The customer service across the hotel is really good. No sufficient number of room service workers. The girls work very hard but often unable to perform the task within expected time frame.

• silvia (4/5): Verouderd en stoffig donker hotel! - Ik kan eigenlijk niets delen wat beviel. Ik vond het een stoffig, verouderd hotel. Bij aankomst zat er al poep op ons toiletpapier in de badkamer. We hadden koud water bij het douchen, de kamer was stoffig door de vloerbedekking, er kon niet gelucht worden, de bedden waren hard, ik heb verschrikkelijk geslapen en was blij om vandaag weer uit te kunnen checken. Vandaag waren we door het uitchecken pas om negen uur bij het ontbijt maar dat viel tegen. Er was veel op en dit werd ook niet aangevuld. Slechte ervaring in dit hotel.

• Silvia (9/5): Super Hotel direkt am Nachtmarkt - Das Personal war wesentlich freundlicher, als bei früheren Aufenthalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Die Bäder werden gerade renoviert. Man hat auf dem Zimmer Besteck, Geschirr und sogar eine Mikrowelle, was toll ist, weil der Nachtmarkt nur ein paar Meter entfernt ist. Die Preise sind absolut günstig. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr erneuerungsbedürftig.

• Terry Saignachith (10/5): A stopover that made us want to come back to Rayong - We were looking for a comfortable place for a one-night stopover between Koh Chang and Bangkok, and this hotel met — and even exceeded — our expectations. The property is a bit dated, but it is very spacious. Our king-size bed was large and extremely comfortable, which made for a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Rayong Night Bazaar, and we are already planning to return — this time not just for a stopover, but for a longer stay to explore Rayong more thoroughly. The pool was lovely, with sunlight throughout most of the day, making it warm and enjoyable from late morning until the evening. I didn’t personally use the gym, but my wife and cousin did, and they were impressed by the variety and quality of the equipment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection including a coffee machine, an egg station, and various prepared dishes. The pastries were slightly disappointing, but after such a generous breakfast, it hardly mattered. We were also kindly offered a late check-out until 1:00 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a great stay — we look forward to coming back. You can tell the hotel has been around for some time, and as a result, the decor feels a bit outdated. Some areas, like the pool and the rooms, could benefit from a refresh. That said, everything was clean and well maintained.

Nothing I didn't like just thought how it could be improved around the pool area...unbrellas to far side and pigeon poo swept up. Plants look sad but that was nothing to reflect on this great hotel.. Gym is brilliant. Best I have used around alot of Thailand

Die Klimaanlage war laut. Die Wände waren nicht schallisoliert. Die Liegen am Pool waren unbequem. Für Touristen keine interessante bzw. schöne Lage.

Also a lot of the food catered for Westerners. I enjoyed it. There's nothing to dislike, I have stayed on numerous occasions, and I always enjoy myself.

• Helga (9/5): Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig - Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich gut und groß. Enthält wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt! Die Damen von der Rezeption sind ganz besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im WiFi muss man sich immer wieder neu anmelden, auch innerhalb des Hotels. Da gibt es schon modernere Möglichkeiten. Die Sanitäranlagen wären überholungbedürftig.
