- Shuwen (3/5): The soundproofing is terrible! - There are three main advantages: First, the seaside view outside the hotel is truly beautiful. Second, there’s a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly—I really appreciated that. The other staff were polite but estranged. Third, just outside the hotel, if you turn right and walk for five minutes, there’s a convenience store where the uncle working there was extremely kind! Since the hotel had no food available at night, thanks to his help, I got to enjoy a delicious oxtail bone soup rice. The downsides were also quite obvious: The hotel's soundproofing is terrible! The bed in the room was positioned with one side against the hallway and the other against the neighboring bathroom. I could clearly hear when the guest next door returned (the sound of their keycard unlocking the door) as well as every noise from their bathroom—washing hands, using the toilet, showering. Even worse, the noise from upstairs was extremely noticeable at night! There was a kid running around nonstop, and I could only stare at the ceiling waiting for them to finally sleep. The front desk staff kindly went up to ask them to make less noise, but due to the poor soundproofing, I could still hear everything. I was exhausted and wanted to rest early, but I couldn’t fall asleep until 2 a.m. because of the constant ‘thump-thump-thumping’ from above. And then, unbelievably, they woke up at 6 a.m. I knew this thanks to the very poor soundproofing!!

- Songe (8/5): 전반적으로 만족합니다. - 가족 단위로 가기에 좋았어요.부모님 두 분/남매라 침실 최소 2개 or 침대 최소 3개 이상 필요한데 다른 곳들은 영 마땅치가 않았거든요. 뷰랑 위치가 사기라 부모님도 무척 좋아하셨고, 근처에 도보로 갈 수 있는 맛집이 있다는 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 빵/밥/국/죽/과일/요거트 등 다양하게 갖추고 있고 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 달라져서 신경 잘 써주시는 것 같았어요. 다만, 욕실 배수가 좀 약한 편이고, 비치해 둔 컵 중 머그컵은 설거지가 제대로 안 되었는지 얼룩이 좀 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위층에서 쿵쿵거리면서 돌아다니는 소리가 너무 잘 들려서 이건 진짜로 짜증났네요.(대화소리는 x) 마지막 날에는 체크아웃도 아직 안했는데 체크아웃을 했다고 청소하러 직원분이 오시기도 했고요. 바로 사과하고 돌아가셔서 화가 날 정도는 아니었지만 좀 당황하기는 했어요. 그래도 가성비 면에서 나쁘지 않았다고 생각하고, 다음에도 기회가 된다면 머무를 계획이 있습니다.

- BEOM SEOK (2/5): 조식은 그냥 패스 - 몇년전에 애월 여행계획하고 아는분 추천으로 3박정도 머물렀는데 그때 너무 좋았어서 다시 오랬만에 왔는데 예전보다 많이 오래된 느낌이었어도 그래도 숙박은 괜찬았어요.... 하지만 아침에 조식을 먹으려 포도쥬스를 마시는데 숙성된 와인맛이 나서 직원분께 말씀드렸더니 아무일도 없던것처럼 그냥 쥬스를 바꿔놓기만 했네요 아이들이면 맛을 몰라서 전부 마셨을수도 있었을텐데 ㅠㅠ 너무 성의가 없네요

But the cleanliness is quite unsatisfied; we stayed for 7 nights but they don’t change the bed sheets until you request, that red spot I noticed has taken picture(below) on day 1 and day 3. And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they don’t understand or they don’t have, especially they can’t control the AC since it’s central system and they have heat floor, so it was hot for us to sleep at night, we asked if we could turn off the heat or anything helps to reduce the heat, but they didn’t really do much… So in general it was just okay, I mean the staffs are nice just hard to communicate in english, and the cleanliness was the biggest issue to me.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 호텔입구부터 너무 멋있었다. 한쪽은 야자수 가로수 한쪽은 식물까페가 있었고 주차장도 넓고 전기충전기도 급속이 있어 편했다. 바다뷰이고 객실도 넓었다. 다만 TV리모컨이 쇼파거리에서도 작동이 안되고 TV바로 옆에서만 작동했다. 프론트에 연락해서 다음날 시설팀에서 고쳤다고 하더니 TV에서 조금 거리가 멀어졌을 뿐 여전히 안된것이 불편했다.

