• Anna-L. (8/5): - Die Anlage ist außergewöhnlich schön und liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend in Florenz! Der kostenfreie Shuttleservice ist sehr gut und zuverlässig. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön, um abends den Sonnenaufgang in der Toskana zu genießen. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und wir können auch das Restaurant und das Frühstück sehr empfehlen!

• Regina (10/5): A dream stay in Florence - We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay here, and every single aspect of the experience went far beyond our expectations. The atmosphere of the hotel, the room itself, the quality of the services, and especially the warmth and kindness of the staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The garden and the overall ambiance felt incredibly magical. It was such a unique and enchanting place to relax and enjoy. We also had a light lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed dinner there one evening as well, and both were outstanding. Everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, if we return to Florence in the future, we would happily choose to stay here again. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was with the duvet, which tended to slip out of the cover quite easily during the night. It was a little bit uncomfortable at times, but overall it was such a small issue compared to how amazing everything else was.
• Regina (10/5): Beyond All Expectations - We spent two wonderful nights here in Florence, and absolutely everything exceeded all our expectations: the hotel's location itself, the room, the services, and the kindness of the staff. Being here, especially with the beautiful garden, truly felt like being in Alice in Wonderland, as if we had stepped into that magical world ourselves. The light lunch at the restaurant was delicious, and we also had dinner there one evening, which was absolutely exquisite. We are completely sure that if we visit Florence again, we will definitely stay here again. The only small thing we didn’t really like was the duvet, as it tended to slip out of the duvet cover quite easily (at least that was our experience) and it was just a tiny bit uncomfortable. But honestly, if that’s the biggest issue we ever have, then we are more than happy.
• Lea (10/5): Der Aufenthalt dort hat sich wirklich gelohnt und auch wenn der Preis durchaus hoch ist, bekommt man dafür wirklich viel - Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet in einer alten Villa. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer ganz oben. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad war sehr sauber und der Blick super! Das Personal war an jeder Stelle nett, ob an der Rezeption, beim Essen oder auch im Garten, alle wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker, gut sortiert, immer nachgefüllt. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei und auch ein paar besondere Sachen wie Pistaziencroissants und man kann sich einen frischen Saft pressen lassen. Der Shuttle Service in die Stadt hat immer prima funktioniert, man wurde schnell abgeholt, sodass die Lage etwas außerhalb überhaupt kein Problem ist. Und abgesehen davon ist der Blick in die Landschaft und in den weitläufigen Garten des Hotels mit Olivenhain und sogar hoteleigenen Bienen super zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt.

• Ellie (6/5): - The building was beautiful and you got a georgous view of Firenze from the top of the gardens. For the price paid it was just a bit average overall. It's quite far out and the shuttle times are very limited so we often got taxis to the center. The room was the smallest we encountered in Italy very cramped and not the cleanest. There was mold under the window frame you stared at from the bed. It really let the beauty of the building down.

The gardens are beautiful to sit in with an evening drink. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Only complaint was the shower pressure, it was very low.
• Ruth (10/5): Quiet Oasis on hillside overlooking Florence. - Wonderful refuge out of the city, we walked in and out each day although there is a free shuttle. The most amazing thing is the gardens, I preferred to the Boboli and Bardini - they are much smaller but immaculately kept, the wisteria was gorgeous and our view from our room looked out over them. We had breakfast one lunch lunch and suppers here and they were very enjoyable with a huge selection for breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially Vanessa (I Think) who is a real asset to the place. Peaceful and quiet.

• Elizabeth Masotti (7/5): Bom para quem quer passear de carro pela região da Toscana - Check-in prático, localização boa para quem está de carro e quer circular pela Toscana (hotel fica fora de ZTL). Café da manhã é muito bom, com ótima variedade de alimentos, frutas e bebidas. É um local super tranquilo com bom contato com a natureza, tem um charme único. A vista do por do sol é linda, o hotel possui ambientes aconchegantes para aproveitar a natureza. Oferecem boas amenidades e chinelos para uso durante a estadia. Tem shuttle que leva e busca até próximo do centro da cidade, em horário comercial (último às 20h) - conforme agendamento no hotel ou por ligação. Motorista é gente boa e prestativo. Os funcionários foram simpáticos. Tem estacionamento incluso na hospedagem. Restaurante do hotel é caro e não foi dos melhores que frequentamos na cidade (carbonara com gosto forte de ovo), custo-benefício é ruim. No bar, custa 15 euros um aperol, preço bem mais elevado que o encontrado na região. Como o hotel fica distante do centro, seria um diferencial para os hóspedes se tivesse um melhor custo-benefício. A limpeza foi boa, mas esqueceram o lixo do quarto no banheiro. Não vimos elevador para descer com as malas. Tinha mosquitos e não havia inseticida no quarto. Luminária do lado da cama com luz branca é inaceitável pois afeta a qualidade do sono, mais um ponto que nunca encontramos em outros hotéis. Pressão da água oscilava durante o banho. Jardim parecia precisar de manutenção fora da área central, um pouco decepcionante. Pelo perfil do hotel, não esperávamos encontrar estes problemas.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera nella dependance. Molto piccola e poco luminosa. Hanno detto che si trattava di un upgrade, ma le foto della camere originariamente prenotata erano molto diverse.

