  Composed of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the apartment also comes with a kitchen, dining area and a living room with a balcony that opens up to views of Patong Beach and the sea. Each room in the air-conditioned apartment comes with a 40-inch TV with cable channels. The master bedroom also has a spa bath in the private bathroom. Please note that electricity is not included in the room rates. Guests will be charged THB 5 per electrical unit at the end of their stay based on their consumption. Cleaning will be provided once every 2 days.

• Joseph (9/5): Ambiance familiale - L’amabilité et le dévouement de la gérante et du personnel. Malgré un retard à l'arrivée de plus de 10h00 (arrivée prévue à 11h, finalement arrivée à 21h 00) la gérante nous a attendu à la descente du taxi avec un de ses employés. La gérante à été disponible tout au long de notre séjour par ses conseils et son aide. Elle gère son établissement en y faisant régner une ambiance familiale. Ayant effectué plusieurs séjours en Thaïlande nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet accueil qui n'est pas courant dans le secteur. Si nous devions y séjourner à nouveau ce serait dans cet hôtel.

• Julian Cai (9/5): - Eine sehr schöne Anlage, äußerst sauber, geräumige Zimmer mit toller Kochzeile und großem Kühlschrank, beeindruckender Ausblick, sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal Es sind einige Stufen zu gehen, auch befindet es sich an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig, die zu überqueren ist. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist nicht durchgängig stark und könnte verbessert werden.

• Tatiana (7/5): If I had come for more than one night, I would never have stayed here. - view from the balcony The bathroom is very old and radiates heat from the street into the room. The hotel is on a slope, so to get there you have to climb over 160 steps. You can drive up from the top, but then you have to go down about 100 steps. Our taxi driver didn't know how to drive up from the top (it would have been nice to have indicated the drop-off point for the car), so we had to trudge up with our luggage. Fortunately, the staff was very responsive and helped us.
• Stephanie (10/5): 12/10 - Loved this place. Immaculate, great pool, the people who worked there were top notch. I went to a different city today and am wishing I didn’t leave. Highly highly recommend would definitely stay there again. Just keep in mind there’s a steep hill to get up to your room and there’s a mosque close by, plus busy street at the bottom but that’s Phuket.

• nonaja3 (9/5): Simplement génial - Super hôte, nous avions eu du retard et elle nous a entendu jusqu'à plus de minuit et nous a accueillie avec le sourire. Le logement génial chaque chambre à sa salle de bain. L'espace de vie commune très spacieux. La piscine géniale avec prêt de serviettes et de châpeaux. Magnifique vue car situé un peu en hauteur et au calme. A savoir que pour atteindre cela il y a beaucoup d'escaliers. Un peu plus de vaisselle et de couvert serai un petit plus.

The room wasn't as stated or photographed and was very poor like a hostel . I arrived after seeing my room . Was given my money back and found other accommodation..

I need to manage some 40-50 steep steps to go to my apartment from the main road. Because the property is on a sloped terrain. need to use taxi or transport to avoid claiming steps.

• Samantha (10/5): An amazing hotel...highly recommended! - We stayed in the 2 bed villa - it was amazing! Very spacious and clean with a lovely private outside area for lounging and relaxing in the sun. The pool was gorgeous and the bar was always a great place to converse with other guests. Molly and Ricky are phenomenal hosts and welcome their guests with genuine warmth and kindness. Excellent customer service and hospitality. Great location, a few steps away from shops, restaurants and spas. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away from the property, so overall fabulous value for money. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended x

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful hotel that looks like a huge villa.. We stayed for eight days, four families. Nice size swimming pool, overlooking the city since located on the hill. Owner is great, she can help with anything, make breakfast or special meal, any types of requests. Beach is very nice in patong, compared to other beaches we have seen in Thailand, simply gorgeous. The only small downside is the traffic and no real sidewalk on the way to the beach. But seems like people there tare used to it and it's never gonna change...

