• Salle (10/5): Espectacular Riad tradicional en el corazón de la Medina - Hermoso riad con personal sumamente amable, muy bien ubicado. La habitación era enorme, con decoraciones típicas y muy cómoda. Ofrecen un desayuno abundante con comida tradicional y un té marroquí de cortesía de bienvenida. Todo excelente. Increíble experiencia El acceso es difícil pero esto ocurre con la enorme mayoría de los riads. Los taxis no pueden ingresar y hay que caminar unos 10 minutos por calles angostas y pasajes laberínticos oscuros donde generalmente Google maps no funciona. Casi imposible encontrar el lugar sin la ayuda de un local. No recomiendo llegar en la noche

• Renate (10/5): Geweldig! - Je waant je echt in een paradijsje op aarde! Wat een heerlijke sfeer. De kamer is comfortabel en heel ruim. Het personeel was integer en ontzettend behulpzaam. Maar de kers op de taart is wel het terras met (klein)zwembad. Tevens ligt de Riad fantastisch, je bent overal dichtbij en in de Riad heb je totaal geen last van het geluid.

• Josephine (10/5): Traumhaftes Riad - Wunderschön gestaltetes Riad, herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert sowie hilfsbereit. Klar Empfehlung für Marrakesch Einzig möglicher Abzugspunkt ist der Zugang durch etwas mulmig anmutende Gassen. Da wir aber auch da zu unserem Auto geleitet worden sind, ist dies bei dem Besuch nicht von Erheblichkeit. Man mietet eben in der Medina von Marrakesch

Tout le monde était d'une grande gentillesse, nous avons été très bien accueilli et on s'y sentait comme à la maison. La literie était un peu dure pour nous mais hors mis ça tout était parfait.

• Victorine (9/5): Expérience chaleureuse et authentique, emplacement idéal, petits-déjeuners délicieux et une famille de chat adorable 🧡 - Un séjour absolument parfait dans ce riad ! Nous avons adoré le gardien, d’une grande gentillesse, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de Fatima. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de Marrakech. Les petits déjeuners étaient fabuleux : généreux, délicieux et composés de produits locaux, un vrai régal chaque matin. Mention spéciale pour Mimi, le chat du riad, et ses deux bébés, qui ont ajouté une touche encore plus adorable à ce séjour. Une expérience inoubliable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Nous avions réservé la suite, mais l’absence de fenêtre m’a un peu dérangée, étant claustrophobe.

• Alison (10/5): Our hosts were charming and couldn’t have been more helpful. - A beautiful haven tucked away from the bustle of the medina. But also easy to access. The decoration was beautiful - typical Moroccan whilst also some artistic touches. Our hosts could not have been more helpful; meeting the airport transfer; arranging a hammam on site for us; providing gluten free breakfast options. All in all wonderful. Nothing to dislike about the property.

• Piia (8/5): Rauhallinen ja kaunis paikka medinan ytimessä. Liian kylmä keskitalvella. - Todella kaunis ja rauhallinen riad, ja ylellinen aamiainen. Upea näköala kattoterassilta. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Joulukuussa oli kylmää eikä huoneessa ollut kunnon lämmitystä. Huoneen ulkopuolella kaikki on ulkotilaa, joten palelin koko ajan ja sateen vuoksi vaatteet ja kengät olivat märkinä. Siksi tuntui, että maksoimme liikaa. Kaupunkiveron kanssa oli myös epäselvyyttä. Bookingissä oli merkintä, että se on maksettu, mutta majoittujan mielestä ei ollut.
• Shaun (9/5): Gorgeous Riad in the heart of the Medina - Wow, what a beautiful building! Stunning riad in the heart of the Medina, beautifully decorated in traditional style. Our room was big, huge bed was super comfy ( firm mattress), super clean, cleaned every day by the wonderful Fatima. Joaquin the owner was lovely with lots of tips , and the wonderful Hamid, who served us mint tea and a great breakfast each day. He also came to meet us from the nearest drop off point when our taxi brought us from the airport, and very kindly showed us the way to another pickup point when we were going on a very early morning trip which was amazing, as we got lost almost every time we left the riad!!! Fatima also took us to our taxi when we left, such lovely people, so helpful, despite the language barrier - Fatima only spoke Arabic, and I (tried!) to speak French with Hamid, but we managed ok! Beautiful roof terrace too, where we could chill after checking out before our flight home, which was great . The only thing I didn’t love was the lack of door on the shower, I found it tricky to shower properly due to the angle of the shower head, which soaked the floor unless I held it. Also, bring shampoo as only soap was provided. No locks on the door, which was fine for us, as only the staff and a couple of other guests there, but just to be aware. And as others have said, definitely book a taxi through the riad from the airport, we definitely wouldn’t have found it without Hamid coming to meet us- it’s right in the middle of a total maze of alleys in the souks, and we only really started to not get lost on our last day!!

