• Peter (9/5): Very good experience and I would highly recommend for a couple of nights in Rome - but bring your earplugs if you like t - Close to Rome Termini for access from Airport, to Metro for Vatican visit, and out to Inter City train. Close to many good restaurants along Cavour and Via Urbana and Monti area generally. Walking distance to Colliseum and to other major attractions in Rome. Good lift to Level 4 and very good breakfast. Well designed room for its size. Room faced Cavour and was very noisy unfortunately so had to keep window closed. Even then, pretty noisy.

It provided everything we needed for a short stay and we would definitely return when back in Rome. Nice breakfast with many choices, coffee machine with a variety of brews The swifts put on a show out our window mornings and evenings, swooping in and briefly alighting in the corner. Convenient location to sights and the train. The bed was just a tad firm for us, but that's a personal preference.
• Ruta (10/5): Exceeded expectations - The hotel exceeded expectations. I would give it 4 stars instead of the 3 indicated. A special place with windows to a beautiful church, we enjoyed the view in the morning and evening, and of course we visited it, there is the tomb of a former pope. The location is central, close to the train station and Rome's famous tourist attractions, next to the opera house. Soundproofing is good, the beds are comfortable, we slept well. Clean, comfortable, everything is new, there is a helpful service staff. There is an always working coffee machine in the breakfast room, where the coffee is wonderful like in a good cafe. The special breakfast was very impressive, it's already 5 stars. Especially for those who like not only sweets, but other food. Everything is fresh, delicious, there are egg dishes, but I liked the avocados and mature cheese the most, of course the sweets and fruits are very worthy of attention. I am grateful to the hotel for such comfort and food, I am looking forward to return to this hotel.

The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The property was extremely clean throughout the entire hotel and the room was serviced everyday. The hotel felt very safe and the doorman was helpful and always a friendly smile and a chat. The breakfast was always ample, lots to choose from and when we checked out as we were leaving early in the morning they provided breakfast boxes for us to take away. Could not fault the place and we would highly recommend the hotel to others. Nothing

Si on a un train tôt, on n'en profite pas. On nous fourni toutefois une boîte-repas mais ce n'est pas la même chose.

Hop on Hop off Bus haltet vor der Tür und auch ein Taxi Stand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war klein und das Badezimmer etwas abgenutzt. Frische Eierspeisen am Morgen wären ein plus.

Initially a little hard to find due to a very small sign on wall and the main door was closed to the street. Cheerful staff with helpful information. Cleaners and breakfast servers seemed happy and diligent. Even the older doorman at the street had friendly greetings each time we passed in or out. We thought it was fine and didn't see anything to improve.

• Cynthia (10/5): Amazing!!! - Everything from the moment we came in , the security helped us with our luggage, they have an elevator, accommodated us since we arrived early, the room was spacious and clean for Rome , bed was a little hard but comfortable, plenty of hot water , they give you complimentary soda , water and juice in your room refrigerator WiFi was excellent, breakfast have different varieties to choose from hot and cold breakfast food , juice , and also different pastries daily ,coffee machine works all day and water dispenser, the staff are all amazing and caters to your need , close to the Roma Termini, across from Santa Maria Majore where Pope Francis was buried, pharmacy, convenience store just around the corner and taxi stand, bus stop next to the termini and #64 bus takes you all the way to the Vatican, I have been to Rome many times and this about the best place that I enjoyed and stayed, surely will surely stay at this hotel again. • Richard (10/5): a very pleasant one night stay that exceeded my expectations - princeps boutique hotel is a very well put together small hotel located on the fourth floor of a building that’s a five minute walk from roma termini train station. the room was somewhat small but was thoughtfully designed and the breakfast was excellent. i can easily understand why princeps is so highly rated on booking.com and i’m happy to rate my experience there for one night as a 10. everything was great during my very short stay at princeps.

• Ellie (10/5): Amazing! - Loved everything! The staff were lovely, location was perfect, building was georgous! The best inner city accom we have stayed at. The shower was very powerful, free mini bar and the bed was very comfy, my partner now compares every bed to the one we had here. Breakfast was also very generous and yummy! Cant recommend it enough. Didn't stay longer

• Pio (9/5): Super gelegen, einfach gut. - Die Unterkunft liegt gut. Nahe zum Bahnhof und nur 10 Minuten zum Colosseum. Zum Essen gehen hat es diverse Bistros oder Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig, trotz reger Verkehr. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und bietet genügend Auswahl. Den ganzen Tag kann man Caffee oder Tee selber machen. Freundliches Ambiente. Das Personal ist eher zurückhaltend. Wir hatten keinerlei Gespräche, ausser Checkin und Checkout.

Breakfast has wide variety and delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Difficult to find the entrance because they are not allowed to put big sign on the door.
• NATALIA (9/5): - -We requested a room upgrade or for anything that would make our trip extra special given it was our special wedding anniversary weekend. The hotel was able to meet our request and upgraded us to a larger room, and left us a bottle of red wine too which was very kind of them. -Shower very good. -Breakfast very nice - lovely choice -No mirror in our bedroom - had to keep going into the bathroom to use the mirror which was a little frustrating. -Pillows were a little bit hard. Other than that, no other complaints.