• Sirshen (8/5): Comfortable and affordable. - Breakfast was great. Mol was an amazing host and made sure my stay was welcoming and comfortable. My room was clean and air conditioning worked. Location was good as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the main areas of Patong however not too far away by foot or taxi. There is a mosque nearby that can be noisy at times. There are stairs to the property however this wasn't an issue for me.

Lovely space around the pool. Ideal location for the beach, market and fabulous restaurants, self service or drop off laundary, massage parlours. There are quite a few steps to negotiate but didn't bother us. Cleaning was completed daily. Nothing. Would recommend.

Despite this Swiss was very comfortable, with exceptionally friendly staff. I would stay here again rooms were clean but would benefit from a refurb.

Even to go back down the shirt way you had to be careful of slipping . And then back at night or morning the well back up. Not for persons on wheel chairs or persons who like flat ground.

• Mohamed (7/5): Good, nothing fancy. - The place is good. Nothing fancy, jus pretty basic. It feels like home. It is located near everything and the Patong beach is just few minutes walk away. The lady taking care of the place is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I did not get to stay the whole period as I had a family medical emergency which forced to leave prematurely. The only problem with this is the stairs. Expect to walk a steep hill to get there but it's a good exercise. This could be a problem for families with too much luggage though. Also, there are cockroaches in the apartment and you will probably see them around in the kitchen and on the couch.

• Timur (9/5): Cozy, tidy and definitely family-friendly! - Helpful and friendly administrator, the staff cleaned the rooms and changed the sheets and towels EVERY day. The hotel is located in a very fortunate spot opening a panoramic view of the town and the beach. Pretty far from the bar and club noise, yet easily accessed from the main road. There's an open terrace by the pool with a couple of cozy benches, but you can't hang out there with your own drinks (you can buy some at the hotel bar though) - I wouldn't even call it a disadvantage, just a measure of order, but speaking IDYLICALLY, it'd be perfect to be able to bring your own stuff, of course!

• Ari (4/5): I do not recommend staying here. - Staff was nice. Pool was good to have. Not sure how this is even an 8.6. More like 5.5-6. Be careful. Reviews are deceiving. Check in is not clearly marked. Staff seems very daft to lost travellers. There is a massive amount of stairs to climb. Safe in room is old. I had ants all over my door frame. Rooms are very basic and outdated. There is a mosque next door and you hear very very loud prayers starting at 5 AM. Good luck on trying to get any sleep. Also, the area that is located in feels very dirty and rundown. It also feels a bit unsafe at night. As there seems to be large groups of Muslim men hanging around That seem to take offence at tourist. You have been warned .

• Jordana (8/5): Perfect and comfortable - I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was huge and located in the central level. I felt at home and comfortable. The property is worth it but I wish I knew about all the stairs. I am travelling for a while so I had a large suitcase. If you are staying here do not bring a lot of bags and not ideal with a lot of small kids. The stairs are steep . Phuket is on a hill so it’s important to note this. I was on the 1st floor so it was ashy too bad but not disabled friendly

• Chua (8/5): Perfect, convenient and near to everything. - Room is super clean - we stayed for 4nights and housekeeping able to come without fail even though there are days we start our morning late. the traffic which can be heard from downhill and the speaker from mosque nearby on their prayers. it is bearerable as the villa is uphill - so noises can be heard at night.. there are rooms facing another side of the town which i assume is quieter but ours are facing the Patong Street which is plus point too as nearer to reach the room after a daily walking uphill and 20k steps daily. I will not recommend for travelers that cannot walk long distance thou.

Other than that the room was a bit outdated comp - Good location, easy to access town, had a nice view and good pool. The room was a bit run down compared to photos, the bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable to sleep on. Stove and kettle did not work in our room.
• Adina-cristina (9/5): It was lovely, I recomand the accomodation. - We liked the view and the terases on multiple levels. It has enough space for the tourists to hang out while the temperature are too hot to explore the city. It had a lot of steps that you needed to climb- imagine doing this with 25kg luggages. It was a little difficult to do so from the street. What we didn’t know and perhaps would help simebody: there is another entrance by car next to the Unitiy hotel. At least ehile carring all the luggages is easier arriving with the car on the top
