- Hanno (10/5): Wunderschönes Grandhotel - Sensationelle Lage!! Ein Ort und ein Ambiente zum Verweilen, zum Eintauchen in den Zauber und den Glanz des Belle Èpoque. Alle Räume widerstrahlen die Eleganz und den Charme dieser Epoche.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich reichhaltig. Insgesamt ein Ort zum lange bleiben oder um oft wiederzukommen. Die Preise für das Essen im Restaurant liegen im hohen Schweizer Niveau.

- Urs (10/5): Aussergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gut unterhaltenem alten Grand Hotel - Wunderbare Lage über dem Brienzersee und immer den bezaubernden Wasserfall nebenan. Beim alten Hotel werden all die schönen Details perfekt unterhalten. Man fühlt sich wahrlich in der Zeit zurückversetzt.

Would have loved to stay another night but it was too expensive. Lovely hotel in lovely surroundings and great staff. Very expensive to stay and the food and drinks too

Görsellerle uyuşmayan tek bir şey yoktu. Akşam yemeği için otel restaurantunda yemek yedik. Hem yemekler çok başarılı değildi hem de fiyatlar oldukça yüksekti. Bu durum bizi üzdü.

Cet établissement est un bijou niché dans la montagne, où chaque détail, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, émerveille. Les chambres sont superbes, alliant confort et sérénité. Le personnel se distingue par une amabilité constante et un professionnalisme irréprochable. La cuisine mérite une mention particulière : d’une finesse remarquable et parfaitement maîtrisée — chaque plat est une expérience. Le niveau est comparable à celui d’une table étoilée. Les enfants y sont accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance, ce qui rend le lieu d’autant plus précieux. Le pianiste, présent chaque soir et chaque matin, apporte une dimension supplémentaire avec une sensibilité musicale délicate et inspirée. Les environs sont tout aussi impressionnants : des randonnées pour tous les goûts et majestueuses. Le lac de Brienz, surplombé par l’hôtel, offre un panorama d’une beauté saisissante. Un lieu rare, suspendu dans le temps, où tout invite à ralentir et à contempler. Merci pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Absolument rien.

Comme la chambre proposée ne nous convenait pas, la réception nous a tout de suite proposé une chambre plus grande. Les souper au restaurant étaient excellent, le service irréprochable, discret, efficace et sympathique. Le buffet de déjeuner est également excellent et hyper bien garni. nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel exceptionnel où nous retournons avec grand plaisir.

Otelin her köşesi sanatsal ayrıntılarla gizli ‘ mükemmel detaylar … tablolar ‘ eşyalar, atmosfer … tablo gibi ‘ çizilmiş gibi … Odadaki duş armatürleri dahil , bambaşka bir atmosfer … Odada kahve makinası olsun isterdim ‘ uyanır uyanmaz manzara da kahve içmek mükemmel olurdu . Odamız yeterli sıcaklıkta değildi . Hava şartlarınü düşünürsek , Daha sıcak olmalı .

Excellent Buffet breakfast And the 2 restaurants for dinner were very good, Delicious food,beautiful restaurant setting with waterfall views,we loved every thing about this hotel. The pianist Giuseppe was exceptional a real pleasure to listen too.👌 We would of liked a nicer room for what we paid for. It was expensive.
