• Sarah (9/5): Stunning hostel with lovely staff - The pool was great. The view was stunning and the resort itself was so beautiful. The staff were lovely too. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and the balcony was so nice. We had a great stay, a little far from the beach but we knew this when we booked and there were plenty of taxis to get back

• Esin Dilek (9/5): Die Besitzer sind top und sehr bemüht. - Das Personal war super hilfsbereit. Ich bin froh die Besitzer kennengelernt zu haben. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön!!! Zimmer etwas heruntergekommen (meins zumindest, viele Ameisen…) und extrem heiß trotz Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Es liegt weit oben, d.h. man muss Steile Wege erklimmen (bei der Hitze).

• Alessia (5/5): Bello solo per la vista - La bella vista la proprietaria e la figlia sono gentili o I bungalow sono vecchi e malandati con buchi ovunque dove entrano zanzare formiche giganti che mordono, Koh lanta non ha un bel mare e non e’ un isola che ti ruba il cuore meglio altrove in thai . Per il noleggio delle moto ti trattengono il passaporto

• Pascale (7/5): - La vue, la piscine , la terrasse de la chambre . Le jardin.. il faut un scooter … Les lits chambre D1 : les ressorts vous transpercent les côtes, la peinture du sol de la chambre qui reste collée sous les pieds. Le manque de soin pour tout en général, le béton un peu partout .
• Ines (8/5): - Wunderschöne und entspannte Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt genügend Liegen mit Auflagen und Schirm. Sehr nettes Personal. Man kann super Roller zu normalen Preisen leihen. Tagsüber so schön ruhig aber leider haben die ganze Nacht Ochsenfrösche laut gequakt. Die Klimaanlage war auch etwas zu laut. Mit Ohrstöpsel passt es.

Les bungalow sont d’une bonne taille et bien équipés. La petite terrasse est agréable. Le matelas n’était pas très confortable. La propreté était moyenne. Il y avait pleins de termites/fourmis sur la rambarde de la terrasse de notre bungalow qui grignotaient le bois la journée.

• Jake (7/5): Decent budget hotel, low 3 stars and could do with updating the rooms - Amazing views from both the balcony and the pool area, especially at sunset! Rooms were acceptable with good aircon. Staff were nice and helped us with a scooter rental. Pretty gardens with flowers. The place is generally clean. Bathrooms aren’t great, interestingly not pictured on booking.com at all (which I realised after). Location is kind of far from things, you need a scooter to get anywhere. There were quite a lot ants in our room, mostly in the bathroom.

Good sized rooms Cheap and cheerful amazing views for sunset It is waaaay up in the hills. Tuk tuk couldnt make it up the hill. Need a bike to get anywhere No shop nearby No food or drink available anywhere near the hotel (10 min drive to shop/restaurants/beach). Wifi in and out. too remote for me. Mosquitos, ants and flies everywhere!
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The surroundings are very beautiful and well maintained, full of beautiful nature and flowers, distant sea view, perfect spot for a sunset. There was cleaning every day. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming. Good value for money. The bungalows need a ground renovation. While the place had all that was needed, the conditions were far from great. There were ants in the room, the bathroom was in a really bad shape. All was manageable but quite far from pleasant. The pool was also more of a big bathtub and considering the spaciousness of the terrace it’s a shame. The hotel is a 2 star at max, definitely not 3.

The room was clean and ao beautiful, also the garden was lovely and we liked the swimming pool area too! The hotel is a little bit up hill so you can also see beautiful sunset from here and beautiful views! We rented a motorbike and it was in really good location, really close to good restaurants. Bed were really comfy! Thank you for everything, we loved our stay! Nothing

The rooms were spotless, and the view from mine was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect mix of turquoise seas and lush greenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was smooth, offering great recommendations and arranging transportation. The location is ideal—close to the beach, markets, and restaurants, yet peaceful and secluded. Halabala Resort combines cleanliness, stunning views, friendly service, and convenience perfectly. Highly recommend! A bit stiff road but ok once u get a motorbike.

• Chayamon (7/5): Nice view and and clean rooms - The view is stunning. Absolutely beautiful sunset. The pool area is nice and pretty clean. The room is very clean and comfortable. Good quality spring mattress (not the best mattress, but they are in good condition) Many mirrors in the room, good lighting for makeup. There were some parking space in front of the hotel, but there is no shade or anything to protect your car from the heat. The hotel located on the hill and all the room are west-facing. In the afternoon the room are burning hot. The AC in the rooms are very small, so it doesn't help much in the afternoon. Anyway, the room temperature in the morning and at night is normal. The shower and the toilet are not separated. The window glass in the bathroom is broken. This broken window glass is just above the toilet. It looks like that it has been broken for a long time and they never seem to try to seriously fix it. This is really dangerous because the glass could fell down one day.

The pool is awesome to watch a beautiful sunset and the lady taking care of the property is very lovely. She also helped us to hire a motorbike and they delivered at the property. We would definitely stay again! nothing bad about it

A lovely quiet place to relax and be away from the main street - whilst also being conveniently close. Nothing. Great location (although you should have a bike to make everything accessible).

• Mohsin (9/5): Superb - The most amazing part of my stay here is the view from my room and balcony and silence, this property has an amazing and astonishing sea view as this is on the top of the hill. So a clear sea view and garden view and swimming pool with sunbed. If someone wants a peaceful place with a great, sunset + swimming pool + garden view from the hill then this is the best property at a very reasonable price. This property has almost all the facilities required. I would love to be here again. Ammy is a great person and very helpful, she was always available and just a call or text away. Personally there is nothing such which I don't like, only if the room is a little bigger than it would be great, but i guess for 2 people it's sufficient. Secondly this is not very close to the beach but also not too far if you rent a bike It's only 2 to 3 minutes drive to the beach.