- Cheryl (8/5): Great location to stay at! - The hotel was close to the sea, bringing with it nice views. There are two convenience stores within walking distance, and you can even take a walk along the coast. The room was a comfortable size. Staff were friendly. The breakfast was good - bread, salad, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt and jams. The hair and body wash products provided were good quality. The room also comes with a hairdryer and decently sized bath towels. There are some really cute cats in the compound so you'd get to see them if you're lucky! The linen was a little stained but we ignored it since the room was very reasonably priced. Quality of room make-up daily depends on the individual who does it. For a couple of days, they forgot to give us floor towels so we had to use a face towel as a floor towel instead. That said, the room is generally clean enough and they don't meddle with the charging cables that we leave around, so that's wonderful.

- Sherpa794659 (2/5): Great Photo Op with No Amenties, DO NOT GO! - Giving this hotel (Not Resort) a one star is being generous. At a rate of $530 per night you would expect a small kitchenette in your room, and a gym or pool on the property. These are basic amenities for a supposedly “four” star hotel but none of these existed. We were in the rooftop pool “suite” that didn’t even come with utensils or microwave to use, only a mini fridge. The suite has no racks in the closet in the master bedroom so you are unable to hang clothes anywhere but in the closet by the front door. There are no hooks in the bathrooms to hang up the towels after use. There is no closet in the second room. There are no drawers in any of the rooms so we had keep our clothes in the floor of the closets with no racks to hang them on. Also, when you asked the front desk for chopsticks or any utensils they stated they didn’t have any. The only restaurant on the the property didn’t do take-out and there was also a poor dog perpetually chained in front of the restaurant. Our pool turned green 2 days after using it and had to be drained and refilled mid trip. Then it started turning green again 2 days before the end of our trip, at this point we just opted not to swim it and cut our losses. I would not stay here if you are expecting any amenities that are standard in most resort style hotels. The location is a great photo op though, if that is all you are looking for in 4 or 5 star hotel. Staying at this hotel just solidified my desire to not to have any more extended vacation stays in South Korean hotels. I am always disappointed and let down. It’s not worth it for the money you spend. Countries like the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives and Bali are worth the your time and money if you live in this area of world. Hotels in the aforementioned countries also know what international travelers expect when they stay at 4 and 5 star hotels.

- Justjack66 (10/5): Great location and quiet - Quiet and great location. Not far from Jeju city and airport. Right on the coast road, it offers a good many photo opportunities. Adjacent restaurant is opened linger then the other in the area. The Breakfast has a verity of dishes and for both Asian and westerners' choices. The room was very clean and comfortable bed for a sound sleep and wake up refreshed.
- 273gracet (2/5): Lack of information and initiative on additional hidden charges - We have received a spa suite via my company’s website and have been charged for 4 adults and 3 kids upon reservation. Upon reading reviews here that the hotel charges additional charges for beddings even though clients have paid for the extra pax , I tried to write to them to find out more and to date no one bothered to reply or address this. There’s literally no information online or even contact details available . Is this even a genuine hotel that welcomes clients? I do hope someone from the hotel reaches out to us soon . Thank you
- Woosu (4/5): 호텔측 제공 사진과 실제 객실과 다름 - 호텔스닷컴에 고지되어 있는 사진과 실제객실의 시설차이가 있었습니다. (스파가 있는 척 사진이 올라와있음) 해당사진을 보고 예약했기에 컴플레인을 제기하고 조식1일권으로 보상받았습니다. 허위사실로 피해를 입은것이기에 충분한 보상인지는 잘 모르겠고 처음 들어갔었을 때 타월과 옷걸이가 구비되어있지 않았습니다. 그 외에는 별다른 문제는 없었습니다.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 시설이 불편했어요 - 한여름 새벽에 자다가 5-6시쯤에 에어컨이 고장나 더워서 잠을 못 잤습니다. 프런트에 문의하니 실외기 점검 중이라는 말만 할 뿐 아무런 조치가 없었고, 그대로 퇴실까지 에어컨 없이 지내다 왔습니다. 화장실 벽시멘트 부분에 곰팡이가 많았구요, 방 안 전기 콘센트가 티비장 있는 부분에 있는게 전부라 매우 불편했습니다.

- daeyeul (10/5): 가성비 최강 - 가구의 세월의 흔적은 있으나 전체적으로 깔끔학 쾌적함. 욕실 비데가 안방 거실 둘다 고장인건 아쉬움. 뷰는 최고. 출장으로 방문하였고, 주변 먹거리나 접근성 모두 재방문 의사 있음.
