Ok, it is not gold plated. But, with great cleanliness and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever known in years of travel, it is the place to beat for comfort and value.

We were in town for a funeral, and stayed a number of days. She went out of her way to assist us, group our rooms close to each other, and help in any way she could. I would stay there again. The hotel was quiet the entire week, and located in a safe and secure area. The hotel is a mix of old and new. Much of the furniture was new, as were appliances, etc. Some areas like around the bath tub/shower, were in need of a clean up and recaulk. One of the couches in our room was too old and worn to site on, but the other furniture was clean and fairly new. They clearly advertise no breakfast, so don't expect that.

No fault of Hotels.com. Overall, just a really disgusting property. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!

- Alexandra Hinchcliff (9/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommend! - Location was fabulous as it allowed us to get everywhere pretty quickly while also being away from the busy parts of the city. Room was fantastic as it allowed my family and I separate rooms while still being together. Only downside would be that the tub didn't have a tub stopper so taking bath wasn't an option.

- Mark (9/5): My stay was excellent. - It was Saturdsy before Easter. 4-19-25 I was traveling home and was looking for a place to stay. I found this place, and YES. It is very clean, quiet, and YES. The Lady here is so nice and just a great person. We were talking as I checked in and mentioned some gifts for my grang daughter. She found a large box that I could fit everything. The room was very nice. It had a gaint butterfly blanket on the bed. The bed was perfectly firm for my comfort. Nice big bathroom. The a/c worked great. I'm staying again. I have been very happy here and I will stay again.

It is super clean. It is a tremendous value. I love that it is privately owned by people who care about their business and about the wellbeing of their guests. - Verified traveler (4/5): Do not recommend - Check in was good,however I got no sleep and had to cancel my second night .I preferred the second floor but due to the hotel not having a elevator I had the first The clerk said there were some non profit guests that were next to my room but they were quiet .When they arrived,you heard constant slamming of doors,yelling down the hallway .After over a hour ,I opened the door and now seen there were several rooms doors propped open and they were yelling and going back in forth.I went to the front desk and advised her ,I need to be moved and it was to loud and there are other paying guest here. She tells me she can't move me and then "o there young and good people and I have asked them to quiet down but they don't listen .I have never experienced such a thing .I felt like I was in a halfway house.She did eventually knock on my door and moved my room ,so I was inconvenienced and had to pack all my belongings.The bed was extremely hard,remote didn't work.I now see what there were not many guest,there are live in people there and it's not pleasant.I ended up having to move to a new hotel the second day
