- Bogarin (9/5): - La ubicación del hotel es súper buena porque está cerca del centro y de las playas, la decoración del hotel súper linda todo súper limpio la atención al llegar es muy buena. La habitación con vista al mar muy linda. Lo único que tendría como oportunidad de mejora es que al momento del desayuno debe estar mejor planificado y claro tratar de tener las cosas preparadas para no hacer esperar tanto los comensales.

El desayuno demasiado básico, la publicidad miente cuando dice que la habitación tenia jacuzzi y vista al mar, cuando en realidad no mira al mar, ni tiene jacuzzi si no bañera. La atención del personal malísima y el desayuno demasiado pobre. Malísimo en relación a precio calidad, pagué 107.900 por la habitación. Una mala experiencia

Leider gab es keinen, nur Vertiefung ohne Wasser. Wir haben eine Suite mit Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch gebucht und erhielten ein Doppelzimmer zwar mit Schlafcouch aber nicht bezogen.

Al pagar convierten el dólar en $1.000 por lo que aumentan considerablemente y deliberadamente el valor de la estadía, al momento de reclamar y exigir nuestra diferencia del pago, nos dicen que la habitación no tenía el valor actualizado, una burla hacia el turista. Sin lugar a dudas una pésima experiencia. Prácticamente nos sentimos estafados por la administración

- cristiank (1/5): Una de los peores hoteles en que he estado en mi vida. - Nada Nuestra estadía (una noche en octubre, con mi esposa y nuestra bebé) fue pésima desde el inicio. Al reservar nos informaron que el hotel no ofrece cunas para bebés por política de la empresa, lo cual me parece inaceptable. Tuvimos que esperar más de una hora con la bebé en brazos porque la habitación todavía estaba sucia, y cuando finalmente entramos, era oscura, sucia, ruidosa, con mal olor y las puertas del baño no cerraban. Las “vistas al mar” son feas, y el supuesto “hotel boutique” no tiene nada de boutique: internacionalmente no merecería ni una estrella. Durante la noche, luces encendidas desde el patio contiguo nos despertaron a todos, incluida la bebé. Además, el sistema de salida es peligrosísimo: no se puede salir del hotel sin que alguien abra desde recepción, lo cual representa un riesgo grave en caso de emergencia o accidente. El estacionamiento es mínimo (solo caben 2 o 3 autos y uno queda bloqueado si entra otro). El “desayuno continental” fue una burla: café malo, casi sin opciones, y apenas una porción de palta para dos personas. Pagamos 150 USD por noche, una locura total para un servicio tan deficiente. Sin dudas, una de las peores experiencias hoteleras que he tenido.

- Catalina (9/5): excelente fin de semana - desayuno 10 de 10, habitación en general muy cómoda, nos encontramos en el piso tres con mi mamá pero habían filtraciones de viento por la muralla y justo nos toco vientos fuertes este fin de semana. no me gusto la filtración que se encontraba en la habitación numero 32 en el tercer piso solo eso, porque pasamos un poco de frio pero el resto todo impecable.

Public transportation by bus, metro and colectivo taxi close by. Personal amable y servicial. Friendly and helpful staff. Si eres turista extranjero, te cobran IVA. If you´re a foreign tourist, they´ll charge you IVA.

- Javiera (4/5): Mala atencion,despreocupacion,mala higiene - Estuve ahí dos días de los cuales a mi llegada me encuentro con hongos en el mini bar y una lámpara rota,los actitud del dueño deja bastante que desear,lo único que rescataria de ese hotel es la disposición de Ángela sobrina del dueño ya que tiene una muy amable actitud. La vista desde el balcón hermosa Muy mal ubicado para donde te muevas debes tomar locomoción!el Wi-fi sin señal la mayoría del tiempo Al dueño no me interesa que el huésped tenga una grata estancia puesto que su actitud sus bastante hostil. La relación precio calidad deja mucho que desear, pague por una habitación premium y sin embargo de premium no tenia absolutamente nada. No volvería y tampoco lo recomiendo.

- JuliaBa1 (8/5): A family run boutique property with great service! - A boutique hotel with spacious rooms and fantastic service! Breakfast included and cooked to order! Bathroom includes a large bathtub with spa jets. Also, small outdoor pool and parking withing the property.
- Ronaldo (6/5): Nice view, small room, far from the beach - We were there for three nights. This is a small hotel boutique, in a residential area, between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. We were pratically alone there, and stayed in a room at the ground floor, with a partial view of the sea. The room was not big: most of it was occupied by a very good king bed, with good linnen, but there was no place to seat or to relax except the bed (i.e., it was a room to sleep, not to spend the time). The major drawback is the location: in a residential area, in the middle of a hill, with no restaurants or any attractions in the nearby. I mean: we had to take the car to go everywhere (beach, city center, eating, etc); walking was not really an alternative. The room was silent during the night, but quite busy during the day, because of the traffic in the Avenida España, which is close to the hotel.

- Adam (8/5): Nice for the Price - Very nice and charming hotel. I paid a few extra dollars and got the room on the top floor with an amazing view of the ocean and Vina del Mar. The room had wood beams and had an old European feel to it. The jacuzzi tub was pretty nice as well but it took forever to fill up and the water took a long time to get hot (common in Chile). While the room was charming and quaint, the ceiling sloped on both sides so I had to bend down when walking on the sides of the room. The breakfast buffet left a lot to desire as well. All they had was white toast, tea, juice, instant coffee (bleh!), ham and salami, and a bit of cheese. But it was free, so I guess I can't complain that much. For the price, the hotel was nice. Not sure if I'd stay again though.
