- Jack (9/5): - Really nice hotel - our room was very clean and comfortable. Aircon was good, had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge.
Reception lent us some bowls and spoons to have breakfast in our room which was helpful!
Hotel is approx 20-30 mins walk to main parts of town, but the bus that stops outside (red cat) was completely free - very quick and easy to get into central Perth. Nothing
- Karina (7/5): -
- YING CHEN (10/5): The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.Take the free red cat conveniencely. - Location.

- Nicholas (8/5): It was good and comfortable. Free bus service outside the hotel. Staff are nice. Just need to do something about the noi - Location and spa bath. Comfortable bed as well. Bit of noise. You can hear the people in the other room especially outside the room.

- Michael (9/5): Great value for money and staff were brilliant. - Great location for getting into central Perth on the free Red Bus route.
Little cafe in the hotel lobby for excellent coffee and breakfast in the mornings.
- Leisa (10/5): -
- shanshan (10/5): - Nice location and cleanliness.
Good setting in the room.
- Eric (8/5): Have stayed here on numerous occasions in the past and will return again in the future - Location is great
On site secure parking provided for a reasonable price
Free Transperth bus pick up set down immediately outside hotel
First class laundry in short walking distance from hotel on Hay Street
Close walking distance to quality restaurants on Hay Street Time went by too quickly
- Louise (8/5): A mostly very comfortable stay - I particularly liked the free access to a very well appointed gymnasium and lap pool that were 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. I asked for a toilet brush when I made the booking. Although one was provided it fell apart the first time I used it and so in order to clean the toilet I had to use the brush with a broken stem, which risked my hands being wet by the toilet water. Like many other otherwise excellent hotels that I have stayed at in Perth, a toilet brush is not being provided these days. I think that this omission is an erosion of service for all of your guests, in that it is unpleasant to use a soiled toilet for the duration of our stay, and it imposes an uncomfortable cleaning task on your cleaning staff. I wish I didn't have to request a toilet brush - as I find this embarrassing. However, while most people would want to have access to one, because I wear an ostomy bag, my need for a toilet brush is a little greater than for other guests.
- Marissa (9/5): - Lovely room. I still haven't had my $100 deposit back after 5 days, so it's not a hold against my card, they physically take the money, then you have to wait for a refund!

The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. Nothing.

- Robert (8/5): We liked the location.Close to Kings Park and only a 6 m Utebus ride into theCBD - The Red Cat bus stop is right out the front. They were happy to store our bike boxes for three weeks In spite of a 4 night stay we were allocated room 104 which simply looks onto a roof. The breakfast is $30 so didn’t try it
- Kay (10/5): Comfortable, friendly, welcoming. - Breakfast menu looked enticing although we didn’t have time for breakfast. Room was very comfortable, clean & spacious, split system air conditioning a bonus and door opening onto balcony as well. Very personable staff. Earlier start for breakfast.
- Neil (10/5): Spotlessly clean and in a great location. - Spotlessly clean (Studio room). Great location. Great coffee. Very friendly staff. Free bus that stops literally outside the front door of the hotel. Nil.

