• Andrej (7/5): - Понравилось расположение, терраса. Планировка квартиры интересная, хоть и находится в многолюдном месте, но в спальнях было очень тихо. Чтобы заехать в апартаменты, надо было ставить программу на телефоне (без неё не откроешь дверь), потом регистрироваться, предъявлять паспортные данные всех проживающих, в общем много мороки. Сама квартира довольно сильно обшарпанная, не помешал бы легкий ремонт, кухня маленькая и очень не удобная, тем кто любит готовить дома - разочаруется. В ванной очень неудобно мыть руки над раковиной.
• Sarah (8/5): - The location was perfect - Very walkable to other parts of the city and lots of restaurants/cafes close by. It was also very quiet despite being in a busier area. We loved having a balcony and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the host was very welcoming and communicative. The living room furniture was a little worn in and could use a refresh. Although the kitchen had lots of dishes & glassware, there were minimal cooking supplies.

The host Emilio was easily contactable and answered all queries within minutes of sending via Whataspp. The location was excellent with most of the sights within walking distance, plenty of restaurants around and handy with a Carrefour Express downstairs, Emilio's welcome pack was clear, concise and had a plethora of information within. Nothing comes to mind.

• Ashley (5/5): Location was good, amount of space was okay but this place was "meh" overall. - The location was the best part about this place. It was close to where the rest of my family was staying. It was close to the various landmarks we had planned to see. I didn't like the app I was forced to use to verify myself/register. I don't mind verifying but the app itself was the most horrible app I've ever used. It didn't work. It was difficult to get in contact with the hosts, especially when I had an issue. When we finally got into the place, the floor area in front of our door was full of sticky residue. So much so that once inside I eventually found a mop and cleaning solution and had to clean outside of my place (which was the stairs landing, some of the stairs, and then inside of our place since we had walked through the residue and tracked a little bit inside the front door. The smell inside the apartment lobby and the apartment itself was so strong it was awful. The bathrooms were cute but impractical to use. The floor surface is all rocks so it's uncomfortable. The windows open up to a static air space, so there is not actually any airflow/breeze. The shower itself was okay but the water spills out onto the bathroom floor even though we tried to aim the stream the other way.

Ringrazio Emilio per la sua disponibilità, ma sinceramente l’appartamento nn ci piaciuto molto per la pulizia e muri nella camera da letto imbrattati, la doccia molto sporca e vecchia, lenzuola con peli di altre persone, coperte macchiate, polvere nel salone, era evidente che la pulizia è stata fatta con superficialità. un odore sgradevole di Fogna sia nelle stanze da letto che nel portone, state attenti alle foto! Vi ingannano facendo credere che sia un B&B nuovo, sinceramente vedendo le recensioni di altre persone rimango stupito dalle loro valutazioni. Credetemi sono 9 anni che vado a Siviglia, mai avuto una situazione così imbarazzante, non vedamo l’ora di andare via ! Lo sconsiglio vivamente

• June (10/5): Fabulous apartment - This is the best apartment I have stayed in. The communication with the host was excellent. The location is superb and the style of the apartment is so elegant. We loved being there. Both me and my friend are over 70. A hand rail in the shower would have been useful.

• Samia (8/5): - Spacious and cozy apartment that’s few minutes away from Alcazar & Seville cathedral. Also, it’s 5 minutes walk to the river where you can enjoy a morning walk. Responsive and supportive host/staff kept checking on us and responded promptly I am writing this to make travelers aware that there’s some bad odors coming from toilets what I understood is that it’s due to sewage system of the city and the fact that it’s close to the river. Anyhow, it can be tolerable for some people.

Access via the app works smoothly. Contact with the landlord was quick and helpful. Some things need repairing or refurbishing, especially in bathrooms.

La limpieza es inaceptable, las sábanas no estaban limpias, las colchas estaban puestas del revés, tenían varias manchas, por increíble que parezca no estaban cambiadas de los clientes anteriores. Escribimos al contacto y cambiaron las sábanas y las colchas. Las sábanas que pusieron estaban rotas. Las falta de limpieza comienza en el portal. Una experiencia muy desagradable. No recomiendo a nadie este apartamento.

