• Jana (9/5): Až na velkou zimu na pokoji i v hotelu bylo jinak vše dobré. - Snídaně byla skvělá. Paní na recepci byly skvělé. Vzdálenost od metra vynikající. V hotelu byla veliká zima.

• Jarosław (9/5): Bardzo czysto i bardzo smacznie - Choć hotel w mocnym wystroju retro, to jest jednym z najczystszych hoteli na świecie, w jakich miałem okazję się zatrzymać. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z bogatym wyborem dań. Kilkanaście pięter i wielu gości nie stanowią problemu przy czterech superszybkich windach. Bardzo szybkie i sprawnie działające połączenie Wi-Fi. W pokoju brakuje ekspresu lub czajnika.

• Pavel Daněk (5/5): Nikdy více tento hotel nenavštívíme! - Jízda výtahem je katastrofa, obzvláště když bydlíte v 18 patře a pokud nechcete čekat desítky minut, tak musíte po schodech, což je např. s kufry opravdu zážitek. Při sprchování nebyl dostatečný tlak vody. Extrémně řídký sprchový gel, takže ho potřebujete neskutečné množství. Pro přístup k zásuvkám musíte posunout s postele a lozit pod stůl. Interní komunikace není dostatečná neb jsme měli objednánu manželskou postel a na pokoji byly postele oddělené. Není kam odložit kufry. Dveře nešly dovřít, takže se v pokoji vytváří průvan. Není možno nastavit teplotu na pokoji. Na snídani nedoplněny příbory, nedostatečné množství jídel a ovoce v porovnání s jinými hotely.

• EcoEngineering (1/5): - Breakfast was warm and I liked it. It is close to tram which directly go to city center. I gave worst score for following reasons: 1- Many sport teenagers were in our floor and they were parting, wrestling and making a lot of noises all the time and we could not sleep properly (I asked to change the floor, but they did not accept and just send security to ask them not making noises, which did not work at all). 2- It is a hotel for sports events and you should expect many students coming there and making a lot of noises 3- They charged me 48 euro for 3 days of parking my car in the hotel parking. So if you come by car, expect to be charged more. I always travel with car and the parking is always free for Hotel Guests (It is included in price you pay in advance). 4- No Coffee machine, water boiler, tea, coffee. 5- No shampoo (Only soap)

• Markéta (8/5): - Hotel si vybíráme pravidelně, když je Comicon Praha, hotel je blízko metra i tramvaje - do O2 je to kousek, velmi dobrý poměr ceny a kvality, výborné snídaně, líbí se nám výhled - hotel má 19 pater Většinou je v hotelu plno, takže je delší čas čekání na výtahy, ale nic, co by opravdu vadilo
• Pavol (10/5): Top ubytovanie pre objavovanie Prahy. - Poloha v rámci centra na trase električky a metra. Raňajky boli neskutočne dobré, pestré, s obmenami každé ráno. Výhľad na centrum mesta z jednej strany hotela. 👌 Toto bude prvá voľba pri každej návšteve Prahy vďaka polohe a raňajkám. Odporúčam! V zásade nie je nič, čo by bolo možné napísať, okrem nefunkčnej TV, ale tú nebolo nutné ani zapínať keďže sme do 20 minút vedeli byť priamo v centre.

• Jana (7/5): - za nás to byl už několikátý pobyt v tomto hotelu, pokoje slušné, snídaně bezva, výběr z několika jídel, různé nápoje, hlad mít rozhodně nebudete, pokoje odpovídají ceně... věčně narvaná recepce, když chcete řešit věc na jednu minutu, v exponované chvíli se kvůli školám a různým zájezdům, které zde hromadně ubytovávají, se nelze na recepci prorvat a dost dlouho si počkáte, jinak na recepci jsou ochotní, ale musíte se trefit do chvíle, kdy neubytovávají 3 autobusy zároveň.

Extrémně předražené vzhledem k ceně 100€ za noc (pultová cena 250€ !!) - Snad jen postel Pavučiny v pokoji Malý pokoj Retro vybavení pokoje i hotelu, asi 80. léta minulého století Prázdný minibar Dveře do koupelny jako do výtahu-nejdou zavřít ze vnitř Studená míchaná vajíčka k snídani Naprosto nejlevnější hygienické potřeby, čaje k snídani, káva snad z čekanky, sladká obarvená voda vydávaná za juice… 🤪

• Dinislam (7/5): It was OK for the price, nothing fancy, but nothing bad. - + Not far from city centre + A nice view + Tram station and subway station nearby + Good people at reception - Weird conditioner system - it was cold in the room, and the conditioner made it even colder even though it was set on 28C. Asked the stuff to fix it, they tried several times, didn’t help. So they gave as a heater and it got OK. - Strict rules at breakfast. Come down a bit later with 10 before the breakfast ends, and they didn’t even allow us to make some coffee. And when breakfast ended, they started asking people to leave. I mean, it’s OK to have rules, but at every hotel that I’ve been, it was OK to finish breakfast even after 10-20 minutes after it ended. - Old orange wood furniture, very Soviet Union style.
• Martina (8/5): Na pár nocí postačujúce - Skvelá lokalita, blízko je metro, supermarket a výborná japonsko-vietnamská reštaurácia s dobrými cenami. Izba bola čistá, z horných poschodí je super výhľad. Raňajky výborné - úplne dostatočný výber všetkého možného. Vybavenie izby síce staršie, ale všetko funkčné a čisté, na prespatie na pár nocí je to výborné. Pri umývadle nebol žiaden háčik na zavesenie uteráka na ruky, musel byť pri osuškách nad WC. Tekuté mydlo aj sprcháč boli dosť nariedené, bolo treba niekoľko stlačení, aby bolo množstvo mydla postačujúce na umytie, inak to vôbec nepenilo, bolo tam viac vody ako mydla.

