Breakfast buffet was just right, plenty of options, clean set up and organized well. My sister stayed here two years ago and she recommended the hotel, I’m glad I took her word for it.

- Alexandra (2/5): - Do not stay in this hotel. The bathroom has a door that slides sideways. When i slide the door close and try to open it again it got stuck. If i would have been inside the bathroom alone i would have to have scream very loud and bang the door and see if someone pasding outside the hallway could seek for help . Very dangerous to say in this hotel. We called the hotel clerk and the maintenance employee had to bring in some tools to slide the door. It took him about 10 minutes. Then he offered if we want to change rooms. This happened at 10pm when my family was already in bed and we had just arrived from the airport. We were so tired when we got to the hotel from the airport that night and then this incident happens. Horribly stay and earlier before this incident happened, there were very loud bangs comming from the hallway, probably another door getting stuck from another guest room. I have video and pictures on how the maintenance employee struggle souch to slide the door open. Very scary moment for my family. Do not stay in zny of these rooms in this hotel.

The facilities were beautiful and clean and the airport shuttle was right on time at 3:30am. We will be staying with them every trip now.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The reception didn’t allowed me to check in when I arrived she said my reservation wasn’t valide so I had to go to a different hotel because she didn’t even offer me a room there, When I arrived at the other hotel and checked in I called Expedia and the receptionist said I never showed up. That my reservation was ready. Expedia never gave me a refund and the hotel never tried to make things okay so I ended up paying for 2 hotels for 3 nights my experience was terrible with the hotel

- Douglas (6/5): Good but not great - After spending many trips at this hotel, I have observed a reduction in the quality and attentiveness. The hotel is in a great location for travelers. However the trucks park on the side of the road all but blocking the entrance. The overall condition of the hotel was good but not as pristeen as with previous visits. The parking was difficult with a lack of space in the front of the hotel. It seems that he occupancy of this hotel is a bit low for the size which keeps the noise down.

The server got our order wrong after several repetitions of what we wanted. We had to ask for our drinks twice once our food was served because he never came back until bringing us food and it was partially wrong food. It took so long to get I ate the food anyway and just picked the meat off the pizza...which I don't eat.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the TV carried the US football games (although the commentary was in Spanish). Overall this is a good hotel stop when going through this part of Mexico.

Luckily I came back down to the lobby later in the night with my expedia recipt & the receptionist realized her mistake & tried to refund my credit card for the 1 nights stay. It is now over 2 weeks since I stayed tehre & no money has been returned back to my account.