• Maria (7/5): Great comfortable apartment in a top location. - Very spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Modern layout. Being next to the bullring we saw the matadors going in and coming out of the corridas. Very exciting. It is about 5 min to the centre of town, right by the river, gentle stroll takes you to Triana. There is a drain smell in the staircase and a bit in the bathrooms. I got some incense to cover it.

It was right next to a place that had very loud events. Events were loud and befire, and after the events, it was also very loud when people were entring and leaving events. I'm not sure if it was coming from the Bullring (accross the road) or another venue around there.

The fabulous weather we had meant it was too hot to enjoy the amazing terrace. The host was very friendly and responsive, and kindly allowed us to check in early. The host was very responsive even on the Christmas Day and provided clear instructions. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay with 2 kids. The apartment itself is in need of some maintenance. It feels a bit tired, with noticeable stains and scratches on furniture and walls. The carpet was dirty, which was disappointing. Overall cleanliness was lacking, especially the floor, which could have been cleaner.

Better quality towels. The shower door needs attention as it doesn’t close correctly, mould has appeared below the door.
• Judy (8/5): Fabulous location, large apartment and great hosts - The host was fantastic and always quick to reply if I had any questions. The apartment was large and very comfortable, having everything in it you would need. My ONLY complaint and I do not think it is the host's fault but more Mother Nature is it was very humid feeling in the house. It was rainy season so the windows were not open thus making it feel damp and leaving a slight mildew smell and feel in the house and the bathrooms. Again, it's probably just the time of year but my suggestion would be to add some type of humidifier in the home if at all possible. Other than that it was an A+ home. It is located in an excellent area and although it was in the middle of things it was very quiet. See above

• Carolina (4/5): Not worth it - The house is pretty, shame for the check in process and sewage smell that ruined our experienced. The check-in process was terrible, we were treated very poorly and whoever was responsible for messaging us was rude and accusatory for no reason. I felt so uncomfortable & disrespected, I would avise a customer service training. Also check in process was way too complicated for what it should be. Terrible sewage smell from one en-suite bathroom; bathroom was unusable. They said it is a problem in all of Seville, but the 2nd bathroom was ok so don’t see how it can only be a problem in 1 bathroom. The smell was awful. I had to buy 3 types of diffusers / scents (electric, stick, spray) and it was still terrible.

Easy access w/ code on App( even for a grandma who is not App friendly) and keys. Very convenient walking to arts, culture, tourist highlites, and beautiful river walkway. Host was very responsive. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!!

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Perfect location can walk to all historical attractions. Comfy bed. Bedrooms at back so no noise at night. Bull ring right out! There is an issue of hotels near the river of having septic smell. This apartment has this issue but it is tolerable and ok. You get used to it.
• Wenjie (9/5): Wonderful stay and very comfortable and charming appartement! - It’s perfect apartment for family, great decoration and location, very calm during the night, have everything we need including coffee. The service manager Emilio is very nice and providing all lot of useful information! Strongly recommended! We have found a cockroach in the kitchen one evening, by coincidence. But the service manager explained to us that the building has regular cleaning.
• Tania (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in Sevilla. The apartment was comfortable and the location was great. Would stay here again. - The location was great. We walked everywhere nearby. Restaurants, sightseeing, even the bullring stadium was right across the street, the boat tour on the river. Apartment was large and comfortable. Two bathrooms, kitchen and nice living room. There is a strange smell at the lobby while getting into elevator. The pictures on the listing are deceiving bc it shows a rooftop which when we inquired us apparently only for the third floor apartment.

The windows overlook the back exit to the bullring and we git to see the toreros leaving after an event The photos are a little confusing, the description for all 3 apartments say balcony in the symbols part of the description , leading you to think the balcony is for the whole building. It is for the 3rd floor unit. Not a deal breaker, but this should be clarified.
• Heron-smith (8/5): Very good - It was the perfect location central but not noisy, very clean and comfortable. Lovely to have a roof terrace There was a particularly bad drain smell in the second bedroom which was trying to be masked with very cloying air fresheners
