- Shauna (8/5): - Hotel was a good location to the strip & only a few euro in taxi to get to old town. The apartment was clean, though the floor felt like it could have done with a mop. Plenty of space in rooms & kitchen had the essentials. One thing that we found annoying was they took 600euro off us for damage deposit. We were one booking but needed 2rooms with being 6adults, so each room 300euro. We came to later find out that they had not charged others this deposit, while chatting around the pool. We asked if we could have our deposit back the night before departure as we were getting picked up at 6am so 600euro was no use to us then, they point blank refused, even though are room had been checked and cleaned!

- Domingo (8/5): Estancia tranquila. - El servicio siempre muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones amplias y con balcón. El buffet correcto tanto en desayunos como en cenas. El hotel, se nota que la declaración es de hace unas décadas, pero te haces a el y resulta cómodo. Amplias instalaciones, piscina exterior, piscina interior, sauna, jacuzzi, gimnasio, masajes, pádel. Todo ha estado correcto.

We paid and on our exit arrived at front desk 30 mins before transfer. However rooms were only checked after we repeatedly had to tell staff that our transfer was waiting for us. They then argued back that we needed to come down early, which we had, they just hadn’t gone to rooms

Et les sanitaires non plus pas très hygiénique du coup très déçue. La nourriture ne m’a pas satisfaite. Les entrées toujours les même uniquement les plats étaient bons. Les lits pas confortables du tout .

- Bryan (4/5): - Still a good hotel. Facilities are ok. Worn down but not bad for a few nights. If you're going to stay here. Be expected to pay £300 or €300 euro deposit in cash on arrival. Which is a bit of a joke considering you can't even do it on a card. They say it's for the safety of the hotel etc but they don't even check your room at the end of the stay so how do they know if the rooms have been damaged? I wasn't allowed to take my towel from my room to use poolside, which was strange. unfortunately people who have stayed here previously have ruined it for others. Stayed here a few times, but wouldn't stay again unfortunately.

Always enjoyed sitting by the pool with some beers. This year you’re not permitted to have a beer at the hotel unless you purchase the drink at hotel.

Falta de manutenção do mobiliário. O bidé solto sem segurança. As portas do roupeiro muito difíceis de abrir por falta de roldanas. As diárias dos últimos dias deixou a desejar para um empreendimento de 4 estrelas. O micro-ondas do bufe era uma dificuldade em aquecer o leite. O pessoal devia testar para ajudar. Convinha ser vista a sanefa do cortinado debaixo do ar condicionado. Pois está inxada da humidade e pode cair em cima de alguém ao puxar o cortinado.

- Rebecca (10/5): - The location is excellent, few minute walk to the strip. We booked for a large group and the rooms were very spacious. The staff were friendly. Overall the apartments were clean, but if you left anything on the floor you would find a lot of ants crawling on it.

- Camper480494 (8/5): Good enough hotel - Just back from a girls trip to Albufeira. Reviews of this hotel are a little harsh, in my opinion. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit of a language barrier with some staff but not a huge issue and easy to get across what you need. Pedro on the bar was wonderful. The hotel lobby is lovely, well presented and modern. The rooms, yes are a little dated, however we were barely in our rooms and simply needed somewhere to sleep and get ready. The beds were comfortable and good size. Plenty of storage space for clothes. We struggled with plugs, luckily we took an extension lead. Keep in mind if you're running hairdryers/straighteners and need a mirror close by. The cleanliness was okay, the floors were dusty and not the cleanest. The shower was a little problematic in that it went from hot to cold constantly. It was difficult to get the right temperature despite a mixer tap. We were pre warned about the €300 cash deposit (they will accept GBP) but no issues with getting it back, once they had checked the rooms over. It is a hotel to book for a family holiday? I would say not, given it's a 5 minute walk from the strip and a budget hotel which will be popular with groups. They absolutely cater for families, but do not be surprised with the noise etc if you do book here given the above. You book at your own risk. We were a group of 9 girls, we were respectful, quiet and had no problems at all. In all a pleasant stay. Did what it said on the tin.

Ao sair do hotel, fui até a recepção para fazer o checkout e infelizmente não tive uma boa comunicação com o recepcionista, pois o mesmo foi muito desrespeitoso comigo e com minha esposa ao falar que: " A festa foi boa em", só que ele foi muito infeliz ao falar desta maneira onde quem estava a realizar algum tipo de festa foi em outro apartamento em um andar diferente que o meu, minha esposa e eu ficamos muito insatisfeito com este tipo de abordagem e não tenho nenhuma intenção de lá retornar por conta do ocorrido.

I had to put up with a stupid drunk english guy - I didn't like a very drunk english man that entered the wrong building and was anoying me and my wife for more than once. I didn't do anything because he was drunk. I recomended in the reception that there should exist a security agent at night at the hotel door. There are a lot of bars in Albufeira and some low class foreigners don't know how to behave in our country. If you don't know how to behave in Portugal, please, don't come.
- bronaghn2023 (4/5): Not 4 Star - This is not a 4 Star hotel. I recently stayed here with a group of friends and I would not recommend. Positives - Room was clean - Sheets were fresh and bed was comfortable. - Shower was strong and warm. - location is good. Negatives - Dated furniture / Kitchen - Staff were not very accommodating, the younger guy at reception was nice. The older lady is very abrupt. - €300 CASH deposit to be left on the room. We left €300 and later realised that there was £280 returned. Someone was short changed somewhere. - First night there was loud constant noise in our room. And then louder sounds around 6am I thought there must have been a laundry room next door. It was extremely loud and no one in our group could sleep. I complained to reception and they moved us to another room which was very appreciated. - £20 charge for a towel that was not ours. At reception when my friend was checking out the receptionist showed her a slightly marked towel that had some tan marks on it. The charge was accepted. However another member of our group was sitting outside the room and as we returned from reception the man was collecting our dirty towels as we stood there. Therefore it was impossible for that towel to be belonging to us. I think they must have a few towels under reception that they use to get ££ out of people. A good detergent would sort those marks out. - We were only given 2 large towels for 3 people and were told we could not have any more. Appears to be an obsession with towels. I would consider other hotels in the area, and would not recommend booking this.

- Milene (7/5): - Gostei particularmente de ter uma piscina interior, sendo que na minha opinião deveria ser mais controlada. Haviam pessoas a desrespeitar as regras sem terem qualquer respeito pelos adultos e crianças que ali estavam. Também gostei do apartamento, era muito amplo e estava tudo muito limpinho. Para um hotel de quatro estrelas tem muito de se lhe diga. Acho que deveriam ser feitas algumas remodelações.