• Ursula (4/5): NIE WIEDER - Ganz klar einen Punkt für die Gartenanlage und einen Punkt für den shuttle Service. Für 3 Tage gebucht. Wohl das schlechteste 4 Sterne Hotel, das ich je erlebt habe. Das Zimmer hatte ca . 8 m2 plus Bad. Die Aussicht vom Fenster aus waren ein paar alte Dächer. Das Badezimmer/die Heizung war mit dunkelbraunen grossen Flecken, wahrscheinlich von Rauchern. Die Kleinigkeit von Tissuetüchern gab es nicht. Eine Steckdose für elektrische Zahnbürsten gab es nicht. Was als Schreibtisch im Zimmer dienen sollte, war eher eine Art Schminktisch,sehr hoch, mit dem Laptop arbeiten ging gar nicht. Kein Kugelschreiber oder Notizblock vorhanden. Das Bett war ganze 80 bis 90 cm breit ( Zum Glück bin ich sehr schlank). Das Restaurant (Essen) stand in keinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei der Ankunft stand ein schlecht gelaunter Rezeptionist zur Verfügung, der sich Mühe gab, freundlich zu sein. Das Frühstück war ok, Kaffee aus dem Automaten und wenn der Käse um 9.30 Uhr weg war, wurde nichts aufgefüllt. Das Personal war stets bemüht, so freundlich, wie möglich zu sein. Ich hatte den subjektiven Eindruck, dass das Personal nicht gerne dort arbeitet, aber gute Miene zum bösen Spiel machte. Ich fühlte mich so unwohl dort, dass ich einen Tag früher abreiste.

• Patrik (6/5): Das Haus sollte als vier Sternehotel wieder einmal eine externe sowie interne Renovation erleben - Die Natur rund um das Hotel. Das Früstück war gut und vielseitig. Das Hotel sollte draussen wie drinnen endlich einmal renoviert werden. Ich war schon dort in 2022 und das Hotel hat mir damals noch überzeugt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist klip und klar nicht gut. Die Wartezeit um bedienen zu werden war viel zu lang. Beim Check-out hat den Hotel Manager uns nicht einmal gefragt, wie wir das Aufhentalt gefunden haben...

Service was great we were meeting up for family reunion and they were lovely organising tables for us in the garden. Excellent breakfasts and dinner. Shuttle bus works well too.
• Mircea-Florin (10/5): Florenta este una dintre cele mai frumoase regiuni in Toscana unde cladirile istorice sunt de vis! - Mancarea si vinurile sunt foarte bune, facilitatile hotelului cu transport gratuit in centru vechi este o idee perfecta in favoarea turistilor cazati la Hotel ART VILLA AGAPE, o cladire istorica frumoasa situata intr-o zona de 5 stele cu o gradina de vis! Vremea nu a fost chiar ideala in perioada in care am fost cazati, a plouat partial un sejur in mijlocul lunii Aprilie dupa 2 saptamani de soare, si totusi a fost frumos!

Quel est votre secret ???), sans parler du petit déjeuner ! Le point fort de cet hôtel est la service de navette pour le centre ville de Florence. RAS

• Liselotte (10/5): Trevligt lugnt boende. Promenadavstånd från centrala Florens. - Lugnt med fantastisk trädgård. Går att promenera till centrala Florens på ca. 30 minuter. Hotellet har en shuttlebuss. Skulle dock vara bra om den hade kortare siesta och gick senare på kvällen. Trevligt boende. Endast kaffemaskin - skulle önska manuellt gjort kaffe till frukosten.

De douche mag beter worden onderhouden, voor een hotel van deze klasse verwacht je geen vieze randen in de douche.

• Tessa (10/5): Beautiful Villa is a must visit - The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! But it is also quite convenient to the city as well. We spent a great deal of time walking around the grounds because there is so much to see and then decided to walk into town but the facility offers a free ride option as well which is fantastic. Outside of the beautiful views provided from the villa, there are also even more incredible views from a short walk away. The breakfast area was lovely too and the staff were very friendly. I love the quirkiness of the older building that gave it extra charm for us to explore. At times you can hear the neighboring rooms. This did not prove to be an issue for sleeping but I could hear conversations take place with other residents while getting prepared for the day.

