Was told that a king room guaranteed the new, but now told a balcony is what to ask. Plus paid for parking and had to jostle for a space as hotel had over booked the spaces

- Alex D (10/5): Deco Bar Drinks - Location is excellent, right in the centre of town. Staff were amazing, so helpful & friendly. I loved the Deco bar for drinks with comfy sofas for lounging. Also loved the 2 free drinks if you opted out of housekeeping. The breakfast was so yummy I'll definitely try the lunch next time.

My family member has allergies and we were allocated a disabled room dogs allowed. The hotel offered us two hotel rooms however our 10 year old could not be in a room alone. I requested a refund and it was refused

- James (3/5): Had what we needed and central to everything however the stay in general was fustrating and uncomfortable - Location was great. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell every time you walked in. Dirty carpet. Was woken up both mornings to the music from the restaurant downstairs at 6am, called reception to see if this could be turned down and was told “we can leave a message with them”

Easy to get to, with a lovely view of the golf course from the patio. Nice to have a fully working kitchen as well as television in the bedrooms. Would absolutely stay there again 🙂 Would have liked to have another bathroom. It is great when a couple stays, however with more people it is confusing as you have to make sure both doors are locked. Not th3 easiest thing to explain to someone with short memories and 92 years old 😊

- kim (3/5): disappointing - apartment was lovely, clean and plenty of amenities Gang of ten or more young thugs running throughout complex, banging on doors until 10 pm. These young people were residents in the apartment complex. Reception was contacted on two occasions with no respite from the bad behaviour as a result. Very nicely worded apology was received from management. This complex needs some form of security before we will consider re-booking.

- SuzieW (8/5): Very nice unit overall. - The apartments are super clean and tidy. Not 100% new but in very good condition. Decent laundry, kitchen, lounge etc. Spacious bathrooms too. Would prefer parking to be under cover but parking space was fine. Main issue was no one getting any sleep in the front room due to the blinds not fitting the windows. Lots of lighting is on outside throughout the night and shines across your face and pillow, as these are tall/ long windows with gaps down the side.This was not the case in the other 2 rooms which had high/small windows. This is probably a big enough reason for us to not stay again. The lighting from outside is not on the property so they need to sort out the windows.

- Brown (6/5): Good except for the thin walls in my room. - Close to everything. Great staff. Nice decor. Great parking. The wall in my room was PAPER THIN! I could hear all the news, weather and current affairs on the TV mounted on the next room's wall which was where my bed was on the other side. This was super annoying and I woke when next door woke and went to sleep when they did. Need to soundproof these rooms. On this matter alone I wont be back which is unfortunate because the rest of the stay was very enjoyable.

There were no USB charger ports in the room that I could find and I was glad that I brought my own. Also, I found it difficult to reach the hangers in the wardrobe as I'm a shorter person. There was also no safe in the room to store my valuables while I was out. There was no room service for breakfast or meals as far as I could tell.

- Donna (9/5): A comfortable, stylish and enjoyable stay - The hotel was Centrale and in a good location as it was close to cafes and shops. I like the art deco style of the hotel, across the room was very neat, tidy, clean and comfortable, plus a generous size. The staff were friendly and accommodating and really enjoy the deco cafe and restaurant downstairs with its style, superb food and wine selection. Would be happy to return again.

- Bernardine (8/5): Enjoyable, convenient location and friendly staff - The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thought the idea of saving on my carbon footprint by not having towels and room cleaned daily a great incentive, very clever marketing. Very convenient location right in the centre of Tamworth and the art deco theme of the hotel was fabulous. The local youth driving around the hotel until after midnight with revved engines.

- Constantinos (7/5): Despite hiccup upon arrival, we enjoyed our stay and the excellent staff in bar/restaurant area! - There was no plan or consideration for my late arrival - despite notifying the site in writing upon booking! I tried calling the phone numbers listed for help in such situations, but I got no response. I was fortunate to run into a hotel worker in the parking lot that helped me get to my room.