• Jitka (9/5): Celkově spokojenost, dobrá poloha, velký výběr jídla. - Celková spokojenost Při plně obsazeném hotelu, byl celkem problém dostat se výtahem s kufrem z 13. patra do přízemí. Výtah reagoval opakovaně na přivolání jiných osob a jel dvě patra dolů, potom jedno nahoru, potom se zastavil v 10. patře,opět jel nahoru atd.

• Monika (8/5): Sympatyczna obsługa, dobra komunikacja z miastem, ogólnie OK. - Miła obsługa, niedaleko od hotelu sklep spożywczy i stacja metra. Obok kursują również tramwaje, także miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z resztą miasta. Byłam z koleżanką, mogłyśmy po zakończonej dobie jeszcze zostawić plecaki na przechowanie i dalej zwiedzać miasto. W hotelu ogólnie czysto, smaczne śniadania, trafiłyśmy na kilka wycieczek, więc było dość tłoczno, ale nie wpłynęło to negatywnie na nasz pobyt.

No credit cards in restaurant, just the option of an all you can eat buffet paying cash, and that’s it! Rooms very small and uncomfortable. definately little love in details for clients and their experience.

• Cristian (4/5): Foarte bun , dar cu frig in camera. - Mic dejun excelent. Cazare buna. Frig in camera, chiar sub 18 grade noaptea. Cand am anuntat a doua zi la receptie, au fost impacientati cei de acolo si mi-au spus ca" ziua te plimbi prin oras, nu stai in camera!" Nesimtire totala!!! Pacat de confort, mic dejun si amplasare! mi-au adus aminte de noptile comuniste la hotel.

• Filip (5/5): - Bohaté a chutné raňajky, čisté izby. Hotel mal platene parkovanie. V hoteli bol ubytovaný nejaký výlet zo školy a nedalo sa spať – na troch poschodiach bol hluk od večera až do približne tretej rána, a to dva dni po sebe. Hotel s tým absolútne nič nerobil.

• Kateřina (9/5): - Byl to náš druhý pobyt. Vybavení je starší, ale vše naprosto čisté. Bohaté snídaně. Zastávka tramvaje i metra 5 minut od hotelu.

No thermal insulation, the A.C. was malfunctioning, no proper cleaning, blood stains on the blankets and it smelled awfully. Last but not least, it hadn't had a ramp, so the access for people with special needs or with heavy luggage in the hotel was almost impossible.
• mariavK1666PA (2/5): THE WORST HOTEL. - In my opinion that hotel was the worst i have ever stayed. even if i stayed there for a night it was the worst experience. First of all the staff wasn't really friendly. They always looked mad. Also, the rooms where Terrible. It was really small. We were 3 people. there where 2 regular beds and the other one was just seted up by the staff right in front of our eyes. The air conditioning wasn't working properly and the room was really cold só i slept with my jacket. Moreover the breakfast was awful. Last but not least insulation wasn't good. I could hear the others from the next room. That's all. 100% not recommend. I should have checked the reviews.

We saw some blood and vomiting in the blankets and the room was dirty and cold because of the air conditioning that didn't work at all. The stuff was unkind and it didn't help us. The food was disgusting and we had a stomachache after it.
• 907elinag (2/5): Terrible - The aircoditioning in most rooms wasn't working well and the rooms were cold. The bathroom had a very bad smell. The room was clearly made for 2 people, although we payed for 3. They snuck a terrible bed on the edge of the room and sold it for 3-people-room. The food was very bad. The door was hard to open and the bathroom door couldn't be closed. The room was tiny for 3 people. The worst hotel i have ever stayed.
• _L9539VN (2/5): The worst hotel I have ever been to - Starting of, we had two meals and they were the worst thing I have ever tasted. After the meal we went up to our bedroom and it was dirty and smelling badly. Also the sheets had blood stains and the bed was uncomfortable. Lastly, we had booked a three-people room, yet we were provided only one set of towels.

There were some blood stains on the bedsheets and the staff was very rude. The bathroom doors did not close properly and the air conditioning was malfunctioning.

• Stefan (10/5): Alles in allem: Perfekt!! - Das Frühstuck war ok. Die Aussicht im 16. Stock war berauschend. Mit Blich auf die Prager Burg und den Veitsdom:) Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist riesig und hat somit eine gewisse Annonymität. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gab am Frühstücksbuffet alles, aber keine Butter und kein Kaffeesahne.