Siendo Florencia una ciudad muy turística, la Villa da un servicio de transporte a la ciudad. El desayuno y la calidez de las personas que atienden es de destacar, hablan perfecto varios idiomas. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ausbaufähig.
• HIROKI (10/5): 素晴らしい！ - 素晴らしい眺め。 サンセットを眺めながら、家族でゆったりとくつろげて最高のひとときでした。朝食も、親切に説明していただき、スムージーも作れて美味しかった。6人家族だったのでエクストラベットを入れてもらい（広さは十分でした）2部屋に別れて泊まった。街までの往復サービスも便利でした。ミケランジェロ広場で降ろしてもらい、素晴らしい写真スポットから街に降り、帰りは電話すると15分くらいで迎えに来てくれました。（指定された2カ所から選択可能） 部屋のドア入ってすぐに段差があり、家族数人が転んだ。

• Steffan (8/5): Lovely stay at a beautiful villa with views of Florence. - It’s a lovely historic villa in beautiful grounds with views over Florence. It’s well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was great. Along with standard nice breakfast, home made cakes and tarts raised the level. The bed was comfortable, very clean and character furniture, with an arched ceiling and tile floor. Garden is lovely - Italian garden and olive groves. Had a lovely short walk each day after breakfast. Very picturesque walk up mostly away from the road from Florence- about 30 mins from Ponte Vecchio. Free shuttle to town at some hours. The walk up is very steep- off putting after the first couple of times. We took a cab back up each evening after dinner. As it is a historic building, rooms are interconnected- but sound proofing at those joins is weak so we could hear neighbours all too clearly. This could be a problem on weekends, I would guess. Lots of late evening noise on our last night (Thursday). View over the parking lot. Those on a romantic stay will want to ask for a non-adjoining room with a view!

• Deborah (8/5): Splendida Villa vicino al centro di Firenze - Colazione ottima e abbondante con ampia scelta dal salato al dolce, uova, salumi, eccezionali le centrifughe fatte al momento su richiesta. Hotel molto bello in una villa con grande giardino e splendida vista. Molto comoda la navetta, attenzione alle fasce orarie, peccato che l’ultimo rientro serale è alle 20. Parcheggio gratuito. Fattibile anche a piedi, il rientro è in salita. Letti comodi con scelta tra due cuscini. All’arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade della camera, ma siamo rimasti delusi, purtroppo era molto rumorosa e si affacciava sul parcheggio. Cappuccino fai da te con la macchina nulla di speciale.

Le jardin est magnifique et l’hôtel a un charme désuet florentin que nous adorons. Je recommande vivement. La borne électrique qui ne fonctionne que si on sait faire des tours de magie 😡 Le shuttle qui a des horaires très bizarres (9h 12h / 16h 21h). Donc pour un resto le soir il faut prévoir un taxi aussi.

• Danylo (8/5): Готель неймовірний, чудові номери, їжа і бар, але за таку вартість хочеться щоб не було таких нюансів які сильно впливаю - Неймовірно гарне місце, чудовий готель та дуже привітний персонал. Дуже смачні сніданки та бар, де бармен ввічливо допомогла продегустувати і обрати чудове вино. Є безкоштовний трансфер ближче до міста. Допомогли з організацією сюрпризу на день народження В готелі є серйозні проблеми з комунікацією між персоналом і з проживаючими. Звʼязатись з рецепцією можна лише зателефонувавши (було б набагато зручніше якби був якийсь месенджер для звʼязку враховуючи кількість іноземців які відпочивають тут). Коли замовили трансфер з міста до готелю сказали почекати трохи довше бо великий трафік (з готелю до точки де збирають людей їхати 5-10 хв), тому ми не очікували що доведеться чекати довше 20 хвилин, через 20 хвилин зателефонували перепитати де трансфер - нам відповіли що машина вже виїхала, потім нам довелось чекати ще 30 хвилин ввечері під дощем. Проблема не в тому що трансфер чекав когось в готелі щоб привезти в місто чи довго їхав, а те що нам не сказали правди і скільки приблизно чекати і замість того щоб посидіти десь в кафе спокійно очікуючи - ми стояли майже годину під дощем біля дороги щоб не пропустити наш трансфер разом з іншими відпочиваючими. Також був неприємний інцидент коли попросили принести прибори і залишити біля дверей, а через пів години як виглянули за ними - їх вже хтось з персоналу забрав і відніс, тому довелось бігти через весь готель пояснювати що ніяких приборів немає, я їх не брав і нам потрібен ще один набір. Дуже вдячний за допомогу з організацією сюрпризу для дружини на день народження, торт виглядав дуже чудово, але от на смак був просто жахливим, склалось враження що крем складався на 99% із цукру який аж скрипів на зубах і вбив весь смак торту. При замовлені мене запитали який саме крем я бажаю для начинки зі списку і я обрав крем Шантійї, який має бути легким і ніжно-солодким, а не збитим цукром із білками

• Stefania (10/5): Hotel in una villa perfetta con personale estramemente professionale - L'hotel sorge su una villa storica che ha spazi accoglienti e i luoghi sono accuratamente rifiniti, sia all'interno che all'esterno, con un giardino attrezzato con accesso in un uliveto privato. Lo staff è estremamente competente e gentile. Tutti sono protesi a prestare la massima accoglienza con professionalità encomiabile. La colazione è abbondante con proditti di qualità. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare un light lunch in giardino ed è stato soddisfacente. Il wi-fi è performante ed è possibile lavorare con estrema serenità. Hanno accettato anche la prenotazione con due cagnoline senza problemi. La struttura è arricchita dalle opere di un pittore italiano che rendono l'ambiente curato e luminoso.
