Le bruit dans la chambre la nuit est gênant (circulation extérieure et climatisation sans "mode nuit"). Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce type d'équipement devrait être obligatoire. Heureusement, des boules Quies sont à disposition. ! la chambre devrais etre 25 - 30 dB en non ++ 40 !
• Michaela (8/5): Nice stay. Overpriced. - We only stayed 1 night. Lovely stay. Just hid away in the villa so we to experience everything. Room service was excellent. Really good tasty meals. Quick service. Checked out and then visited the spa treatment was one of the best massages I’ve had. Lovely birds nest room. The welcome was really great and got into the room early which is always a bonus! Best mango sticky rice I had tasted in 3weeks :) For the money it’s over-rated. Highly edited on photos. These rooms can go to £1,500 and I don’t believe it’s worth it. Feel the pool area needs some TLC in the villas. In the pool you’re looking up at tatty sunbeds and rotten wood on the benches outside. I expected items to top notch. I didn’t like the colourful chairs in the room but that’s a fussy personal preference. Surprised too at the sofa in the room it’s like garden furniture didn’t expect to be sat on something like that for us paying £900 a night. I was underwhelmed at breakfast. Stayed in amazing hotels and breakfast is a thing. Here just didn’t hit the spot for me. Especially the French toast. The chicken sausages were a terrible gritty texture. We ordered room service the attention to detail to offer to collect your dirty dishes was missing. Just didn’t have the top notch attention to detail for me. I think it’s one of those places people go for one night so things operate little differently with service levels. I don’t think I’d recommend this place. We enjoyed our week at the Surin (Surin beach) more than this. I expected this place to be 10/10

My wife and I had a great time here as we were on our honeymoon. My wife, who's Italian, loved the Italian food there, which we didn't expect.

• Assaf (10/5): Keemala is a paradise! - Everything here is perfect. The resort is in a jungle setting, with fish, butterflies and birds. The Tree House villa we stayed in was perfect, with a floor for us and a floor for the kids. Everything was taken care of - from water and snacks to the pool and the restaurant. A perfect stay. The villa pool is in constant shade. While it's perfect for us (no sun burns), it means the water temprature is always a bit too cold, which practically meant we spent our time in the (perfect) public pool, but never used our villa pool. It would be great if the villa pool had an option for heating.

• Gianina valezka (10/5): Cordialidad en un espacio maravilloso - Tuve el privilegio de hospedarme en el Hotel Keemala y desde el primer momento la experiencia fue absolutamente excepcional. Las instalaciones son realmente de primer nivel: cada rincón del hotel está cuidadosamente diseñado para ofrecer una sensación de tranquilidad, lujo y conexión con la naturaleza. El entorno natural que rodea el hotel es simplemente espectacular, lleno de vegetación, sonidos de la selva y una energía única que invita al descanso y a la contemplación. Quiero destacar especialmente la limpieza impecable de todo el recinto. Las habitaciones, áreas comunes y espacios al aire libre se mantienen en perfectas condiciones, lo que refleja un gran trabajo y dedicación del equipo del hotel. Esta atención al detalle se agradece enormemente y hace que uno se sienta cómodo y bien cuidado en todo momento. Además, no puedo dejar de felicitar al personal por su amabilidad, profesionalismo y calidez. Cada persona que nos atendió fue cordial y atenta, pero quiero hacer una mención especial a March, quien fue un anfitrión excepcional durante toda nuestra estadía. Su simpatía, disposición y actitud colaboradora marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Siempre con una sonrisa, atento a cada detalle y dispuesto a ayudar, March es sin duda uno de los grandes talentos del equipo de Keemala. Los desayunos fueron otro punto alto de la estadía: deliciosos, frescos, variados y servidos en un entorno soñado, rodeado de verde y tranquilidad. En resumen, Keemala es un verdadero paraíso en la Tierra. • Michal (8/5): מקום נחמד, מיוחד אבל יקר מדי ומרוחק - ‏לקחנו את החדר חדר הנסט + בריכה, וזה חדר גדול מאוד, מאובזר עד לפרטים הקטנים ומאוד מפנק. צוות המלון מקסים ועוזר בכל בקשה (עזרו לנו עם טעות בהזמנה למסעדת מישלן, כשהיינו כבר בדרכינו לשם וסידרו את העניינים) ‏לא אכלנו במסעדה של המלון אלא רק בתוך החדר בהזמנה מהשירות חדרים. ‏המלון בנוי על ההר, ממוקם די רחוק מהמרכז וכל יציאה או כניסה למלון היא לפחות חצי שעה לכל כיוון. באופן אישי פחות חיפשנו את ההתבודדות אז זה לא כל כך התאים. מי שלא רוצה לצאת מהחדר זה מושלם בשבילו. גם לא בילינו באזור המשותף, כי הכל עם המון מדרגות וזה הרגיש פחות מזמין ממלונות אחרים. מיוחד אבל פחות נוח להתנהלות. ‏בבריכה לא השתמשנו בכלל כי המים היו קרים, והיו לנו ימים גשומים.