• Inês (10/5): - Adorei tudo neste Riad, os trabalhadores eram muito simpáticos, o pequeno almoço era incrível, sentíamo-nos em casa, mesmo localizado no centro, muito perto dos souks. Tem uma vista incrível do rooftop, os quartos são confortáveis e sempre limpos. Com certeza, um sítio que quero voltar. Não houve nada que não tenha gostado, apenas o facto de não haver porta para tomar banho, para um pouco mais de privacidade.

• Kadi (10/5): Stunning Riad in the heart of Marrakesh - This was an absolutely stunning property and the staff was above and beyond our expectations. The rooftop was the best, the lounge and pool were so nice to spend the hottest part of the day. We were in a great location to walk through the markets, the secret jardin and lots of great restaurants. We had a very early departure at 3:30 AM, Hammond was waiting to escort us and our luggage for the 10 minute walk to the pick up location on the edge of the Medina to make sure our taxi was there and we didn’t run into any issues. We were so impressed with the level of service and the beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for your trip to Marrakesh! The Riad is a little tricky to locate when you first arrive. There is an alley way that you will have to follow looking for signs that say “Riad Safar” it is quite hidden but once you find it you’ll have no problem exploring the area as it’s very centrally located.

The hotel staff was lovely (although we struggled with our broken French and the majority of staff didn't speak English). The breakfast was wonderful, the whole place beautiful and clean and the location great to explore the Medina. The bed was a bit small for two adults (who are not partners) and the toilet was tiny!

• Marije (10/5): Fantastische belevenis. - Wat een ervaring was ons verblijf in de Riad. Het heeft onze verwachting meer dan overtroffen. Perfecte locatie, goed ontbijt, mooi verblijf, grote kamers, alles was goed. Maar bovenal de sfeer en de gastvrijheid van Mahit en de rest van het personeel, maakte deze ervaring zeer bijzonder.

On nous montre notre chambre en arrivant, nous sommes aller faire un tour dans les souk et à notre retour ont nous avait finalement changé de chambre par d'autres clients...Nous étions en famille, nous avons finalement était séparés. Pourquoi nous montrer notre chambre pour finalement la changer après ? Aucune réel explication. Chambre plus petite, avec des moisissure dans la salle de bain.

• Susann (10/5): W - Wunderschönes Riad, kann ich nur empfehlen. Mitten in der Medin gut gelegen und alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Etwas versteckt und mit google maps schwer zu finden. Am besten mit dem taxi zur Tourist info dar el bacha fahren und von dort zu Fuss bis zum Illy Cafe und dann links abbiegen und dann erneut links in das verwinkelte Gässchen (ab da ist es angeschrieben). Wir waren zwei Frauen und hatten auch Nachts keine mühe.

• Matthias (10/5): Wie im Märchen aus 1001 Nacht - Diese Unterkunft war das beste, was wir bisher erlebt haben. Wir kamen um 0.00 Uhr (unser Flug hatte 8 Stunden Verspätung) an der Unterkunft an und wurden sehr herzlich von Hamid in Empfang genommen. Die Atmosphäre dort war sehr familiär. Es gibt nur wenige, wunderschön ausgestattete Zimmer und wir wurden jeden Morgen mit einem köstlichen marokkanischen Frühstück von Fatima und Hamid im kleinen Innenhof mit blühenden Pflanzen und kleinen Nischen und Wasserspielen verwöhnt. Ein kleiner Pool mit Wohlfühloase auf dem Dach mit fantastischem Blick auf die Medina rundet diese Unterkunft, die man in verwinkelten Gassen finden muss, ab. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an Youssef und Achim ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Für uns war alles perfekt !
• Elspeth (10/5): A serene and beautiful stay ❤️ - The whole riad from the reception space to the rooms to the roof top were simply stunning. Staff were attentive and breakfast was delicious. Location was also close to a lot of restaurants and activities while not being too far from a gate to the Medina for excursions or taxis. The riad was a bit hard to find as the entrance didn’t show properly for us on google maps. Some instructions from the host would have helped us navigate our way there for the first time 😊

• Jasmine (10/5): I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere more stunning! - Absolutely STUNNING Riad - the interiors are so beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and we spent hours on the rooftop terrace enjoying the views and pool. Had the best coffee I have ever tasted in the free breakfast - I don’t know what their secret was but I will never forget it 😩 rest of the breakfast slapped as well. Cannot recommend this place enough (: The only thing to note is that the location is a little hard to find - it’s worth paying someone to help you or ask for chaffeaur service rather than wander the souk aimlessly!!

Hjælpsomt personale som dog primært taler fransk. Smukkere end forventet og med god placering i forhold til souken.

