The roof top area is gorgeous with nice swimming pool that you can actually swim in. Spacious and comfortable room with good bed and shower, lovely decorations! Great breakfast with everyday other choices, nice variety. This hotel made our stay in Marrakech to a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it to every one! if to say something, when changing the menu of the restaurant, also adjust the menu information on the hotel website.

The riad was beautifully traditional yet luxurious, with a fantastic restaurant and an amazing atmosphere. The staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Such a relaxing and pleasant place to stay in the heart of the city. I genuinely can’t imagine a better place to stay in Marrakech.

O hotel é muito tranquilo e com uma decoração lindíssima. O quarto era bastante espaçoso e os funcionários muito simpáticos, disponíveis e gentis. Recomendo este hotel! A oferta de queijo e fiambre do pequeno almoço.

The staff - every one of them is very friendly and an example of traditional Moroccan hospitality. The Riad itself has a very nice ambience. Will not only recommend but will come back on my next trip to stay here. I am being very picky here. There are very few electrical outlets in the room but this should not be an issue as this is a very traditional Riad - which I deeply value and appreciate. Just make sure you you have a multi charging port.

• Andreas (9/5): - Super zentrale Lage - direkt am großen Markt. Perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden und ohne großen Aufwand nach dem Marktbesuch nach Hause zu kommen. Viele Touren starten direkt neben dem hotel, sodass auch dies keine weiteren Kosten / Umstände erzeugt. Personal super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war leider etwas klein geraten und sicher keine 5*. Das Essen war lecker aber die Auswahl sehr begrenzt und teilweise für europäische Gewohnheiten etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (schmorgerichte z.B.). Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war etwas unsauber aber wirklich nur minimal und kein echte Problem.

In all my travels I would say that the Art Place staff are amongst the best in the World and my stay was stress free and very relaxing. The suites were beautifully decorated and sympathetic to the history - large and spacious with everything you could need. The breakfast was well stocked with many choices. We also had dinner in the hotel one evening out on the terrace overlooking the square and would say that it was extremely good - the hummus was delicious and the pastilla was magnificent. This hotel is tranquility in the centre of the vibrancy of the square - I was actually sad to leave. Did I say the staff were amazing!

La atención de cada una de las personas que trabajan en el es increíble, desde el señor que hace la labor de botones hasta el último camarero!, pasando por todos los trabajadores del hotel. El desayuno maravilloso, había de todo, la habitación increíble, con unas camas muy cómodas. Se respira tranquilidad y lujo. Tomamos un té en la terraza y pasamos un rato muy agradable. En plena plaza Jeema el fna pero sin ningún ruido. Incluso nos hicieron el favor de guardar nuestro equipaje durante la escapada que hicimos al desierto, hasta que volvimos para ir al aeropuerto. Si alguna vez vuelvo sin dudarlo repetiré aquí. Que no hubiera ventanas, pero es lógico, no las hay en ningún Riad

The motorcycles race through the narrow streets and your knees are in danger! The hotel staff is fine, friendly. The hotel itself needs some attention. There was no bidet, no hose for the toilet, the hot water was not very hot, just warm, and the rugs in the room definitely need washing, they smell of dust and sand. Skip Marrakech! Until they outlaw motorcycles in the narrow streets, skip Marrakech go somewhere else. The motorcycles race through the narrow streets and your knees are in danger!

