- Claudia (8/5): - El spa està molt bé, l'esmorzar buffet val molt la pena, no pot estar més cèntrica la ubicació... Deien que hi havia pàrquing, però quan vam arribar ens van dir que estava ple. A la recepció, només una persona parlava català Vaig sol·licitar un sol llit i ens van posar dos individuals.

Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très agréable. Nous avons également pris le petit-déjeuner, qui était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité. Le seul petit point négatif est que la lumière du jour pénètre assez facilement dans les chambres, mais cela reste malgré tout peu dérangeant.

- Biswas (9/5): - The hotel room was clean, spacious and thr view was very nice. The location of the hotel is near all the key spots. Tje staffs were courtious. Dental kits are regular thing that ia provided by every hotel. Unfortunately, Andorra Palace did not provide the same.

- Georges (9/5): Very nice hotel in the centet of Andorra la Vella - Very nice hotel located in the main street of Andorra la Vella. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was very fast. The breakfast was excellent served in Mercure Hotel in the adjacent building. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly, and she made my very early check-in feel very warm and welcoming.

El Spa es un extra muy agradable que mejora la experiencia Pues el colchón, la verdad que no está a la altura del resto. Y las indicaciones desde el spa hasta el hotel palace (són pocas) deberia estar mejor indicado.

- ROLLAND (1/5): J’ai fait une vidéo que j’ai pas encore diffusé - Rien « Expérience catastrophique. Si j’avais pu être remboursé, j’aurais quitté cet hôtel dès la première nuit. La literie est indigne d’un établissement de ce type : inconfort total. Le bruit est permanent, impossible de dormir, même avec des protections. Le service est inexistant et totalement à la hauteur du reste… c’est-à-dire très insuffisant. Cerise sur le gâteau : impossible de recharger un véhicule électrique, ce qui est inacceptable aujourd’hui. Établissement à fuir absolument. »

C'est inadmissible du coup ça donne pas envie de revenir à l'hôtel... Les résidents devraient avoir un tarif préférentiel

- Tomás (7/5): - La habitación, el spa y la ubicación relación precio Aunque el parking no entre el precio, cuando pregunte por él no les quedaban plazas disponibles y tuve que aparcar en otro parking público de la calle. Las instalaciones del spa están muy bien pero hay demasiada gente niños corriendo y saltando. El jacuzzi con mas gente de la permitida y se pasan ahí media hora por lo que no dejan entrar q la demás gente

Pero estábamos en frente de una ventilación, que pertenece al complejo hotelero, y a partir de las 5 am hace un ruido que nos ha despertado cada día. Por lo demás perfecto.
