Instead, they asked me to take a different room that cost nearly double the original price. I believe this is unfair and dishonest treatment toward customers. Hotels that do not honor confirmed reservations should not be allowed on your website, as this can seriously damage customer trust and Booking.com’s reputation. Berhadapan dengan station ktm serdang, kalau dari hotel kena berjalan sikit pastu naik jejantas seberang jalan Mohon perbaiki kelengkapan barang dalam bilik, haritu dapat bilik kipas tak boleh pusing.

- Khay Senn (9/5): Cheapest Hotel in Seri Kembangan! - -Recommended for AniManGaki and other con-goers due to walking distance to The Mines/MIECC -cheapest compared to other hotels nearby -room is decent, aircond is working well. -a fan in the hotel room is a plus for me so I can switch to fan only if the aircond is too cold to me -mamak restaurant and convenience stores nearby which is a huge deal for me! -WiFi is working well during my stay -public transport? A bit nightmare! Plus, a bit far from KL City Centre and may take 30-60 minutes via public transport such as KTM Komuter (KTM Serdang opposite of the road) or RapidKL bus route 590 (in front of the hotel) -TV? Not working at all. But this one I don't mind at least I can enjoy watching my TV shows on my tablet. -small cockroach in my hotel room toilet

- Ayyob Alokab (10/5): Great hotel. I will come back again for sure - The rooms are super clean. The beds are comfortable. The windows should have mesh to prevent mosquitos entering the room.
- Ayyob Alokab (10/5): Nice hotel. The best of it's class. - Great staff. Available all the time and room is super clean. No mesh for mosquito in the windows or any mosquito fighting in the hotel. The idea that the guest should take the towels to the room and brings them back.
