Te ayudan desde antes de llegar con planes que se pueden realizar en la ciudad, indicaciones turísticas y apoyo en todo lo que uno requiera, realmente el personal hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor. Nada malo. Todo estuvo perfecto!

- Patel (4/5): Pathetic services. They must close it down immediately!! - Property looks good in photos only, very poor services, the staff is best in ignoring anything you ask for. They don’t provided you water bottles or toiletries in-spite of listing it in the service. The duvet had large stains and had moulds on it. They intentionally hid it by folding it at the tucked end (pictures attached) Everything!! Never book this place if you have kids or you like even reasonable hygiene and clean place, not even they offer you cheapest room. We paid 14000 for 3 nights including breakfast during off season. They didn’t make breakfast on time and made excuses all the time. Only offered bread and tea for breakfast. Everything else was chargeable. I can go on and on about this but i don’t want to remember the horrific experience we had here!!

- Anonymous (6/5): Stay was ok as it was summer we dont expect much in the off season. great place only as location - location is great if you can rent a bike city tour is possible easily. main manger / owner was very cooperative bed was comfortable for 2 adults with a kid. breakfast was not booked hence no comment on that but optional breakfast was also with not many options. they lack staff hence room service wasn't as per expectations. one of the dinner we took on the roof top food was great in taste but the staff asked us to pay separately which is not acceptable alas we already had dinner so cant do anything but to pay.

- aude (8/5): - The hotel is well located closed to the lake and for the ones that booked too late and couldn’t get a room at the lake or the ones that want more quiet nights that is. A great location. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. The marble floor is quite cold in winter and know that there is no heating in the room. The breakfast was wonderful on the rooftop with beautiful view and delicious. The staff was always extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay a wonderful experience. A lot can be visited walking in Udaipur and it was very safe at night for women alone to walk and enjoy the evening without concerns.

The rooms are nicely decorated with ceiling paintings and are comfortable. I especially liked the roof top restaurant which offered lovely views over the City Palace. I will always remember drinking a wonderful cappuccino while sitting in one of the wall niches and watching the sun set! The staff is really helpful and friendly. Mr Virendra booked a car for me for my onwards travel and Mr Ajay made me feel welcome and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is really amazing, Both the Indian as well as the continental choice. It can be a little hard to find

Moreover our room looked into another house which was mere feets from our room's window. The hotel is located in a very narrow residential street too.

- Heet (8/5): - there is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. the room was spacious. however the main problem we had was with the staff. the front of house is great and helped us a lot to secure taxis to our other destination however the room service staff kept entering our room at any time (happened) three times without knocking and waiting for us to open the door. as a group of three girls that made us feel very unsafe and weird. we made sure to lock the door properly after that. other than that very affordable and close to city centre.

Fridge rubber was very dirty and mouldy. Furniture was broken, no power backup for AC, no running hot water. There is no parking at the hotel. They ask you to use the dilapidated residential plot to park. I had to check in because I arrived late at night and was traveling with elderly parents.

- Katerina (6/5): Pleasant - Decorations in the hotel are nice and also the view from the restaurant. Room was of a good size with pleasant hot water shower. Although it was just about 12C outside in evening/at night and the room was cold, there was no heater available and my husband had to ask multiple times for extra blanket to be provided as the room was cold. Warmer clothes in January are recommended. Also tap was constantly dripping in the bathroom which was disturbing and no other room was available.

Charging 50 rs for mineral bottle was not accepted. Also, the description on booking.com about attached terrace with the rooms was not correct as no rooms have terrace attached

- Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Personal touch of staff. Humble and responsive behaviour. Mainly Ajayji and Surbhiji were very cooperative and well behaved. Arrangement was very good with all requirement for the stay.
- Smita (8/5): clean and cozy hotel, good for short stay - small coy and neat hotel, good location. staff was friendly and attentive when occupancy was low, but with increase in no of guests, restaurant service fell apart from the second day stay onwards. room decor. cleanliness. over all look and feel of the hotel.

- Ivan (4/5): - Interior of the room was comfortable. The area is impossible to reach with a cab or auto and a bit far from everything. Only two young kids were at the counter and they didn't speak english or understand that i had reserved initially.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - We really enjoyed the view from the rooftop where breakfast was served. Location was good - walkable to the main area of the old city, and easy enough to hail a rickshaw. The hotel itself had a lovely lobby area, but our room was bare and basic and needed a lot of TLC. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay, the bathroom was really dark and had obvious signs of mould and rust. Our room didn’t have a desk, which isn’t the end of the world, but also no storage for coats/clothes or to really feel comfortable. Overall the staff were helpful and accommodating, but the hotel needs A LOT of work.
- Rajeshkumar (10/5): Amazing stay - We two families had 3 nights stay and it was an amazing experience. Everything was excellent during our stay. Rooms were pretty large with very comfortable bed; Service was quick; Courteous staff and the owner was very humble & helpful. The day we left was Hindu New Year Day when the owner had placed a good quality of sweets & dry fruits for guests. Only negative thing is the location & parking sine the hotel is in a narrow street.
- Stephen (10/5): Lovely stay - The hotel was a pleasure to visit. Well kept and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and the view from the rooftop very nice. The room was never cleaned throughout stay which was a little surprising.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Charming old Haveli with excellent rooftop view - Old Haveli with a nice rooftop restaurant, the best part of our stay. Room was very noisy. The hallways outside all the room echo badly. You can hear everything including other guests watching TV or children running up and down the stairs. None of the rooms have a view, they are facing another building wall/ alley, which also has a noisey echo from the neighbors and crying babies. Room was clean, but the bathroom shower mildew needs deep cleaning. Room did not include a safe. Front desk manager very friendly and helpful, but he is the only one with good english if you have any questions.
- RAHIM (8/5): V helpful and pleasant receptionist - We booked this last minute as our other hotel was oversold. Got there shortly after the booking and they were expecting us. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant. The best we have come across after a month in India. The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice with a big shower and plentiful hot water. The WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for our preference. Overall it was nice. What let it down a bit was the restaurant on the top floor. Our room was below this so it was very noisy during the morning. The staff in the restaurant were terrible. Honestly never got the order right. 1 veg chow mien and 1 chicken chow mien came out as a veg chow mien and a chicken sandwich. He really didn’t want to be there. We asked for 2 banana porridge with our included breakfast and got one porridge, one banana pancake. Seriously, we are very chilled but this guy was ridiculous. He would revert to the menu in his language and by the third time he came back to ask us our order again we were telling him how many numbers down it was! He couldn’t comprehend a single thing and didn’t seem to even care. We rarely use hotel restaurants and would say to definitely avoid this one and you will enjoy the hotel.
