- FA (7/5): Groot hotel met zekere grandeur, riant ontbijt, prima locatie voor botanische tuin - Ontbijtopties zeer uitgebreid. Sap, fruit, eieren, nasi goreng, mie goreng, etc. Het hotel heeft veel kamers en mist daarom een beetje een persoonlijke sfeer. Personeel vriendelijk. Er is een klein zwembadje op de 2e verdieping, aan de voorkant van het hotel. Daar loopt ook een drukke weg, dus erg rumoerig en niet erg rustgevend. Direct tegenover de botanische tuin. Aan de achterkant van het hotel hoor je niet veel van de drukte, prima geslapen. Infomapje op de kamer ontbrak, zou misschien handig zijn.

- van der Burgt (6/5): Prima plek vlakbij de botanische tuin, maar niet de leukste plek in de buurt - Heel dicht bij de botanische tuin Het lijkt al lange tijd niet meer echt goed onderhouden te worden. Bedden en kussens zijn niet echt comfortabel. Kamers ook niet heel erg schoon (maar ook zeker niet vies).

- Theresia (6/5): Wonderful staff and strategic location but poorly maintained facilities. - The staff were very friendly and kind also very helpful. The location near the freeway and close to the shopping centre. The room was not too bad. Good value. The breakfast didn’t have many varieties. It didnt value for money. Adult cost Rp 160.000 and kids cost Rp 80.000 wasn’t worth for that kind of breakfast. I paid Rp 80.000 for my son and he only can eat scrambled egg, toast and glass of milk. Their fruits have some flying bugs on it. And i lost appetite to eat it. The gym was filthy we asked them to clean it up, but it didn’t happen. They don’t have proper equipments in the gym. Very disappointed. Hopefully they will improve it.

- Okta (4/5): For a four-star hotel, you can do better. - None For a four-star hotel, they should have a mini fridge at least in each room. Grand savero should do a maintenance on its broken tiles in either 5th and/or 6th floor. It’s weird for a four-star hotel to not use a carpet in its room.

Conveniently close to Bogor Botanical Gardens and with easy access to the highway to Jakarta including some cozy cafes, making it a practical choice for both leisure and travel. I only stayed for one night, so there was nothing in particular that stood out as a drawback.

- R.L.B (10/5): Bogor 2 night stay - Definitely the location that is opposite the Bogor Botanical Gardens and nearby shops. Very clean, bed comfortable, water preasure good. Car parking available. Breakfast is really great with Western and Indonesia food available. Enjoy a beer at the bar or a swim in the pool. Internet freely available in room or bar / pool area. NA
- Nico (8/5): - Personeel stond altijd klaar om te helpen met vanalles. Kamers werden keurig schoon gemaakt iedere dag. Kamer was heerlijk ruim en genoeg stopcontacten. Het toilet en badkamer waren niet echt gemaakt voor grote mensen.
- Claude (10/5): Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel à l’accueil parfait ! - L’accueil est parfait et le confort tout à fait satisfaisant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, surtout Indonésien mais les occidentaux ne sont pas oubliés pour autant. L’emplacement est intéressant, face au parc dont une entrée est située juste en face. Les chambres, même si elles sont grandes et très confortables, mériteraient d’être rafraîchies.

Vrouwen kwamen op de kamer masseren. Hadden voor 70 min geboekt maar waren na 45 min klaar (en waren ook 30 min te laat).

- JürgenH65 (7/5): Authentiek Indonesisch hotel - De ligging t.o.v. de mall, dichtbij de Botanische tuin en het paleis. Het is een authentiek Indonesisch hotel, het personeel is gastvrij en vriendelijk. Helaas is de kamer gedateerd, in een kamer werkte de kraan niet. In de vrij grote kamer mistte ik een bank en tafel. Het ontbijt is gericht op Indonesiërs. Weinig westerse gerechten. Geen broodjes of croissants, alleen brood voor toast. Alleen koffie en thee, geen speciale koffie.

- Marc (10/5): Stay here and see the garden! - We had a nice welcome and really helpful people at the door and the reception. They even gave us a free upgrade for the room. The room was clean and spacious with a good view. The food is great and a five minute walk brings you to the beautiful botanical gardens of Bogor. So if you are looking for a luxurious stay near the garden, go here! No complaints

Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice.
- Disappointed (1/5): Stay somewhere else. - Location. Absolutely nothing else about this hotel. Staff did not even try to help without request. We stayed previously for 5 months and as hotel was near empty, we asked for a slightly larger room over the one we booked. A definite NO. I had emailed 3 TIMES before we arrived to ask questions but never ever got a reply. Also as it was Ranafan they reduced the breakfast dine to minimal but we had paid for full breakfast and only got basics. Room now old and not well maintained. Much newer and better hotels to choose from now so definitely will never return to "Grand" Savero.

- Bayu (5/5): Outdated and broken. Wouldn’t book again. - The location was good. Huge leakage in the room. Brown water leaked into the bedroom. Nothing is soundproof, therefore the room was VERY noisy. You could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms. Hallway was also always noisy. Breakfast was NOT great.

Very strange electrics - we had a wired-in light that stayed on all night and had to pull the plug for the bedside lamps - no switches? And while the staff were all very nice, some of our requests were not addressed. Might have been our poor Bahasa, though. Suggestion: instead of saying yes we can get you a taxi and then coming up 2 mins later to say get yourself a Grab, just say, so sorry, a taxi can’t be done but can we help you get a car?

- Dodid (3/5): Kind staff and attractive facade, but loud rooms and not a good sleep. - the staff were very friendly and it was nice to see the garden out the window It’s on a very busy road and the windows are thin so there is loud traffic noise. The biggest issue was the doorbells - rooms have loud bells and because the walls are thin I heard them ringing all night. The gym was very small - a few single light hand weights, a treadmill and a broken exercise bike. No yoga mats or space to stretch.
