- Joao (10/5): Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes !! - Qualidade do prédio , recepção e disponibilidade de ajuda nos funcionários, precisei deixar a mala o dia inteiro e só busquei final da tarde mesmo depois do cheirinho pois estava a chover e foram muito simpáticos e atencioso Única coisa que tenho a considerar seria pra eles to,arem cuidado com as portas da banheira do chuveiro que fica a vazar água pra fora da banheira e ,és,o mos tentando não deixa vazar ou colocando uma toalha pra não molhar o chão acaba por encharca o mesmo, como o box tem vidro e não fecha por inteiro acabamos por molhar , minhas sinceras desculpa pelo ocorrido , provável que estava molhado o chão quando foram arrumar depois 🙏🏼

I was sadly surprised to notice that the bathtub plug was removed purposefully and I called the reception to ask for it, I was asked to come pick it up downstairs....literally...(the icky part, it wasn't in a plastic bag or heck a napkin, it was simply handed to me). How sad that humanity has gotten to such extremes! 1. Grown eople abuse of anything enough for it to be simply taken away as if we were kids 2. For a hotel to simply 'take' things away from a guest as if it were a 'supplement'!

- Thayne (9/5): Instalações novas, muito bem centralizado, ótima opção para trabalho ou turismo - É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel. Um dos pontos fortes é a localização, muito bem centralizada, com várias opções de transporte público, restaurantes e um shopping quase em frente. As comodidades são ótimas, e a limpeza também é impecável. A academia é um bônus, bem equipada. Precisei ficar conectada em várias reuniões e o wi-fi funcionou super bem. A configuração do meu quarto fazia com que eu precisasse manter a luz do banheiro acesa para ele ficar mais iluminado. No café da manhã senti falta de algumas opções da confeitaria portuguesa (em um dos dias, não havia nem ao menos o pastel de nata).

Maintenance des équipements à revoir. 2 changements de chambre pour un séjour de 3 jours ça fait trop. - 1ere chambre : Clim qui faisait le bruit d’un réacteur d’avion. - 2nd chambre : dysfonctionnement électrique. Pas d’électricité en insérant la clé dans le slot a l’entrée de la chambre. La 3ème était la bonne.

- Marek (9/5): Eine gute Adresse um die Stadt zu besichtigen. - Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Die U-Bahn-Station ist in der Nähe, auch eine Bahnverbindung nach Sintra nur 200 Meter entfernt. Viele günstige Essmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

- Ingrid (8/5): Prima hotel voor city bezoek - Het bed, heel breed en lag heerlijk. Fijne locatie, dichtbij bushalte en metro. Winkelcentrum tegenover waar je kunt eten (afhaal restaurants en in het midden vh centrum kan je het dan opeten. Restaurants in de buurt. Eenvoudig naar het vliegveld met de bus. Schoon en netjes. Ik had gezien de prijs een iets luxere kamer verwacht. En nadeel van de douche is de glazen wand, je ziet de ander letterlijk onder de douche staan. Met een partner geen probleem maar ben je in een ander gezelschap lijkt me dit niet zo wenselijk.

- Patricia (7/5): Estancia correcta, pero no para un cuatro estrellas - La habitación estaba muy bien. Limpia, luminosa y con todo lo necesario. El parking perfecto, plazas grandes y sin problemas de disponibilidad. La situación estaba muy bien, no estás en el centro pero estás al lado del metro y de un pequeño centro comercial. Ideal si vas con coche para no tener que meterme por las calles estrechas del centro. Si vas sin coche elegiría otro tipo de alojamiento. El desayuno escaso, le faltaba variedad de fruta y bollería. El café para estar en Portugal regular. Pero sin duda, lo peor a este nivel es el bar en el que ofrecen algún sándwich, tosta…de verdad, para ofrecer eso mejor no ofrezcáis nada. Una tarde noche en vez de quedarnos a cenar por la zona estábamos cansados y decidimos comer algo en el hotel. Nos pusieron un sándwich con el pan duro y literalmente una loncha de jamon y otra de queso. Por otro lado, la amabilidad del personal brilla por su ausencia. Apareces por la recepción y no son capaces de saludar, como para preguntar algo más. También me llamó la atención la poca seguridad que había, entrabas por la puerta y ni levantaban la cabeza de su ordenador, con sensación de que podría entrar cualquiera. En el desayuno la cosa no mejora, de 4 días que hemos estado, solo un día nos han dado los buenos días y nos han preguntado por el número de habitación para saber si teníamos desayuno incluido. El resto de días, ni los buenos días. Todas estas cosas me parecen impensables en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Aproape de mijloace de transport in comun si de Entrecampos, de unde se pleaca usor spre Sintra. La Campo Pequeno, vis a vis, la subsol se poate manca bine si ieftin. E si un supermarket deschis pana tarziu. Am cerut o camera cu doua paturi. Nu am primit. Micul dejun este extrem de monoton, acelasi si acelasi meniu.

Está un poco lejos del centro pero en Uber y por muy poco estás en el centro enseguida. Merece mucho la pena. Si vas con coche, en el hotel puedes aparcar estupendamente. Me gustó todo.
