Andres (9/5): Fantástico!! - Estuvo fenomenal. La calidad de cada una de las personas que nos atendieron fue fantástica. El hotel es muy bueno, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas, la limpieza es fenomenal, toallas y sábanas blancas y limpias, todo en verdad impecable. El desayuno, infaltable, fue la mejor opción que pude tomar. Las tartas que tienen son preparadas ahí mismo, entonces siempre son frescas y deliciosas. En verdad, el ambiente del servicio es muy bueno, la ubicación también es muy buena, está a tres cuadras de la estación del metro, y en cuestión de 15 minutos llega uno al centro. Fenomenal.

Zuzanna (9/5): Pleasant stay related to work - Very nice, small hotel, with a walking distance to many spots in Milan. Personel was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay. I would only appreciate more diverse breakfast, as for longer stay it might be upsetting. But nevertheless I will remember this place for future trips. Breakfasts could be a bit more diverse. But coffee and croissants were very nice and fresh!

Location is a five-minute walk to an underground station and a grocery store, along with a medium-sized park in the other direction. The neighbourhood is quiet and urban, and there is a restaurant and gelataria within easy reach. Hotel staff are knowledgeable and will deliver luggage to the room if checking in early. Breakfast is personalized. On the third floor, so SMALL window. The bathroom is on the small side. The hotel uses a GIANT, medallion-sized keychain that is very heavy. The elevator is on the slow side.

LORNA (6/5): The hotel was okay , I did love the little balcony outside , but I did not get to enjoy it was cold - The hotel was okay . The location was a bit far for me from the station , but there is a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel. The lift needs updating. Very very slow

Roberto (7/5): A Milano per motivi di salute: posizione ottima per il San Raffaele Turro. - La posizione è abbastanza centrale, il personale è gentile e disponibile. La camera forse un pò piccola e all'ultimo piano, ma dotata di una piccola TV e del bollitore. Bagno con doccia e bidet. Per dormire una notte per motivi di lavoro o salute va benissimo. La camera di piccole dimensioni è adatta ad un solo ospite dato che il letto difficilmente può accogliere due persone. Per soggiorni con più notti sarebbe opportuno optare per una soluzione più "abitabile", magari in una camera doppia. La colazione, sufficiente, forse meriterebbe qualcosa di più.

Gordon (3/5): For the cost of the room, the value for money was poor and certainly not a three star hotel - Room size was fine No stairs to room and lift could barely fit three people and was incredibly slow. Water in shower was on the hot side of warm, the shower head barely stayed on the holder and the door was flimsy and didn't shut properly causing the bathroom to flood. Lots of mould apparent around one of the windows and after one night one of the party suffered what we assume was pink-eye/a reaction to the bed clothes which cleared up after we left the property

Alessandra (8/5): Un piacevole soggiorno, tutti molto soddisfatti. - L’hotel è in un edificio caratteristico e in un’ottima posizione, raggiungibile comodamente dalla stazione centrale con la metro. Sempre con la metro si raggiunge rapidamente il centro. La nostra stanza era spaziosa con bagno ampio. Buona anche la colazione, lo staff è stato molto disponibile a soddisfare anche le richieste dei nostri bambini. In realtà non c’è stato niente che non mi sia piaciuto.