• Volha (10/5): Enchanting - Where do I start... It was simply fantastic! From the very first moments on arrival through to the last minute on the day of departure every aspect of our stay was just second to none. The staff couldn't do more even if they try: attentive, friendly, quick to respond and resolve any queries/questions, always smiling and ready to fulfil any wish that you may have. Stunning, squeaky clean rooms, fabulous bathrooms (a solid stone bath and a floor mosaic in the shower were particular masterpieces). A few unexpected but very pleasing bonuses that have enhanced our stay even more: complimentary yoga and meditation classes (Daniel, the teacher, was simply amazing); a personal concierge service that came with the room - our lady Cayla was super efficient, exceptionally responsive and just couldn't do enough to keep us happy; and the third bonus: the full restaurant menu was also available for in-room dining. The latter fact made a few nights, when we couldn't be asked to dress up to go out and decided to dine in our room, a very comfy, cosy, yet no less yummy experience than it would have been in the actual restaurant. Would definitely stay in Keemala again.

Our room was on two levels you entered into the bedroom and went down to the sitting area with private pool off this. Great view from the pool with lush Green gardens. Great buggy service to pool, restaurant or to your room. There was a twice daily shuttle to Kamala beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great service with a smile. Great choice at breakfast with table and buffet service. Each afternoon we received a little treat in our room which went down well with a cup of tea! The shared pool was set in lush surroundings with good pool service. Comfortable beds with crisp cotton linen and sumptuous pillows. Pretty close to the beach and town but in a peaceful haven. Winding staircase in the room to the living area. Our pool and deck area was in the shade all day (302)

• Enrique (10/5): Man kann einem Affen nicht vorwerfen, dass er nicht fliegen kann! So ist auch das Keemala wirklich 10/10 aber eben f - Das schönste Zimmer, das ich je in einem Hotel hatte! Suite 705! Traumhaft! Sehr kleines „Gym“! Verdient die Bezeichnung nicht! Kurse sehr limitiert! Eigentlich nur Yoga und Meditation. Muay Thai nur als Privatstunden und dazu sehr teuer.
• ARJUNMANGHNANI (7/5): Very Average - property is great. Its missing the proactiveness from the staff to make the experience better. We've stayed at many properties at this price point and honestly, the staff goes above and beyond, we didnt find that here. The Spa was terrible. The front desk lady wasnt good. The masseuse wasnt very good. After our first treatment, we cancelled all our remaining treatments for the trip because it was soo underwhelming.

Our room was gorgeous, the staff is super friendly and attentive, the pool is beautiful, delicious food, relaxing spa services - just an absolute magical stay! This was our most expensive stay so it is pricy but you also get what you pay for and I do think it’s worth it.

• michel (5/5): Nice - but for 1 night only. - Its a beautiful place and the scenery is amazing. Food at the restauarant was really good. “Some”staff are really good and make you feel welcomed, especially Melon and few others. Honestly its not worth the money spent. Its nice overall but the mood makes you feel depressed as it is not lively at all. Some staff are not in the mood to work unlike other hotels we have seen. The in-villa pool is definitely not worth it, we have been to another villa in a different hotel and can tell the difference. The room is nice but the arrangement is a bit weird as the bathroom is bigger than the main room.

• Mohammad (9/5): جيده - الفندق يعيشك تجربه استثنائيه في الغابه الغرفه كبيره وجميلة الديكورات جدا جميله الفندق مرتفع فالجو يكون معتدل وجميل تعامل الموظفين جدا راقي ومميز لا يوجد خصوصيه مثل ما هو متوقع الكل ينظر الى الثاني الحشرات او الزواحف لانه في وسط الغابه ( يوجد مثل دخان يعطونك لابعاد الحشرات عنك) مكان الاستحمام مكشوف على الغرف الاخرى يجب وضع ستاره
• Alsheaibi (3/5): Never coming back again - It such a disappointment did not enjoy the stay at all the staff are well professional, and the room not what we were expecting I didn’t like the resort and services were poor and the villa was dark and depressing

• James (8/5): Beautiful setting, friendly staff, food could be better. - Staff were very friendly - Yeam took care of us from start to finish, ensuring our stay was pleasant throughout and we had expert cocktails from Nuam, such a friendly guy! The private pool is exceptional and overlooks the forested grounds. I just wish we could turn it off when not in use to save energy. Despite this, the sustainability and limited plastic use was a big bonus overall. Taking the buggy around the grounds was fun and felt like a rollercoaster! The food was not very exciting in the restaurant, and certainly wasn't cheap. We did expect more for a luxury stay.
• Gavinuccio (7/5): - Il concept è bello Sviluppato male. Se state pensando di soggiornarvi riflettete bene. Prezzo a notte medio 1000 euro che proporzionato al valore reale è fortemente sbilanciato in negativo.Buffet colazione scarsissimo. Le ville non hanno privacy nel senso esci nella piscinetta dedicata (rumorosa e con degli idro ridicoli) e ti vedono dalle altre ville. Si sentono tutti i rumori perché alcune sono in tenda e le gocce di pioggia, i buggie la mattina e le voci del personale danno l'illusione che siano dentro la stanza. L'hotel stesso da in dotazione dei tappi per le orecchie di scarsa qualità meno male avevamo i nostri. Non riprenoterei.

• Aïcha Prazeres (10/5): - Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Com certeza Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. O atendimento é 5 estrelas, fui tratada como uma rainha. A cama era extremamente confortável. Adorei de coração. Gostei de absolutamente tudo, mas o bufete do café da manhã tem poucas opções. Mas como não sou uma pessoa de tomar pequeno almoço, então não foi um problema para mim.