- Julie (9/5): -
- John (9/5): Ideal, value for Money Accommodation close to Centre of Perth - Staff were very helpful and cooperative.
Enjoyed the breakfasts and the ability to use equipment to make own snack eg toaster.
While checkout was 12.00 we were permitted to leave luggage for the rest of the day and change clothes for travelling prior to heading for Airport later that day.
Location of Hotel for use of free public transport to Perth was excellent. Buss stop outside main entrance. Limited eateries close to hotel for evening meals, but used Julios which was within walking distance at Holiday Inn
- josh (10/5): Perfect - Peaceful Nil
- Margo (8/5): -
- Donna (9/5): -
- 晓文 (9/5): 超乎期待😊 - 酒店附近有夜间免费停车泊位和CAT公交站,出行非常方便快捷 最好能提供简易拖鞋
- Harding (10/5): - Great place to stay, excellent value. No ofd street parking.
Wilson car Park was less than 10 minutes walk, $15 for 5 hours plus though.
Street parking was free after 6pm but needed to pay from 8am which cost about $16.39 for 4 hours.
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Kimberley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (9/5): Superb - Comfy room, great size, all the usual amenities. I chose this hotel because it has parking, but when I called (post-reservation) to book a space I was told they have very limited spaces and they were all taken. I was stuck with street parking, which is paid from 8am to 6pm and limited to 3h at a time.
They also have this “club/owners” program and there were lots of prompts to watch a 90 minute presentation in exchange for a gift. All a bit suss.
- Kristofer (9/5): We were happy with our stay overall and the staff were lovely - It was clean and quiet with good access Secure parking was at an extra cost, free entertainment on the tv was locked out. Offering a “free gift” for 90 minutes of my our time isn’t a free gift
- Wendy (8/5): - Its a lovely place to stay, but incorrectly advertised as having free parking. It does require you to pay during the day.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara K (8/5): - Rooms very quiet & spacious, spotlessly clean, helpful and friendly staff. Great location.
- Murray (8/5): Comfortable in a quiet location. Easy transport to CBD. -
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (8/5): Good location, friendly staff - The layout of the room was good.
The Spa Bath was great!! No milk in the Fridge to make a coffee or tea
- Deb (9/5): Superb - Location, clean and friendly staff. Like spa too. Nothing
- Joanna (9/5): Good value for money. Great for a couple - I loved the ability of being able to relax in the spa bath watching movies😍 I didn't like the pillows. I prefer flatter pillows so I had to wrap a towel in a cover to get a decent sleep
- Virginia (10/5): Terrific location - Boutique-style. Small, friendly hotel. Great location. Very comfortable. Nil
- Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - Access location Was a smell of disinfectant really strong and room only had a small spa
- Jeslyn (7/5): Lovely location and excellent staff, small improvements can further enhance the experience. - The location is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom albeit having a strange layout, had good soap and shampoo. No complains about the number of plug points! 😃 There is no daily cleaning service which was a little strange, considering the rooms are carpeted. We stayed for 4 nights and only the main garbage bin was emptied daily. While the locality is excellent, for the price we paid, we expected breakfast to at least be included. Another drawback was that no water bottles were provided in the room. We understood that tap water is safe for consumption in Australia but given that the rooms were recently refurbished and the tub had brown water running, we were skeptical about drinking from the tap. Perhaps the hotel may want to look into these minor things.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - The property was very well presented and appeared to have had a recent modernisation. Rooms were very quite. It appeared that anyone could walk in off the street during the day and access the accommodation floors via the lift without a room key if reception was unattended which is not really best practice.
- Mairi (9/5): Superb - location. Staff room wasn’t serviced daily
- David (10/5): Good choice for near the CBD - A very comfortable studio room. Modern facilities. Quiet area to stay in. The Red CAT free bus service stop is about 20m from the front door of the building, which is perfect for travel into the CBD At $18, the continental breakfast seems expensive for what you get
- Russell (9/5): Well presented in a quiet part of Pert - Well presented in a very quiet part of Perth.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (2/5): Avoid. - This hotel is a testament to incompetence. Upon arrival, I was instructed via SMS to retrieve a key from a safe box outside, yet the message lacked the essential safe code. After a frustrating wait, I finally obtained the code through the intercom, manned by clueless staff who did not know how to direct me to the car park.
Departing was no better; requesting a Tax Invoice resulted in receiving an utterly useless "Information Invoice" devoid of a Company Name or ABN. The receptionist's ignorance of basic invoicing requirements was astounding, as she claimed this was standard procedure. She stated that the manager was on holiday and unreachable. She had no idea what a Tax Invoice is and insisted that she was giving these “Information Invoices” to everyone as this was how the system works.
As for the hotel itself, its supposed 4-star status is laughable. The tired decor and lackluster room service hardly justify the price. Save yourself the headache and explore other options in Perth. Avoid.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): A very nice experience in a classy venue. Thank you. - Location was beside the Perth Eye Hospital.
Friendliness of staff, giving a nice atmosphere. The clear glass shower and the location of the towel rack, soap dispensers being too close.
