• 112ingej (10/5): A Great 3 Stars Hotel ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Nice and affordable hotel ! Clean and spacious room. Delicious food 😋 The staff is very friendly and helpful Strategic location near mall and places to eat. After a hot day you can also jump to their swimming pool and chill. Very recommended ! 👍

• johnbudi77 (8/5): Affordable 3 starts hotel. - I stayed 3 nights here, the room was spacious and clean. The service is good. The location is a bit far from Karawaci city center. Large swimming pool. But the minus point is the gym, not free, you have to pay. This hotel is one complex with apartments, so you can find cheap laundry services and cheap food.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The room is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small. The shower head is fitted right in front of the door and there is no space for a curtain to separate the toilet bowl from the shower. The sink is also small.
• NCK (10/5): - From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again.
• 29032017 (10/5): Honest and Trustful Hotel Stay - Everyone wishes to stay in a good, clean, comfortable and worthy hotel. Sahib Mutiara Karawaci, besides my said hotel values, has the most importance...HONESTY. Check-in on 25 October 2018. The staff, Mr Rizki, serviced professionally in rectifying the wrong issuance of hotel room. I supposed to stay in Room 603 instead of Room 601. I left my newly bought NIKE watch in Room 601 unknowingly. The following day, I realised my watch went missing. I promptly sought help from Ms Gita, a wonderful staff, and Ms Eia in the finding of my missing watch. Unfortunately (again), I lost my swimming goggles too on that same morning near the swimming pool. I was truly lucky. I was flabbergasted when I saw both my watch and swimming goggles at the reception counter within a short period of 30 minutes. It was Amazing! My swimming goggles was found by Mr Arief and my watch was found by one of the house keeping staff. The success of finding my missing items resulted from the sincere and laudable teamwork effort put in by Ms Gita, Ms Eia, Mr Rizki, Mr Arief and the house keeping staff. Their efforts would recorded by me; and I urge the hotel top management should, not only record, and should recognise their efforts and values. They are very good staff models for all to learn and follow. Sahid Mutiara Karawaci is not a forlorn place for me. I will always return definitely. Thank you.

Because lined with rows of the other apartment buildings . im booking from application agoda. locations very difficult found through google maps ,first impression hotel entrance lobby clean and comfortable , the front desk staff all friendly
• 29032017 (10/5): Awesome stay - I returned to Paragonbiz Hotel on 25 March 2018. It was an wonderful time I had as I met Ms Gita,a beautiful young staff, again. Ms Gita shared her sincere concern for my mother. My mother had been hospitalized more than 8 weeks. I truly appreciated her kind caring. Ms Gita still gave me her charming smile... I am giving my thank you to her. Despite my short stay in this hotel, nevertheless to mention, Paragonbiz Hotel always maintain a high level of room cleanliness with good functionality of facilities. In the restaurant, ground floor, the dinning environment was perfect with many young waiters and waitresses servicing professionally... especially Ms Vina. Paragonbiz Hotel is a place I would always return.

Because lined with rows of the other apartment buildings . im booking from application zenrooms best deals. locations very difficult found through google maps , because google maps always directed to different directions ,whirling long i find its address, but fortunately the zenrooms send full address of link a map , so i arrived also It turns out near once with supermal karawaci . A first impression hotel entrance lobby clean and comfortable , the front desk staff all friendly . But room looks are not maintained properly and does not seem to be cleared . Many tufts sand from cracks the walls of rooms hotel , dust dirty on the floor that it was very significant at the foot of . Bed linen mattress and pillowcases seen dull . No mini bar and a refrigerator mini . the bathrooms are like long time no use. the swimming pool is quite extensive though widely used by the public, and I seen for swim workout a sort of army. so the privacy and feels less uncomfortable. all persons not residents can go in anytime so the stuff. isn't safe if not supervised. finding food is very easy, because many are selling around the front of the building, and there is a small supermarket.
• glennsurya (10/5): Nice view with affordable price! - I was staying for one night at ZEN Rooms Paragon. Found it online, and booked it right away for my short business trip in Jakarta. The customer service was very helpful, my room was clean, and the price is very reasonable. Good experience so far.
• 29052017 (10/5): Smiling and caring faces - I stayed in Paragonbiz Hotel, 19 June to 21 June, with great satisfaction. Besides the clean room and clean facilities, the staffs' services is awesome. Gita, the hotel young lady receptionist, impressed me. She speaks English well. She services every hotel guests with her loving smile. She resolved all my matters professionally including the big plastic bag she gave me. I used that big plastic bag to contain all (last minutes) items conveniently.... it is Fantastic! Gita's working attitude and sincere caring are laudable. Good job...keep it up, Gita.

