- Agathe (7/5): Hôtel bien situé pour le Kawah Ijen - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une nuit avant notre ascension du Kawah Ijen. L’établissement est idéalement situé, à proximité du port et à environ 1h15 du volcan. Nous sommes habituellement moins fans des grands complexes hôteliers, mais la vue depuis la piscine sur Bali est vraiment très belle. Nous avions choisi la chambre la plus basique, qui dispose du strict nécessaire pour une courte étape, sans plus. Un hôtel pratique pour une nuit avant le départ vers le Kawah Ijen. Comme nous nous sommes couchés tôt, nous avons entendu les portes claquer ainsi que le bruit des personnes dans les couloirs, ce qui est plutôt dérangeant.

Noisy staff training sessions when we trying to relax in the bar area. At 4pm, our request for lemon tea at the bar was rejected as they close at 4pm! We walked to the restaurant and requested our drinks which were than delivered to the bar!!! Lazy staff in the bar. Lots of rainwater drenches you when entering your building as no guttering in essential places. Expensive laundry prices.

Otherwise excellent. - Breakfast and facilities excellent The communications with the hotel prior to arrival were via automated responses and were unhelpful. Staff at reception during check in and check out were undertrained and seemed to have to have every decision verified by a telephone call We were not directed to our room or shown clearly where to go for breakfast. We were not reminded to collect our key deposit on checkout.

Het eten in het restaurants ook heerlijk en we hadden het hier het beste ontbijt van onze hele reis tot nu toe! M'n vriend had een massage hier genomen en die was ook erg goed. Heel erg vriendelijk personeel, altijd netjes groeten!

- Mafalda (9/5): Worth the stay - We first booked a standard room but unfortunately it can’t have an extra bed so we needed to upgrade to a bungalow to be able to have the extra bed . We ended up paying double then we first booked however we really enjoyed the bungalow that is very close to the pool and the restaurant. The breakfast was great and the pools were outstanding. We enjoyed our stay ! The only remark was in the end of our stay when we were leaving to the ferry, one of the staff recommended to ask for help to the grab driver to buy the ferry tickets and actually was the worst advice as he bought it in one of the side sellers for double of the price .

Abbiamo prenotato con loro il tour al vulcano Ijen ed è stato organizzato in modo impeccabile. - Rebecca (8/5): Mooi hotel - Hotel en kamers waren ruim en erg mooi ingericht, mooi complex en dichtbij ferry naar Bali. We kregen een upgrade naar een betere kamer, waarschijnlijk omdat het al iets rustiger was. Ontbijt heeft een buffet maar ook kan er vers eea gemaakt worden (local food). De airco was iets luid en matras iets aan de harde kant.

La terrasse du restaurant et le piscine avec de belles vues sur bali. Le personnel est très aimable, comme partout sur Java. Les buffets (diner, petit dejeuner), sont variés mais sont pour la plus grande part présentés tièdes, voire froids. Pour la partie asiatique (nouilles sautées, poisson frit etc), c'est un problème. un peu loin du centre, d' autant qu'il n'y a aucune promenade possible a partir de l'hotel. Grab indispensable. A part le volcan ijen, pas d'offres touristiques affichées. Le personnel au comptoir fait ce qu'il peut avec bonne volonté, et internet permet de s'organiser via getyourguide, mais un vrai bureau d' excursions serait utile. On l' attend dans ce genre d hotel.

- Valery (8/5): Hotel bien mais chambre bof - Grand et bel hôtel dans un magnifique jardin - palmeraie, avec grande et belle piscine. La réception et le restaurant sont également magnifiques. La chambre n était pas à la hauteur du reste , et le diner non plus. Odeur de marée pas très agréable ( vous me direz c est normal on est au bord de la mer, mais alors ici une mer pas très propre…)
- evelien (9/5): Heerlijk - Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de locatie goed. Niet ver van de haven en aan de zee. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het rook zowel bij het zwembad als op het terrras van het restaurant een beetje naar rioollucht. In Engels communiceren gaat ook niet altijd even goed.
- Stefano (8/5): - L hotel è molto curato, colazione ricca, abbiamo rilasciato le tartarughe appena nate, La nostra stanza era molto basic, no smart tv, quindi per noi europei non c'è la tv, personale chiassoso la mattina davanti alle camere, non c'è un asciugacapelli in camera ma neanche a richiesta.

While breakfast variety is okay, it doesn't taste as good as the paid meals in the hotel restaurant.

- Carles (1/5): Disappointing - Not a great experience due to payment issues. My room was charged twice: first through Booking.com, as initially recommended by the hotel, and then the hotel charged my credit card again. Despite raising the issue twice at the hotel reception and waiting for a response from Booking.com, the problem remains unresolved so far.

- CORINE (8/5): Bonne étape pour l’ascension du Kawah Jien - La piscine et les jardins. Emplacement sympa pour l’ascension du Kawah Jien. L’hôtel nous a bien organisé cette excursion. Les massages pas top. Pas de spa dédié.
