy walk across to the bbq and pool areas Nothing to note

- Monique (10/5): Really loved our 2 nights. Took my 2 little granddaughters. They loved the pool and the cabins are lovely and spotlessly - The cabin was so clean it was amazing. Great lounge and lovely balcony , pool area is unreal and staff amazing Nothing
- Jose (10/5): -
- Gay (8/5): Very comfortable and close to bike trail, shops and cafes - 1. The bed was magnificent.
2. Outdoor furniture on decking was great.
3. Kitchen sufficient
4. Indoor table and chairs were good. 1. Poor quality hot water supply so shower no good. Water wastage waiting for hot water to come through. 3-5 minutes.
2. Not enough bedside tables.
3. Noisy air conditioning
- Emma (6/5): Great spot and atmosphere, but disappointing things in the room. - The pool and play area were great for kids!
Also loved the atmosphere of the whole place.
At first glance the room was great and had everything we needed and enough space for the night.
Loved there was the Woodfire pizza on site as well! It wasn’t until after the reception was closed that we discovered the bathroom was full of black mould and the window sill was rotted away. We only stayed a night so made do.
We were leaving the property very early the next morning to go home and discovered the fridge was not working at all.
Everything was plugged in and on but nothing was cold.
Our leftovers were ruined and the items we had bought for the morning were hot and ruined. That was disappointing to discover at 4am ahead of a long drive home.
With these issues I found the $205 a night price tag a bit steep.
It was such a shame because we really did like the place but some serious renovations need to be done.
- Julie (7/5): Perfect location just outside the main town, great friendly holiday park - Great size unit, spacious with new aircon unit. Clean and tidy with a very comfy bed and pillows There seemed to be an over whelming smell of bleach.

- Rod (7/5): Was perfect as we were just traveling through on a hot day so the pool was great as we needed to cool down. - Nice pool. Was quiet. Air conditioning was set at 16 degrees which was nice when we entered the room however it appeared as our stay went on that it was as low as this because it was struggling to keep the room cool for long period.
- Mandy (9/5): Loved it and will stay again!! - Loved the outdoor kitchen and its proximity to the pool. Happy to stay here again in the future. A few young boys using the rec room.. throwing hard blocks, standing on tables etc.. only saw their parent once in the 3 days we were there.

- Kerry (8/5): Great spacious and clean cabin with fantastic kitchen facilities. - Hassle free and very helpful check-in, very clean and spacious cabin, fantastic kitchen facilities. Mattress was too soft but that’s purely a personal preference.