• k3vinkm (4/5): Only for 1 night - Stay here on Dec 11, 2016. 1 night only. 1. The first impression is the way to this hotel, is a very small street, or you could said it is on some alley from the main road at karawaci area. Location for me is not that good. 2. The lobby is okay, check in process was fast. Staff also polite, friendly and helpful. 3. The pool. Let me start it from our way from lobby to the pool. It was a horrible galley, i thought it will led us to some warehouse or something. Very not good impression plus the smell of the garbage. Ok, now is the real pool. Pool is very good, big, clean water, nice scenery. The minus point is there is no sitting chair to put our belonging. and along way the pool there is a not so good neighborhood, some group with drinking alcohol and smoking is not good for our family with a young children. 4. The room. Not so big, furniture is outdated. But the bed is comfortable enough. TV channel not enough signal. and the room is a very very not soundproof. We can hear everything from the road, till the alley in font of our room, hear the chatter in adjacent room, or above .. 5. The bathroom. this is horrible. So small, smell some cigarettes, very not clean. and i found cigarettes butts on the washing table. 6. Breakfast is okay, not so good in taste but still eatable 7. Now is the PLUS point.. the Wi Fi is very fast, and have a stable connection. I like it very much. 8. For parking, the give us a free parking for hotel guest, just ask for the stamp in the receptionist. Overall, for the price we've paid, this hotel is still ok to stay. just for short period.
• Ichiro (4/5): Karawaci stay - Price and location is good , but the room is tight and a little smelly ,and towel was dirty. I will never come back to this hotel.
• 484fabioc (2/5): Terrible! - Noisy place and with hard access. Anyone is able to enter the premises because the security isn't ready to do their job. People from the neighborhood come and go, they use the pool and leave everything dirty. One night I had to go down to the pool area and call security because they were allowing people that were not in the hotel or apartments to stay around the pool horsing around, yelling, laughing out loud, etc, after 11pm - I patiently waited until 1 am and then call their attention. I hired one of their meeting rooms to do a very important job, told the manager that their internet couldn't fail because it was an international call with an important client, and asked NO ONE to be allowed in the meeting room! All for nothing, really useless! The internet kept braking on and on, impossible to do a decent Skype call. Security guy came in the room making noise, trying to find a place to smoke or sleep (who knows?!), bothering me in the meddle of my conversation. Needless to say that the manager or person in charge didn't do all that were in their power in order to provide the best experience to his client! Never again!
• borisb21 (10/5): A cool stay in Jakarta Tangerang - I just had a nice stay (3 nights) in ZEN Rooms Tangeron Binong. The pool and the fitness room are really cool to relax after a hard day working in Jakarta. You can also have dinner at their restaurant. I recommend it to anyone.
• AmolP367 (2/5): Worst hotel I have ever stayed - The rooms are dirty and walls are tainted, the paint has vanished from the room walls, the spa is the worst spa ever, in breakfast you chef says eggs are over at 715 in the morning Sofa has stains and spots as if some one has puked I will definitely not stay here, you guys will thank me a million times if I read this review
• Naomi (8/5): We enjoyed our stay - We stayed here on a one night stop over on the way from the UK to Aus. We just wanted a relaxed time where it was easy to sleep and swim with our eighteen month old. We enjoyed our time, all the staff were friendly, the mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. We were upgraded to the executive room and it had space and a view. There wasn't a fridge but we didn't need one and we were happy for the value for money. The taxi took 40 mins to and from the airport.
• GERARD (4/5): Adresse à oublier - Contrairement à l'aspect plutôt flatteur des photos affichés sur le site, l' hôtel semble vieux avec un sentiment de saleté. Le trajet en taxi semble très long et la famille a eu l'impression qu'il y a plus que les 30 kms annoncés. L'hôtel est très bruyant, avec énormément de clients qui hurlent ds les couloirs. La couleur jaunâtre de l'eau de la piscine ne motive pas pour un bain que l'on espérait .... d'ailleurs, des clients de l'hôtel se baignaient tout habillés.Pt déjeuner peu engageant, la famille n'a quasiment rien mangé. MAUVAISE ADRESSE .... à ne pas recommander ....
• marvianti (4/5): So so - I hate to say that we weren't as happy as we imagoned before. We tried the hotel because it was near our house. Since we were renovating the house, so we stay at one hotel to another, paragonbiz was our first hotel to picked. The room was okay even the paint and the wall was not that clean. So we got this kingsize bed and it was 2 single bed become 1 as i read in every review before. We requested twin bed but they said it was fully booked. Bed was firm and pillows cool. Big swimmimg pool connected to the apartement next to the hotel with a very cold water in the hot afternoon. Maybe because of the building surrounding the pool so that the wind can't rotate and only swing inside the building surround the pool. Even when the morning we try to swim.. the water still really cold. We have no breakfast on out booking so we couldn't review the breakfast but we bought all you can eat breakfast at the restaurant near the pool with only Rp. 15.000/each and it was delicious meal, even though the meal was not hot. Nothing more we can review, since the pictures would not really help because they all would be the same like the others have.
• Darnel-HDI (10/5): Great Value Hotel - This hotel is located near Karawaci Tangerang. It is like in the countryside but very near to the city area. The room size was fine, it s clean and well equipped. They have swimming pool and garden, 24 hours mini market and good free wifi. The staff were helpful and friendly.
• budi (8/5): Feels like home.. - We are staying for one night and it was lovely to stay at this hotel. The kids love the pool. Breakfast is quite good, but not too special. Staffs were nice and very helpfull. Check in is quick. We will recommend this hotel to our friends for sure. Keep it up, Paragonbiz Hotel!
• 253devyn (4/5): Horrible - I went there a few days ago and stayed for a night. Check in took quite long more than 10 minutes even tho we already booked online. The room wasn't that spacy with king size bed. And it was terrible. The room was dirty I even found some hair and dirts on the pillow! There was a little hole on the sheet someone tore it and the hotel staff didn't change it! The bathroom was small and the toilet seat was shaky we were even afraid to use it! Um and the pool it looked dirty from above. Definitely not coming back.
• 271bambanga (10/5): Best price hotel & value for money - I stay hotel 1night after I visit friend in Karawaci. The service is incredible fast & I really like the swimming pool and the area of surrounding it. The room was nice and clean, the staff are very nice and friendly.
• EOFJ (6/5): Comfortable to sleep - The hotel's location is a bit difficult if not been to karawaci. located near the Supermall Karawaci. The hotel is a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. so it is difficult if you want to bathe and defecate. The cleanliness of the rooms are fairly clean. Comfortable environment because of being in the countryside. food, for the food in front of the hotel there are many food vendors. there is a mini market is open 24 hours. WiFi is pretty fast and free.