We were met by someone from the hotel who led us through the medina and alleys to the riad, the riad itself was stunningly beautiful and everything was immaculate. Nothing!
• Rafael (10/5): Riad fantástico y perfecto para descubrir la Medina de Marrakech - El Riad es precioso, decorado con mucho gusto y detalles. El personal encantador. Nuestra habitación preciosa y amplia. Por poner un pero algo más de luz en la habitación
• Mieke (10/5): Zalige Riad - Prachtige Riad, heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Bij elk probleem stond men direct klaar om te helpen. Een zeer mooie en ruime kamer. Een prachtig dakterras met een mooi zicht over de stad. De Riad is gelegen vlakbij de souks, op een goeie 10 minuutjes wandelen van het Jemaa El fna plein. Heel aangename bedden. Goed werkende airco. We kregen bij aankomst direct een tas thee aangeboden en kregen een fles water op de kamer. Bij vertrek moesten onze boarding passes afgedrukt worden. Dit hebben ze volledig kosteloos voor ons in orde gebracht. De taxidienst van en naar de luchthaven door de Riad geregeld was heel goed en aangenaam. We werden op onze eerste avond naar een zeer goed restaurant geholpen vlakbij de Riad. Zeer propere Riad. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Ook een heel lekker en compleet ontbijt. Er is geen deur aan de doucheruimte. Een beetje vreemd als je geen koppel bent. De op de site vermelde shampoo was er niet en het was wat wennen dat we geen sleutel hadden, niet van de kamer, ook niet van de Riad. We moesten kloppen om binnen te kunnen. Maar dat was uiteindelijk geen probleem. Er werd altijd zeer vlug open gedaan. Het wende vlug.
• Lola (10/5): Amazing - Staff were lovely and very attentive and hardworking and the riad is gorgeous just quite hard to find - but so is everything - don’t put in the name of the riad to google maps just put street name
• Janice (10/5): A beautiful comfortable oasis of calm run by the loveliest of people - The Riad is so beautiful & peaceful, and the team there are exceptional. Hamid & Fatima looked after us so well that we were sad to leave. The bed was very comfortable and the proximity to the hustle & bustle of the Medina meant we could visit all the main sites easily while staying in an oasis of calm. If you’ve not stayed in a Riad before we would advise asking for directions from the property or to be met on arrival, as we got very lost. However everyone we met was friendly & helpful. Nothing
• Karl (9/5): Marrakesh ist wunderschön, lebhaft und voller Überraschungen. Man muss den Trubel halt mögen - Die Unterkunft kann man weiterempfehlen, alles perfekt. Der Zugang ist leider etwas versteckt und mystisch. Leider kann Google Maps aufgrund der Enge den Zugang nicht zeigen. Der Zugang ist etwas versteckt, man findet diesen nur mit Schwierigkeiten. Sogenannte Führer, welche sich überall anbieten unbedingt vermeinden. Die zocken nur ab.
• Danielle Alexandra (10/5): beautiful oasis very close to the centre of the medina! would stay again - Lovely and kind staff. worked with us despite language barrier. Owner was very kind and rooftop lounge/pool was amazing! would have been good to be able to use 2nd airconditioner (remote was not available). we had a big room and only 1 was working. But honestly, over all, this place is great!
• Harel (10/5): Magnifique - J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans ce riad absolument magnifique. Dès l’arrivée, on est accueilli avec une chaleur et une gentillesse qui mettent immédiatement à l’aise. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné, sans jamais être envahissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement entretenues. Chaque détail reflète le charme authentique du lieu, tout en offrant un confort moderne. L’environnement est tout simplement enchanteur : une atmosphère paisible, des espaces communs superbes, une cour intérieure qui invite à la détente… On a l’impression d’être dans une oasis de calme au cœur de la ville. En résumé, un séjour inoubliable que je recommande à 100 %. Ce riad est un véritable joyau !
• Saad (10/5): Fantastic. Everything was great, kindest staff in the world - Amazing service, very kind staff, great breakfast, great rooftop, perfect riad stay in marrakech. Hamid was amazing. Nothing. If you arrive at night, Call them to come get you so you dont have to look for the riad in the tiny medina streets
• Grimard (8/5): An authentic Marrakech experience - The interior design was authentically Moroccan, which gave it so much character. When our air conditioning failed, they upgraded us to a fantastic suite and replaced the air con immediately. The staff were happy to guide us when we got lost and were very kind and supportive. We loved their breakfast in the courtyard each morning and swimming in the rooftop pool in the afternoons. You have to remember that these are very old buildings, so some of the finishes are rustic. And just a little heads up, when we first arrived, we became nervous when the manager rolled our suitcases down some dark alleys. Having not been there before, I didn't realise how many riads are found in these back alleys. After a couple of days, you'll be able to find your way back without asking for directions.
• Michelle (9/5): Stunning Riad with exceptional rooftop pool - The staff were really kind and helpful. I wish we spoke better French as I feel like we would have been able to get more out of our stay. It’s such a beautiful riad, we had a wonderfully relaxing time and had the rooftop and pool to ourselves whenever we wanted to use it. The style and aesthetic of the riad was beautiful. The staff went out of their way to help us stay an extra day when I was ill and made me feel very comfortable. The second bed we had was really comfy. There was nothing we disliked. Helpful to give photo instructions for how to find the riad on arrival and my only request would be to add a new mattress to our first room.

• Gaelle (9/5): - Le Riad est superbement décoré, avec rafinement. Les chambres et parties communes sont superbes. La terrasse avec la piscine est un vrai bonheur. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, nous avons pu faire notre lessive gratuitement. Le lit n’est pas très confortable (trop dur à notre goût). Le jet de la douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien.