Idéalement situé sur la place Jemaa el-Fna, l’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel tout en offrant un calme presque irréel, compte tenu de l’effervescence qui règne à l’extérieur. C’est d’ailleurs l’un de ses plus grands atouts : dès que l’on franchit la porte, l’ambiance change instantanément pour laisser place à une atmosphère apaisante et raffinée. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable, d’une grande gentillesse, toujours attentif et sincèrement aux petits soins. On y retrouve un véritable sens de l’accueil, rare et précieux. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec beaucoup de goût et offrent un confort absolu. -> Une mention toute particulière à Khadija, notre formidable femme de ménage, dont la délicatesse et l’attention aux détails nous ont profondément touchés. De simples gestes, comme la mise en scène des doudous de notre fille avec des pétales de rose, illustrent parfaitement le niveau de soin et de générosité de toute l’équipe. Notre fille nous en parle encore 😊 Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, à la fois généreux, varié et de grande qualité. Le restaurant mérite également d’être salué pour la finesse de sa cuisine. Enfin, le rooftop est un véritable havre de paix, intime et élégant, avec une jolie piscine, idéal pour se détendre après une journée dans l’effervescence de la médina. • Al (9/5): Lovely hotel in the Medina. - Room was great, staff were very attentive and polite. Very neat little hotel in the heart of the Medina. If you plan to spend a lot of your time shopping, then this hotel is perfectly placed for that and also for street food and great restuarants. Be aware that this hotel is in the Medina, and as such taxis, and tour buses cannot access the hotel for significant periods of the day. Hence when you arrive you'll need a porter for your bags for a couple of hundred metres. Also, if you book tours, they will not be able to pick you up at the hotel, you will need to meet then at locations outside of the Medina. Not a real issue, if you are expecting that.

Nonostante la posizione i rumori sono molto attenuati, quasi impercettibili. La colazione è abbondante e il personale molto gentile. Livello di pulizia molto alto. Consigliata. Nulla.

Probleemid hakkasid juba lennujaamas, takso mis pidi meid peale võtma ei olnud meil vastas. Lõpuks selgus, et autojuht ootas kusagil õues. Kahjuks seda infot meile ei antud. Restoran oli tõeliselt kõikuva teenindusega. Oli hommikuid, kui meid võeti naeratades vastu ja oli näha et sind oodatakse. Teisel päeval jällegi suutis teenindaja meid nii välja vihastada, et rikkus kogu hommikusöögi. Ei tulnud tervitust, ei küsitud millist kohvi või mahla soovime. Jooke nad tõid alati ise. Kui läksin korraks lauast midagi juurde tooma, oli tagasi tulles su poolik söök juba ära viidud. Lausa kohutav kogemus. Toitude kvaliteet väga madal, kuivanud ja seisnud välimusega. Tuba ise pime ja ilma akendeta. Teadsin seda küll ette, aga tegelikkuses oli tegu justkui vanglaga. Kindlalt ei soovita, ärge broneerige sellist tuba eales. Tuled, mis võiks toas hubasust luua olid väga halvasti lahendatud. Lisaks oli toas pidevalt umbne halb õhk. Hotellil on küll välibassein, aga see on külm ja ilma kütteta. • Lois (10/5): - It is set on the busiest square in Marrakesh but once you are inside it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our room was beautiful, clean and the bed was so comfortable. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with nothing to much trouble. The pool and sun beds on the roof were a perfect spot to get some sun and relax.

While the bustling energy of Marrakech was just outside, stepping through the doors of the ryad brought a sense of calm and elegance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help. The food was delicious, offering a wonderful taste of Moroccan cuisine. The décor of the hotel was truly beautiful. Every room and corner felt thoughtfully designed, almost like walking through an exhibition of Moroccan life, filled with intricate details, colours and traditional craftsmanship. It was a memorable place to stay and a perfect base for exploring the magic of Marrakech.

• Julie (10/5): Excellent Stay with first class service in an excellent location - Excellent location right on the main square. Door man gave added security and a pleasant welcome. All staff were exceptional - very friendly and would do anything to help. Great character to the building but all the modern comforts. Breakfast was great with lots of Morrocan options plus usual offerings. Weather was cool when we stayed but would love to use the pool on our next stay. N/A. Didn’t have anything I didn’t like. Couldn’t fault my stay.
• Mark (10/5): This was a superb stay, the staff, location and sense of integration with the best of Marrakech. - The welcome, sense of integrity and location. All the staff were wonderful and made the start of our stay in Morocco really special. That we had to leave early in the morning - and forgot to ask for an early breakfast, our loss but also felt bad that as a consequence the staff at the checkout were also concerned about this.
• Laercio (10/5): - Staff muito prestativo, atenciosos e educados. Restaurante do Hotel de muita qualidade e um excelente café da manhã.