General layout of the room did not seem practical.
- Judy (10/5): Exceptional - Location in a quiet part of town with a free bus service into the city, a bus stop right outside the front door.
Good sized room with comfortable bed, both shower and large jacuzzi.
There were 3 or 4 good restaurants nearby, especially Joie the new French Cafe Bistrol round the corner.
Also really liked the free bikes, both electric and non electric, available for guests' use, and the lovely park at the end of the road where you could ride them. Nothing really though it would have been good to have a cafe or restaurant in the hotel. There was however free self service coffee and tea available in the hotel reception area.
- Barney (7/5): Good -
- Clifford (9/5): Superb -
- Dr (8/5): very comfortable and relatively convenient - good location nothing
- Karol (10/5): Very much recommended - Everything was great. Nice area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
- Garry (8/5): We were promised a possible check in at 1400 has on our arrival - N/A Check in time atrocious
- Stephen (10/5): Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and great location - Convenience, layout, facilities and products.
- Karol (10/5): Stayed at the hotel 3 times in 3 weeks and will stay there again. - Club Wyndham in West Perth is a modern, unpretentious boutique hotel in a quiet location yet central to exploring Perth's attractions. There is underground parking for $20 per day which I think is a good value. Free bus service to the City at the front door. Many breakfast options within 5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced.
- Georgia (8/5): Very good -
- Rodney (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Lovely staff, convenient with the free bus to the centre, nice spa bath! Area gets very quiet at night, not so many amenities nearby as it’s mainly an office area
- Anil (10/5): Would stay again - Good location , friendly staff , clean rooms
- Bram (7/5): Close to city and Kings Park - Red bus doing rounds to the city at the door.
Comfy rooms
Close to kings Park No restaurant, bars available.
Just happy hr 5 to 6 pm.
- Rodney (9/5): Superb -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Great location, good sized room that is clean and spacious. - The best iron and ironing board I've had in a hotel. Great location, central to everything I needed. The staff were super helpful with a few queries I had. The pillows were not good and the mattress felt a little tired.
- Pietersen (10/5): Fantastic - Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was fantastic. The location was great.
Can definitely recommend this hotel. I can't fault anything
- Kanguya (9/5): Superb -
- Grahaem (9/5): Superb -
- Madonna (5/5): Disappointed - Very basic no restaurant which is not great when you arrive in a Sunday and nothing is open, disappointed on how small it was unlike the pictures shown on website.
- Rodney (9/5): Superb -
- Noor (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel prepared a cute honeymoon towel dove for us. Staff were very nice and friendly. Lobby provided usage to microwave and free drinks every morning.
- Neil (8/5): Good accommodation in a convenient location. - The location was great with the Red Cat bus stop right outside the building. This made it easy to travel to the CBD and beyond. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Happy hour was good. We did get double-charged for our accommodation - but they did fix this and refunded the money within 48 hours.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracka (6/5): Nothing to eat.Nothing to drink. No return. - What breakfast?location was perfect for my purpose, eye surgery. Add some sort of restaurant and a decent bar.The place would be perfect.
- Rmay (9/5): Would stay again - Spa bath
Location for work A little expensive
- Milaflor (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (9/5): Slightly Different - more inclusive than most hotels - The location is excellent, unlike many hotels in the area it does not front main artery roads. Limited secure parking is available at $20 a day with a lift from the car park to all floors. If you are relying on public transport the free red bus stops outside the front of the hotel. The hotel offers free activities that include games, books, bikes even a picnic basket and rug for a visit to the nearby Kings Park. Happy hour as a meet and greet with other guest is a great idea Some may find the open bathroom in the Studio room not to their liking. Very hard to get a booking as often booked out.
- jennifer (8/5): - location was close to city and bus access. Staff very nice and nothing is too much problem. Look forward to staying again. We stayed for three nights and had a pleasant stay. Only a continental breakfast available.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Sian (10/5): Exceptional - Location, room, staff Nothing
- Leonie (10/5): Great location & beautiful rooms! - Loved the room, the king bed - so comfy, loved the spa! Great location! So close to everything. Unfortunately no car parking was available as it was all booked out. We had to utilise street parking which was fine but had to go out and pay from 8am.
- Susan (9/5): Loved our short stay here and will definitely be back. - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, great location with free public transport outside the hotel. Nothing, it was great.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were helpful.Room very comfortable Nothing
- Joanna (8/5): Very good - Location was a little out of the centre but with the free CAT bus right outside, that was fine. Nice shower although the spa bath was just stupid - a conventional bath would have been much more welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing really other than my gripe above about the silly spa bath. Better lighting in the corner over the rather small sofa would have been helpful for reading.
